This was our first time staying here. We made a Reservation with a very good-value Plan, but one person suddenly couldn’t make it. When we informed the staff, they handled it very flexibly, which truly helped us. It was our daughter’s birthday, and they also arranged a birthday cake separately. The staff and other guests offered congratulatory words as well, and our daughter was delighted. The meals included some items prepared in advance, but the Joshu beef sukiyaki and fresh sashimi were especially delicious. Rice, miso soup, dessert, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we could enjoy seconds without hesitation—this was excellent. The Room was very spacious; the tatami mats looked newly replaced, there were no areas that concerned us in terms of cleanliness, and we stayed comfortable throughout. Needless to say, the large public bath had wonderful water quality. There was also a cooler “refreshing bath” available only in summer at a lower temperature, which made it comfortable for the children too. All employees were kind and helpful. Above all, it left an impression to see energetic senior staff cheerfully greeting guests while pushing large carts. Everyone worked so efficiently that it gave us energy as well. I’m sure there are various Reviews out there, but for our family this has definitely become a place of wonderful memories—thank you very much! Also, the flowers were properly arranged with fresh blooms; I admired how well they are maintained despite how much work that must be. Next time we’d love to return with the person who couldn’t come this time as well.

Welcome drinks included not only soft drinks but also alcohol, along with snacks. We also appreciated the child-friendly amenities such as kids’ slippers and picture books, which were very helpful. One concern was that the emergency stairwell door on the way to our Room was left open until 10:00 PM; a staff member happened to notice and close it, so we wondered if it had been forgotten and felt uneasy that someone from outside could enter. The meals were mainly Japanese cuisine with a few Western options as well, and we were satisfied! We would love to stay again when we visit Kamogawa!

When I arrived at the Hotel in the evening and checked in, the first thing that caught my eye was the welcome drinks: sake and wine. They were perfectly chilled and excellent. In the morning, breakfast was served on the 12th floor. The Tateyama Mountain Range looked beautiful, which felt like a special bonus. Of course, breakfast was also very delicious.

I have stayed here several times, but it had been a while, so the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation, which was easy to understand. The welcome drink service included Kurashiki’s delicious local sake “Ishichi,” and I enjoyed a small taste. Being able to enjoy the Onsen is unique to Super Hotel, and it was very relaxing and helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. Breakfast offered plenty of salads I liked, along with a wide variety of side dishes—everything was delicious. I would like to stay again.

The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available. Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The meals were delicious, and there were three baths, so we were able to relax and unwind. If we have the chance, we’d love to visit again!

Although I only stayed overnight, it was excellent value for money. I would like to stay again.

It’s hard to find places where you can freely bring your pet, so this is highly recommended!! This is a very pet-friendly Hotel. The dog run is well maintained and very clean.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

The location was great and getting around was convenient. The Room had a microwave and a washer-dryer, a freezer, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The ReFa shower head and hair dryer made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast featured bread from the long-established bakery “Aloft,” with a good selection of hearty savory breads, so we felt fully satisfied. My companion prefers rice, so they would have liked onigiri and miso soup.

It was a very nice Hotel. The Room had plenty of natural light and a pool view right in front, and the air conditioning and lighting were excellent. Since it’s an area with many restaurants, it was easy to go out at night. There was also a dedicated counter for booking marine sports activities, so we could easily sign up for a Hatenohama tour. There is a 24-hour shop inside the Hotel, which was very convenient. If I had one request, I would have liked the lounge to turn into a bar at night. I hope you will consider offering bar service.

I stayed here for the first time for a live show near the Hotel. It was close to the station, very clean, and I appreciated the tasty drinks and the cute breakfast bread. With a 12:00 check-out, I was able to relax. However, it would be helpful to have notices in the Room about things like not being able to use the hair dryer in the washroom and the breakfast bread hours. The staff were warm and made me feel at ease. I’d like to stay here again when traveling for another live show.

I stayed on the Single Women’s Plan. It was fun being able to choose a complimentary amenity gift. The Room was spacious, the bed was clean, the mattress firmness was just right, and even the air conditioner was quiet—so I slept unusually well and woke up feeling refreshed. It was a bit disappointing that the shower head was small and felt slightly insufficient, and that there wasn’t a tabletop mirror for makeup. As for the Facility, everything overall was very well cleaned, but I was surprised at how extremely dirty the coin laundry area was. Still, when I come to Kanazawa again, I’d like to stay here again. I always stay here when I come to Numazu for overnight fan activities. It’s not a luxurious Hotel, but the Room is clean, and the sheets are always crisp and comfortable. Depending on the day of the week, it’s reasonably priced and close to the station, which makes it easy to get an early start in the morning. The only disappointment was that my favorite curry and mapo tofu have been removed from the breakfast menu. They weren’t available last time either, so I assume it’s been a few months, but they used to be something I looked forward to in the morning, so I’m a bit sad. Still, all of the Hotel staff are very pleasant, so I’ll definitely stay here again.

