The welcome drinks and well-stocked amenities bar made me feel happy as soon as I arrived. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are also sightseeing spots nearby, so it was great to enjoy them along with my stay. It was a wonderful Accommodation that I would definitely like to use again.

We stayed in a guest Room with a sauna. The sauna, open-air bath, cold-water bath, and the Room were all spotless down to every detail, and we had an amazing time. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast, and we were very satisfied with both the variety and the taste—everything was delicious. The staff’s service was also excellent. We look forward to staying again next time.

Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We were in a difficult situation, and I was truly moved by your deep hospitality. I asked for their name, but they said, “We all do this together...” To Mr./Ms. K-sawa and all the staff members at the dinner venue, thank you very much for everything. I was deeply impressed. It was our first time staying at this Accommodation, and we were able to relax and take our time. Since we had a Room with an open-air bath, it was great to be able to bathe as many times as we wanted without worrying about the time. The Hotel staff told us that deer come into the garden, and although we were skeptical, we were truly surprised to see them from our Room. We look forward to staying again next time.

We stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The pancakes, pudding, and every meal were all very delicious. We felt a warmth in the staff’s hospitality that isn’t swayed by changing times, and it made us feel pleasantly nostalgic. I had an important engagement and stopped by your city for the first time in four years on my way back from a business trip, and stayed one night. Because I felt more wear and tear than expected at the flagship Hotel where I stayed on my previous visit, I was looking for another option in the convenient city center when I found this Hotel. It is close to the station, with easy access to limousine buses, local buses, and taxis, so I hardly felt any of the transportation inconvenience that can be common in regional cities. As it is newly opened, the Room was clean, and the view from my Room—overlooking the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and all of Imabari—was wonderful. (It would have been even better if the windows were a bit larger.) Breakfast offered a relatively wide selection and tasted good as well, and I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival on a hot day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and being able to gaze at the night view through a large, beautiful window helped me unwind from the day’s fatigue and feel refreshed. It’s great that Imabari now has such a good Hotel. One point to note—not as something good or bad—is that there seem to be many international guests. I work in an international field so it didn’t bother me at all, but some people may feel unsettled seeing many overseas visitors in places like the lobby or large public bath in a regional city like Imabari. That said, during my stay there were no guests with poor manners.

We stayed as two couples (my parents and us), making a Reservation for two Rooms for four people, and they kindly arranged adjoining Rooms for us. The lounge service was available for a long time, so after the bath we relaxed for over an hour enjoying beer, honey, and more. The calm atmosphere makes it enjoyable even if you’re traveling alone. The large public bath was not crowded, so we could take our time in the open-air bath as well. Since the baths switch between men and women the next day, we were able to enjoy both comfortably. Meals were served in a semi-private setting, and all staff were very courteous. When we were looking for something we had misplaced, they helped us kindly; we found it later, but their thoughtful support really stood out. We were completely satisfied with everything, and my parents said they would like to go again—so I’m glad I brought them. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

This was our Accommodation on the last day of our trip to Hokkaido. There was also a bus from Sapporo, so access was convenient. We made a Reservation for an Executive Suite. From check-in we used a dedicated counter, and there was also an exclusive lounge, which made the stay feel special. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and we were very satisfied. However, dinner was a buffet in a large hall, but it was so crowded that we couldn’t take our time, which was disappointing.

Everything was great! Although it was a smoking Room, there was no odor and the Room was clean. The large public bath was excellent as well. We stayed during the Obon holiday so it was crowded, but the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that we couldn’t get a mobile signal in the Room, but Wi‑Fi was available so it wasn’t a problem.

Even though my Reservation was made on the day of arrival, everything went smoothly when I arrived—your service was truly excellent, and I’m very grateful. The well-stocked welcome drinks and the thoroughly cleaned Room made my stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied. Considering the price, both the facilities and service were outstanding in every way. This is my No. 1 Business Hotel of the year. Thank you very much.

