Conveniently located near airport limousine bus stops and shopping streets. The Room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate large luggage. Breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious for being complimentary.

We arrived in the evening and chose the plan with two meals included. The only convenience store within walking distance is a Lawson about 10–15 minutes away. Since you have to cross a national highway at night, it feels far. We were glad we added meals. The carefully prepared dishes were unique both to look at and to taste, and we really enjoyed them. I definitely recommend adding meals. We went early in the morning to Ritsuunkyo, came back for breakfast, rested in our Room, and then hiked up Takeda Castle; being able to take breaks along the way was great. This is a recommended Accommodation. Since it is an old traditional house Hotel, I would not recommend it to those who cannot enjoy an older building or who expect perfect Facilities.

This was a highly satisfying Hotel stay from check-in to check-out. What surprised me most was the wide variety of drinks and ice cream available in the complimentary area. Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks, from alcohol to soft drinks, and I also loved making my own ice cream—it was a lot of fun. The staff kindly guided me through the Room and breakfast information at check-in, and they responded quickly to an unexpected situation during my stay. Breakfast arrived at my Room right on time and was wonderfully warm and delicious. I truly feel this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Next time, I’d like to stay in a different Room and discover something new! Thank you very much!

Stayed for work in August 2026 for four nights. The Room was a bit small, but it felt more spacious than the one in Hamamatsucho—I even wished I had stayed here the whole time instead of moving to Hamamatsucho. I was very satisfied with both the complimentary drinks and alcohol service. With restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and located in a residential area, it was very convenient. I would consider staying again on my next business trip.

We stayed for one night on our way back from a trip to Kyushu, and it was our first visit. The front lobby was very spacious, and the design—almost like a surrounding corridor—felt truly luxurious. With its seaside location, we could see the ocean from our Room, and there were many children enjoying the on-site pool. As an IKYU Diamond member benefit, we received access cards to the club floor and ended up using it twice. The club floor was also an exceptionally refined space with outstanding views, offering both table seating and sofa areas. A wide selection of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks was generously provided, so you could easily spend the whole day there enjoying drinks. There were also many well-seasoned, elegant guests who seemed like regulars, and even as a couple who rarely visits club floors, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The large public bath had wonderfully soothing saline water that completely relieved our travel fatigue. Next time, we’d love to stay longer for a more relaxing getaway. The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. I suddenly got some time off and decided on a trip to Kyoto. Since I made the Reservation the day before, it was almost fully booked and I couldn’t choose the Room type, but the price was reasonable so I went ahead and booked it. The building was very clean, and I was happy that the bath was an Onsen! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I was completely satisfied. In addition to the welcome drink, there were lots of free services to enjoy, which made it feel like a great deal… All of the staff were friendly, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was a last-minute trip, but I’m truly glad I stayed here. Super, super satisfied!!! One more thing: the aroma scent used inside the property smelled wonderful and helped me relax even more. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your hospitality. It rained that day, but on a clear day you can see Mt. Fuji straight ahead from the lobby. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning; the homemade yogurt and dressings were made with quality ingredients and were delicious. It was a continental breakfast, but we left feeling very full. The bath was clean, and we could see the night view of Gotemba from the open-air bath. On a clear day, you can also see Mt. Fuji straight ahead. The staff were polite and welcoming with warm smiles. This time, we requested a Room on the Mt. Fuji side and stayed on the second floor. Because it was labeled “Mt. Fuji side,” we assumed we would be able to see Mt. Fuji from the window, but in reality we could only see forest. In that case, I feel there was no need to make a Reservation for the more expensive Mt. Fuji-side Room. In any event, it was a very nice Hotel overall. Thank you very much.

