We enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The Room is small, but the toilet and bath were clean. It’s also not too far from the station. For this price in Ikebukuro, it’s a great deal! I’d love to stay again.

This is my second stay. You can stay until 12 PM, and there are coffee and tea available near the elevator. The place is clean and allows for a relaxing time. It’s also close to the station, they can store your luggage, and the staff are all very pleasant. I’ll definitely stay here again!

It may vary by Room, but the TV placement was awkward, and it was hard to watch while lying in bed. However, it was nice that the TV supported streaming services such as TVer, FOD, and Netflix (login required). The layout of each Room had a lot of wasted space, and I felt it may not have been originally designed to be a Hotel.

Stayed with my dog for 3 nights, and the Room, service, and bath were all excellent. As for breakfast bread, both Marukiya's and Shizuya's bread were delicious. All drinks, including ice cream and beer, were free, which was very satisfying. Thank you very much!

The Room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, and I would love to stay here again. If I had to mention something, the water in the large public bath was a bit lukewarm, so it would be perfect if it could be adjusted. The hairdryer provided was excellent, and I even felt like buying one for myself!

This was my first stay. The atmosphere was stylish, and all the staff were courteous and provided wonderful service. Breakfast service was a bit slow, but not enough to bother me. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend choosing an earlier time slot. I’d like to stay again. Thank you!

The Room was bright and nice, and the breakfast was very delicious, but it was disappointing to find a long hair stuck to the face towel at check-in. Also, as mentioned in other Reviews, I would like a luggage rack to be permanently provided rather than available only on request. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak and kept disconnecting even when it connected, so it was unusable.

Despite the last-minute Reservation on the day, we received courteous service, and the Room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. I would like to use it again if there is another opportunity.

It was my first time staying here, and it was a wonderful Hotel with unlimited drinks for long hours—beer and other alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, coffee, and more—and you can even take them into the restaurant. There is also a free hot stone spa available for guests, and it wasn’t crowded with tourists, so I could relax very comfortably. The lobby and lounge were also very clean. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for two nights with our three grandchildren, and they had a great time with the many picture books available. Dinner was an all-you-can-eat meat buffet, which our sons-in-law also enjoyed. It was a shame we couldn’t use the open-air bath.

It seems this property can be used as either a love hotel or a Business Hotel. I really appreciate that the rooftop sauna is free to use! I also appreciate that alcoholic drinks and snacks are available for free! Breakfast is generous and quite tasty! This is a Hotel I can recommend!

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. The room was very clean and provided a comfortable stay. The meal was a crab course, and there was more crab than expected, which made it very satisfying. It was an experience worth more than the price. We also received a pass for visiting public baths, allowing us to enjoy them even after checkout. I would love to stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, and since it was extremely hot, I was deeply impressed by the frozen water bottle provided at checkout.

The Onsen temperature and water quality were excellent, and we were very satisfied. There were many types of shampoo available, so we could try different ones—an amazing idea and a first-time experience for us! However, it was disappointing that only one towel was provided and reusing it was expected (additional towels cost extra). We’d like there to be no limit for overnight guests. The guest Room is old, but it’s a satisfying size. As for the air conditioning, there was no heating/cooling switch in each Room—only fan strength adjustment. After the Onsen it felt hot, so we opened the windows fully to cool down with outside air. The meals were delicious and the portions were just right—we finished everything (both of us are women in our 50s). Rice doesn’t come unless you ask for it, but there weren’t many staff members so it was hard to find the right timing. Amenities are available at the front desk, so you take what you need; I think that’s good because it avoids waste. There are yukata and samue as loungewear; we chose samue and that was the right choice. We usually bring our own loungewear when traveling, so we appreciated having less luggage. Overall, it was excellent! Also, we were happy with the welcome drink service (alcohol)—whisky or wine is fine—but we’d appreciate it even more if beer were available.

During the Obon weekend, when most places were around 20,000 yen, we were able to stay here at a very reasonable price. Because it was inexpensive, we didn’t expect much from the Room or the meals, but the Ryokan has been renovated and the food left us completely full. The coffee in the lounge after breakfast was a delight. The staff were wonderful and even saw us off when we left. It turned into a very satisfying family trip.
