We were very satisfied, but if possible, we have three requests: 1) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a wash bucket. 2) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a mirror in the bathroom. 3) We would like hooks for bath towels by the sink. Welcome drinks, especially the cold sake, were a delightful touch appreciated by the host. Although the walk to the bath was a bit long, guests could choose their yukata, and the men's and women's baths alternated daily for added variety. The Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style, and dinner was served in just the right portions. After check-out, guests could relax in the lobby or garden at their leisure.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

It was only a one-night stay, but the front desk staff were very polite and kind. The Room was on the 36th floor, with a great location and high ceilings—excellent overall. If I had to mention one thing, it was disappointing that only the toilet washlet felt outdated. The breakfast selection wasn’t very extensive, but the fresh salad was delicious. When leaving, the staff kindly helped arrange a taxi, which was very helpful. If I have another chance to visit Sendai, I will stay here again.

The Room was wonderful. The high ceiling made it feel very open and spacious. The food was also delicious!! The corn mayonnaise pizza was outstanding—I was truly impressed! Also, the baguette I ordered had a lovely wheat aroma and was more than delicious enough on its own! For breakfast, the chicken soup curry had great spices and was really tasty! The pork miso soup—maybe pork really is best—was No. 1 among all I’ve ever had! As expected for a winery Hotel, the wine was incredibly good as well! The staff were very pleasant, which made the stay even better. One thing I noticed was a slight odor coming from the kitchen drain. I feel this happens fairly often in Rooms with kitchens (not only at this Hotel). I’d like to see this improved. It would also be nice to have a diffuser with a pleasant scent—good fragrance helps you relax... Everything else was excellent, so I’d love to stay again someday. Next time, I plan to arrive with plenty of room in my stomach and fully enjoy the food and wine.

The meal, made with plenty of local ingredients, was satisfying in both quality and quantity. It paired very well with the local sake we received as a perk. The Room was flawless, including the open-air bath. The large public bath at the sister property across the road (seaside) was also excellent, but since it was rainy that day, it felt a bit inconvenient to use. The large public bath at SAZANA was also a little small, which was the only disappointment. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were truly able to relax. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

This was my first time staying here. It was also my first sightseeing trip to Beppu, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. We decided to have dinner on short notice that day, and the staff handled everything politely and smoothly. It was an à la carte dinner, and every dish was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful—you can choose a main dish, and there is a buffet with bread, salads, and more. Everything tasted great, making for a lovely breakfast time. The staff were very kind as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—I wished I could have stayed longer. The open-air bath in the Room was also excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and since I enjoyed the Onsen many times, it was convenient to have extra towels available. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so we couldn’t see the view, but I imagine it would be beautiful on a clear day. It’s a place I’d like to recommend to friends. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I have stayed at TAOYA several times over the past few years. This was my first time at Kawaji Onsen, and although it was only for one night, I had a wonderful stay—the atmosphere was quiet and the meals were delicious. Some of the staff were from overseas, but everyone was very kind and provided pleasant service. It has become one of the Accommodations I would definitely like to visit again, and I will recommend it to friends. (Just one thing: there is a large stone on the bottom of the open-air bath, and at night it’s hard to see where it is, so I felt it could be a bit dangerous. For that reason, I deducted one star.)

From the welcome drink at check-in to the choice of yukata, the service, cleanliness, and meals—everything was satisfying! I was also able to fully relax and enjoy the Onsen, and I’d like to stay again when I visit Naruko.

Considering the Facility, amenities, and service, I felt it was exceptionally wonderful for this price—hard to find anything comparable. I would recommend it to others.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The meals were delicious, and the large public bath and open-air bath offered both hotter and slightly warm options, making it easy to enjoy for extended periods. Despite being early September, cicadas were chirping, creating a nostalgic atmosphere to savor the end of summer while relaxing in the open-air bath. I stayed here for my second night on a solo trip. Tucked away down a small path, it was so quiet—no traffic noise, just birds and insects. There were even cute little frogs on the terrace, which felt wonderful for someone who loves wildlife. The grounds are beautifully planted with lots of greenery, and the Room was extremely clean. The meals used ingredients harvested on the property and were outstanding—carefully prepared and delicate, yet warmly home-style at the same time. After the delicious dinner, they prepared a beautiful open-air bath for me, and I slept like a log until right before breakfast time. The owner couple were also very kind, sharing details about the ingredients, the plants on the property, and recommended spots to visit. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation filled with their care in every aspect—from the Room to the food to all Facilities. It’s an Accommodation I’ll definitely want to return to. Thank you very much.

It was the best Hotel we’ve found, especially since there are so few Hotels that allow pets. The Room was spacious, the dog run Facility was excellent, and there was no pet odor at all—my dog seemed truly happy. The dog run combines natural grass and artificial turf, making it gentle on dogs’ paws. On top of that, the accommodation cost was affordable and breakfast was free—an outstanding Hotel in every way.

This was my second stay. Since it is away from central Nara City, the surroundings are quiet and you can relax. The drinks in the 8th-floor lounge while watching Mt. Unebi at sunset are wonderful. The Room has a unit bath, but I also recommend the spacious public bath nearby. This time, there were dishes from many countries, and everything was delicious. With Asuka and Fujiwara Palace designated as World Heritage sites, I expect more tourists in the future, but this is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff were young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel. It was a luxurious and truly out-of-the-ordinary Hotel experience. Having the shower room and bathtub separated made my stay very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived, the subtle scent of incense in the air and the front desk staff’s beaming smiles left a lasting impression. The Room was spacious and spotless, and soaking in the in-room bath with orchid flowers floating on the water while listening to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The meal began with exquisite sashimi, and we enjoyed being able to savor a variety of dishes little by little. Since we had mentioned that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s retirement, you kindly provided everything—dishes, dessert, and even a commemorative photo on a photo plate—as complimentary services, which truly moved us as a couple. The post-dinner event was also fun, making it a relaxing yet exciting and memorable one-night, two-day stay. Thank you so much to all of your staff.

This was my first time staying here, and it was also my first visit to Mie Prefecture. I had many questions and asked the front desk staff about various things, but they were never unpleasant or dismissive. They went above and beyond by looking into even small details and explaining everything clearly. I truly appreciate their kind and attentive service. Not only was it conveniently located near the station, but there were also many delightful services. First, the welcome drinks available until the hot summer evenings in Matsumoto were very soothing. The complimentary Shuttle Service at Shouhou was much appreciated, and the excellent Onsen washed away my travel fatigue, allowing me to have a wonderful time. The breakfast was also outstanding: it included Shinshu specialties and a wide variety of dishes, making it easy to enjoy many different items in small portions. I almost wished my departure had been later so I could have enjoyed it even more. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

It was close to the station and Nankinmachi, and because it faces a wide street, I felt safe even at night. The Room was compact and clean. The guest-only lounge was so well equipped that I wondered if it was really free. We stayed as a group this time, so having a space where we could gather and chat was very helpful. If I had to mention one thing, I would like a shower cap to be provided in the Room. I only noticed after getting ready for a bath, and I hesitated to go all the way to the front desk to pick one up. Advice for future guests: If your vehicle is tall, please be aware that there is no nearby parking available for high-clearance vehicles.