With only a small number of Rooms, we were able to enjoy the Facility without much contact with other guests. As for the baths, we were able to take our time and enjoy all of them—the private open-air bath, the in-room open-air bath, and the in-room indoor bath. We’d also like to try the stone sauna next time. There were hours when we could use the lounge for beer, alcohol, coffee, and more. Although we couldn’t make it for cocktail time, we still made good use of it. It would be even better if the lounge stayed open a little later. Every dish had a gentle flavor and there was an impressive variety; everything was delicious and beautifully presented, so we enjoyed it with our eyes as well. Being able to choose three desserts ourselves was also great. Because we could dine at a relaxed pace, the portions felt just right and everything was very tasty. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like 15 years had passed at all, and we stayed very comfortably. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the wash area was a bit small. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having separate towels prepared for the open-air bath and the indoor bath. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay. Last time, I came with my daughter, and the French dinner was so outstanding that I knew we had to return someday. That wish came true, and this time I was able to bring my two sons. Since it was my younger son’s birthday, I ordered a cake through the Hotel website and they kindly prepared it for us. The food is, of course, top-class—both dinner and breakfast are highly recommended. The Onsen was also wonderful, with silky-smooth water. We would love to visit for a third time. I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

I stayed at this Hotel the night before to catch the bus from Sannomiya to Awaji Island. The area in front of the station was under construction, so I had to take a detour, but it was conveniently located near the station and close to the bus stop. The building next door was also under construction, but it wasn’t an issue. There is a book lounge, which I was very happy about as a book-lounge fan. (I only found out after staying.) Drinks and two kinds of snacks were available free of charge. I didn’t use it, but there was also a sweets time, with local donuts served. Despite how it looks from the outside, it was a comfortable Hotel.

Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday when there were fewer guests, we were able to enjoy a calm and relaxing time. It was quiet and surrounded by the sounds of nature, and even our senior dog could play to their heart’s content. The meals also reflect a dedicated commitment to gastrotourism, showcasing great care and impressive skill. With only the essential services provided, we appreciated the kindness of being given space to relax freely.

This was a repeat stay following last year. Last year, the Room felt slightly more spacious, so I assumed it had been upgraded. This time, it was the Room I reserved, but it didn’t feel cramped at all. I rented a massage chair and a foot massager, so the area around the desk became difficult to walk through, but that was on me and not an issue. I was able to relax. I was also impressed by the number of power outlets. I also enjoyed breakfast at a leisurely pace—it was delicious. Thank you very much.

One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

I stayed here to propose this time. The staff were fully supportive and kindly helped with everything—thank you! It made for the perfect proposal. I’ll be back.

This was my third stay. It’s conveniently located near Karuizawa Station, making it easy to go anywhere. There’s a convenience store and a small supermarket right in front, so you won’t have any trouble with quick shopping. The Room is always clean and well maintained, and I had another very comfortable stay this time. The front desk staff provide calm, understated service, but they are very kind and keep a pleasant sense of distance. The lounge offers coffee, tea, and more, and you can relax in the spacious area. It seems a bar has recently opened as well, so I’d like to try it next time. I think this Hotel is easy to use for both solo stays and family trips. My elderly mother also really likes it and says she wants to stay at this Hotel again on our next visit to Karuizawa. Considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and Accommodation Fee, I’m very satisfied. I think it’s a great value Hotel. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed on the Family Plan. Above all, every staff member—including the front desk, the morning buffet team, and the housekeeping staff—was courteous and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. If we have the opportunity to visit Ogaki again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The female staff member at check-in was very pleasant. Since I only came back to the Hotel to sleep, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but the Room was clean, and although the bath was small, the temperature was just right. The kamameshi for breakfast was also delicious. Overall, it was very good for me. I’d like to stay here again when I travel to Suwa. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here last year and loved it, so I decided to visit again. The Room is simple yet comfortable, with a unique design not often seen elsewhere. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the spacious bath feels like home, allowing you to relax without worrying about water splashing around. The sink is an extension of the counter inside the Room—an uncommon but very convenient feature. The bed is wide and offers excellent comfort for a good night's sleep. Even with a no-breakfast Plan, complimentary coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are available in the front floor area, which is much appreciated. The TV is internet-based, so regular broadcasts aren't available. While this might be disappointing for avid TV watchers, you can still watch some current shows on YouTube or other platforms without much inconvenience. Parking is available at ground level behind the building with an entrance there as well—very convenient. The front floor has sofas for waiting or meeting up with others and features seasonal decorations that add charm to your stay. Although I didn't use it myself, there’s also a coin laundry facility available. The staff left a positive impression as well!