This stay was highly satisfying from start to finish. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. Dinner offered an even wider variety than I expected; each dish tasted wonderful, the portions were generous, and I was completely satisfied. Breakfast also featured a great selection of small dishes, and I really liked the style of choosing freely from what I preferred—it made for a very fulfilling meal to start the day. The Onsen water was especially memorable, with a gentle softness that seemed to blend into the body. Not only did it ease my shoulder pain, but I could also feel my skin becoming smooth. In addition, the attentive and heartfelt hospitality unique to a long-established Ryokan further enhanced the quality of the stay. From check-in to check-out, all staff members were considerate and attentive, allowing me to feel comfortable throughout. Overall, this was an excellent Ryokan where everything—cuisine, Onsen, Room comfort, and service—was of a high standard. It is an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.

Because my husband is from Nagaoka, we come from Tokyo to Niigata every year during the Obon season. Our usual routine is to go swimming at Kakudahama Beach first, then stay at Hotel Asuka. The made-to-order dinner buffet is delicious, and the food comes out quickly. The dishes you can pick up anytime are also great, so I always end up eating too much. Both the long-time staff and the newer team members are truly pleasant and welcoming—it makes me feel at home. This is my favorite hotel that I look forward to visiting every year. We’ll be back again next year, so thank you in advance.

This was an Accommodation I had been interested in for some time. The hot water was pleasantly warm, so I could soak and relax at length. The meals were excellent, and I also ordered grilled sesame tofu as an extra. It was exquisite. Overall, the service was very good, and I would like to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay. I accidentally arrived at Glover Garden, so I called the Hotel and they kindly helped me. When I entered, they greeted me very politely: “Were you the one who called earlier? We’ve been waiting for you—you arrived sooner than we expected.” After that, every staff member continued to treat me with warm hospitality. That alone made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. In the lobby there are two counters—one open until 10:30 p.m. and another available all day—where you can enjoy as many drinks and snacks as you like. Since I arrived late, I do regret not getting there earlier so I could have tried more from the limited-time counter. The braised pork and chocolate were delicious; there was plenty of braised pork left, so if I hadn’t eaten too much at my dinner gathering, I could have finished it all… maybe next time. Still, the all-day counter was more than enough to enjoy. The lounge also has a great selection of books, so I stayed up a bit reading while enjoying tea and sweets from the all-day counter. It was such a relaxing time. Breakfast in a steamer basket was comforting and delicious as well—the yuzu miso was especially amazing. They also had loquat and mandarin drinks. I expected them to be sweet, but they tasted properly like tea with just a subtle hint of flavor. Personally (with my sweet tooth), the mandarin juice added to the all-day counter in the morning was particularly tasty. There is no Onsen (as expected), and while this is clear if you check in advance, toothbrushes are not provided for sustainability reasons. However, there’s a convenience store about 50 meters away from the Hotel, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I’ll definitely come again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I made a Reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! From check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and sweets, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Dinner was excellent—everything from the sashimi to the steamed vegetables was delicious. Since we both love alcohol, the all-you-can-drink selection with so many options was amazing! Breakfast was also healthy and tasty, and it was such a great Accommodation that it made us want to stay one more night. My girlfriend was very happy! Thank you so much.

It was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel, and the inside was spacious and the bedding was soft, which I really liked. The complimentary drinks were great, and the amenities were also very good. The value for money was excellent. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The Room is spacious. The bathroom is also large and separate from the toilet. The linens are new and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items and is quite tasty. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as affordable coin-operated parking, which is convenient. For that price, no complaints.

I stayed in February, and as soon as I got home I made a Reservation for June. Last time was Nadeshiko, and this time it was Tsutsuji. The Tsutsuji Room is a maisonette, with a spacious cypress bath on the first floor. The bath was wonderfully relaxing. I had been looking forward to the meals because they were even better than expected last time. Once again, everything was delicious and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to try every Room, and enjoy the cuisine again in different seasons.

I stayed here because the Accommodation highlighted that you can see the Seven Stars in Kyushu from the Room. It really was a Room with a great view, and I was able to photograph the Seven Stars in Kyushu with Mt. Yufu in the background. You can also see Mt. Yufu from the Onsen in the Room. The medicinal rice porridge at breakfast was especially delicious!