Dining by the atmospheric irori hearth was wonderful in both ambiance and taste. Breakfast was not a buffet, so we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The staff were kind, and it was a comfortable Accommodation. The sink being unusually low bothered me a little, but it wasn’t too inconvenient. I was happy that the in-room bath had tiled walls that gave a nostalgic Showa-era feel. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

I finally had the chance to stay at this long-awaited hotel. The architecture is unique compared to other accommodations, and the atmosphere at night is especially wonderful, making me feel as if I were on an overseas trip. The room was spacious enough with a large sofa and terrace, allowing for a relaxing stay. I chose a dinner-included plan, which was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The live singing and performances added a special touch, reflecting the hotel's care for its guests and creating a truly memorable experience. Although it was slightly disappointing that there was no complimentary water in the room, the tea service was well-prepared. This has become one of my favorite accommodations where I definitely want to stay again. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

I booked after seeing it was a 6-minute walk, but since it was my first time in the area, it was night, and I wasn’t feeling well that day, I called as soon as I arrived at Hakata Station to ask for directions. A female staff member kindly explained the way in great detail and, despite being busy, stayed on the line until just before I arrived. After that, she was standing in front of the Hotel—probably until she could see me. I think it was something she did naturally, and it truly made me happy. Thank you so much!! The next morning, I regretted not being able to thank her properly. I will stay here again when I visit Hakata—please keep that same warm attitude.

The parking lot was in front of the Hotel, which was convenient. The free breakfast included rice balls and bread, as well as coffee and instant miso soup, which was very helpful. The Room we stayed in was spacious and nice. However, every time we tried to tear off the toilet paper, the roll seemed to fall down, which was extremely frustrating. Our child didn’t understand how it worked and seemed to have dropped it while using it, so the paper got dirty and it really put us in a bad mood. From the moment I noticed it, I had to tear it by hand every time. I strongly recommend fixing this. The price was affordable, there were enough towels and bath mats for everyone, and a light breakfast was included—so if not for the toilet paper issue, it would have been a great stay.

I thought the temaki sushi dinner was a really great idea. It looks like the kids would enjoy it too. The bath is also an Onsen, and my skin felt so smooth afterward. The view is outstanding!! It’s right in front of Sunset Beach. I hope I can come again...

My wife, son, and I traveled from Nagoya with our dog. We followed the navigation via the Chuo Expressway, got off at Azusagawa IC, and after that there was almost nothing along the local roads—no gas stations—until we finally found one near the Accommodation. After arriving, we presented our dog’s various certificates at reception to check in. The staff were very kind. The first place we were shown was the café lounge: unlimited soft drinks, ice cream, and even alcohol (as much as available?!). There were also 4–5 kinds of dog treats prepared, which felt like a great perk for guests. Next to the café lounge there was also a pet shower room. What surprised me was that other guests also said they couldn’t smell any “pet odor,” and I hadn’t noticed it either—it really didn’t bother us at all. However, the smoking room is located around the center of the 2nd floor, and the cigarette smell inside that room was… quite strong. This time we stayed in a Japanese-style room because no Western-style rooms were available. At reception we were told that if our dog soiled any bedding we would be charged a cleaning fee, so we put our dog in diapers. Thanks to that nothing got dirty—but in an unexpected twist, my son got a nosebleed and stained the sheets. We weren’t charged anything, but I’m very sorry about that. Changing topics: Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style. For dinner we could choose 17:30 or 19:00; for breakfast 7:00 or 8:00. Everything was satisfying overall; alcoholic drinks are available for an additional charge. The bath is an Onsen open from 15:00 to 22:00, and in the morning from 5:00 to 10:00. There is an outdoor dog run with facilities and a washing area, plus towels for wiping paws. There is also an indoor one on the second floor. Stepping outside into such clear air helped me forget about work for a while, and we made wonderful memories with our dog and family. We’d love to come again! On the way back we headed toward Okaya IC on local roads before returning to Nagoya; from this Accommodation to Okaya IC the roads were well paved, and there are places like Suwa Taisha Shrine (Suwa Grand Shrine), Utsukushigahara Highlands (Plateau), roadside stations (Michi-no-Eki), etc., so it’s easy to make stops along the way.
