From check-in to departure, the attentive service was excellent and we were very satisfied. The only drawback was the condition of the access road; we encountered oncoming cars once on arrival and twice on departure, but managed without any issues. If given the opportunity, we would like to stay again.

It was our first trip to Okinawa in a while. In the past, we traveled with our children and visited many places, so we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel. Now that we are both in our 60s, we enjoyed a relaxing Multiple Night Stay for two nights. Because it is a remote island a little far from Naha, we could truly feel the authentic, non-touristy Okinawa. Not only was the food wonderful, but being warmly chatted with by the staff was the greatest “reward” of all. We became fans of Kouri Island and One Suite. We would love to visit again.

We arrived a little early, kindly left our car, and took a stroll around the area. Right away, we visited Suwa Taisha Shimosha Akimiya Shrine next door. In the backstreets of this historic townscape, you can find Onsen springs here and there—perfect for wandering at leisure. Both inside and outside the property felt very clean, showing careful management throughout. The staff’s smiles, service, and conversation were all refined; we truly felt their hospitality and attentiveness, which made our stay very comfortable. From the Room we stayed in—named “Kirishima”—we enjoyed a view of the grove surrounding Suwa Taisha Shimosha Akimiya Shrine, full of charm and atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast featured local ingredients, and everything was delicious. We could also sense how dedicated the staff were, which made dining even more enjoyable. Bathing in the panoramic large public bath while looking out over the townscape glowing at dusk was exceptional. The water was a gentle Onsen that seemed to softly cling to the skin. Although it wasn’t in our original plans, we stopped by Harmo Museum about 7–8 minutes away by car after receiving a recommendation as we checked out. Driving along the well-maintained lakeside of Lake Suwa and enjoying wonderful paintings became a great memory for us. It was a truly relaxing Accommodation for adults—wonderful in every way. This was my first trip to Tohoku, and I stayed here. In recent years I hadn’t found an Accommodation that truly satisfied me, but this one exceeded my expectations in every way—hospitality, meals, and the Room. I took a taxi from the nearest station, and every driver said, “Everyone says there’s nothing to complain about!” They were absolutely right. It’s well worth the price—you won’t regret staying here. For those making a Reservation, I strongly recommend choosing a Plan that includes dinner! The portions are generous, and everything is delicious, including fresh seafood and mountain vegetables. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, but we were able to relax while listening to the rain and looking out over Matsushima. We’ll definitely return to see Matsushima in another season!

The Accommodation’s calm atmosphere, the cuisine, and the baths were all wonderful, but what impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone we spoke with combined deep knowledge with warm, attentive service, making our stay truly comfortable. I initially wondered if this trip might be a bit luxurious for traveling with my three underage sons, but they seemed to experience what true quality means, and I am now wholeheartedly satisfied.

The staff’s service was courteous and flawless from our arrival to our departure. The meals were generous, and we ended up eating too much. The bath in the Room was an Onsen where we could relax and soak for as long as we liked, so we didn’t mind the view outside the window. The road noise was a little loud, but it wasn’t noticeable inside the Room. One disappointment was that the bed was a narrow single, and I worried about falling off.

I felt a little uneasy on the way up into the mountains, but once we arrived it was a truly wonderful space—like an adults-only hideaway—and the staff were very kind and made us feel comfortable. The complimentary drinks were exceptionally well provided, and the meals were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We had a thoroughly satisfying stay.

I stayed here for the first time last year and it was wonderful, so this year I stayed for two nights. This is a very comfortable Hotel, with spotless Rooms, high-quality meals, and excellent Facilities. As it’s truly all-inclusive, I was able to spend three days without opening my wallet at all. Whenever the food or snacks started to run low, they were replenished immediately—the staff’s attentiveness is outstanding. I also saw the manager throughout all three days; it made me wonder when they ever rest, as they were working alongside the staff like everyone else. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the hospitality of the staff at Imaisou. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again next year!

On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding and truly exciting. I was especially amazed by the wide variety of breads at breakfast. Everything was delicious, but I regret that I couldn’t try them all. We also enjoyed drinks and sweets in the lovely lounge, and the staff’s attentive service made our stay very comfortable. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

I’m always grateful for the wide variety of breakfast options here, and I’ve also noticed that many areas—such as the baths—are barrier-free, which is very reassuring. I’d like to stay here again in the future. In particular, the Onsen doesn’t have rocky, uneven surfaces, so I don’t have to worry about slipping or falling.

We stayed as a family of four. The annex was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were kind, which made our stay very pleasant. The meals were just the right taste and portion size, so we didn’t end up feeling uncomfortably full, which we really appreciated. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

We stay here every year, and since the rebranding and reopening, both the dining and the service have improved even further, making for a truly satisfying stay. We were genuinely impressed by the chef’s careful selection of ingredients and the time and effort put into each dish. Even breakfast featured thoughtfully prepared items, and our food-loving family was more than satisfied. Being able to see the chef at the end of the meal and exchange a few words made our dining experience even more special. The course reflected the chef’s warm personality, and it made us look forward to our next stay. We would love to visit again in a different season. I stayed for one night and two days. Rooms & Amenities → The in-room open-air bath was clean and very relaxing. Hospitality & Service → I was warmly welcomed from check-in, and the staff responded pleasantly whenever I needed anything, which made me very happy. Onsen Baths → The large public bath was spacious, and the outdoor open-air bath area was also clean. I also appreciated the service of having drinks and towels available in front of the sauna room. Dining → I only had breakfast, but it was delicious.

Just looking out at the lake from our Room made me feel truly happy. Everything in the Hotel, starting with the Room, was so comfortable that I was really glad we chose to stay here. The portions were very generous and a bit too much for me, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I’m planning to come by car with my husband, and I’m already looking forward to it. (I also loved the wonderful bath in our Room, but I wanted to see the Onsen building as well; I’m very sorry for the trouble caused regarding the lockers.)

We stayed as a couple. It was a beautiful, wonderful Hotel. The Room was great, and the large public bath was excellent. The counter seats at breakfast are also recommended. It was very tasty and enjoyable while looking out over the streets of Fujieda. If you come to Fujieda, this is a must-stay Hotel!

Everything was always clean, and I had a very comfortable stay! All of the staff provided wonderful hospitality. This time, I chose the “Tajima Beef Colorful Kaiseki” course! They carefully explained each dish, which made it even more enjoyable. I was able to fully enjoy Kinosaki at night.

We stayed here for a birthday trip, and it truly was a completely satisfying stay. Dinner was top-class in every respect—flavor, presentation, and ingredient quality—and the smoked splendid alfonsino was especially outstanding. They also kindly prepared a special birthday message plate at dinner, which made us very happy. The restaurant service and atmosphere were wonderful as well. The Japanese breakfast the next morning was also high quality, and the presentation using a wooden bento box felt fresh and memorable. The Room was very spacious, and the ocean view from the second floor was breathtaking—sea and sky blending into one. Soaking in the open-air bath (Onsen) while gazing at the moon was an indescribably blissful moment. With no TV intentionally provided, we were able to enjoy a digital detox and fully immerse ourselves in nature. Our daughter loved the pool too, so I highly recommend it for families with children. The lounge bar offered a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, and it was convenient and appreciated that we could bring them back to our Room. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was a return visit. I stayed here to visit my family’s grave and Koryu Shrine. The warm hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff was truly pleasant. The meals were delicious both to the eye and the palate. Breakfast included a partial buffet, and everything was always kept beautifully arranged. The bath and changing area were consistently clean and well maintained, which impressed me with how attentive the staff are. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to stay again!
