This time, I stayed for three nights. I had reserved a single Room, but they upgraded my Room. With plenty of space, it was easy to spread out my luggage and organize three days’ worth of clothes and souvenirs without any stress. Thank you very much. I have stayed here many times. It is a long-established Hotel, and I personally love the antique-style furniture. It was my first summer in Kanazawa and it was definitely hot, so I was happy to find cold Kaga roasted tea prepared in the Hotel lobby. It was delicious. With wine available in the lounge and convenient access to sightseeing areas, I think this is an excellent value Hotel. When I visit again in a different season, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

August 6 is the day for a collective visit to our family grave in Kyoto, and I have stayed here for the past three years. The location is convenient (I travel to Kyoto by Hankyu Railway from Osaka Itami Airport), the price is reasonable, and there is a large public bath where I can relax. I’m also happy that it seems there are more Western-style options on the breakfast menu. I plan to stay here again next year as well.

This was my first stay here. The Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied to be able to relax in the Onsen. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay here again.

I used it for sightseeing purposes. The Room was well cleaned, with plenty of amenities and easy to use, and above all, the food was delicious. On the downside, the Wi-Fi did not connect at all. Although it was a corner Room on the upper floor, this was disappointing. If there is no improvement, it is fine for sightseeing purposes, but I felt it would be difficult to use for business purposes.

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. Although you kindly drove us to Araya-Shinmachi Station on our departure, the Hanawa Line was suspended due to the early-morning earthquake, and we didn’t know what to do. You even came back to pick us up at the station and took us to the highway bus stop—it was truly a great help. We are deeply grateful to all of your staff. We were disappointed that Gin-no-Yu was closed, but we were able to fully enjoy the rare hot spring water and were very satisfied. Thank you again for everything.

The Room, bath, and meals were all wonderful, and we were very satisfied. However, the Wi-Fi listed was not accessible at all, so I think it needs improvement. Still, we treated it as a digital detox and were able to relax. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our family of four (a 9th grader and a 6th grader) had a wonderful stay. The all-inclusive plan was excellent, and the private cape, ocean views (the sunset was unforgettable), scenic walks, and the play areas inside the Hotel kept our kids very happy. The food, baths, and staff were all top-notch. Also, there’s an atmospheric spot called Haraoka Pier about a 5-minute drive away.

Just a short walk from the station with excellent access, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals in a private Room. For dinner, each of us was served freshly cooked white rice from a small individual kamado pot, which made us very happy! At breakfast as well, the fish and yudofu were each heated at the table, so we could enjoy a warm meal. The large public bath was not overly crowded and felt spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the hot water. The Room was also spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was a slightly musty smell in the elevator, but the Facility was new and clean overall. It’s also close to central Tokyo, and I would love to stay again.

Above all, the affordable stay was a great help. The amenities included everything I needed, and it was more than sufficient for a No Meals Included stay. For this price, I could sleep in a bed in a private room, and it was quiet around the Accommodation, so I would like to stay again.

The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we were able to forget about everyday life and relax in the Onsen. We also enjoyed the course dinner. We’d love to visit again.

This was my first stay, and I was completely satisfied with the Accommodation. The meals, Onsen, and service were all excellent. Although the price is a bit high, it was well worth it. I was also able to relax and unwind in the open-air bath, which was almost like having it to myself.

I have stayed here more than five times.\nAlthough the building shows some minor wear, it is kept very clean.\nNear the lobby, you can choose from a selection of shampoo and conditioner, and an Onsen Facility is located next door. The Onsen includes bubble baths, a sauna, and an open-air bath, so you can really enjoy it.\nThere is also a small welcome drink near the elevators, so you can sit on the chairs across from the lobby and relax while looking outside.\nThe Room is fairly spacious, and even if you book No Meals Included, you can still dine at the restaurant on the second floor for around 1,000–2,000 yen.\nThere is also a microwave in the Hotel, so you can bring in food from outside. On the second floor there was an area with vending machines plus tables and chairs where you can heat food in the microwave and eat right away.\nIt’s not right in the city center, but it’s convenient—you can reach both Hiroshima City and Onomichi in under an hour.

We stayed with three people, and the Room layout was great—we could easily move between two Rooms, and the bath was excellent. We were completely satisfied with everything, including the amenities and customer service. We would love to stay again next time.

I stayed here because I was curious about it as a Hotel under Polaris HD. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but the furnishings and amenities were excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. The view from the Room is of a residential area, so it is not particularly impressive, but the building itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured a wide selection of carefully prepared dishes with good nutritional balance, and everything was very delicious. It is a bit far from the station, so access was the only drawback, but overall I think it offers great value for money.

We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. I always look forward to visiting, soothed by the Onsen waters of Bessho and the nature of Shioda-daira. This time as well, I enjoyed a relaxing stay with wonderful meals, baths, and the warm atmosphere of Nanjo Ryokan. Every dish reflected the best of the local area and was truly delicious. The building feels like time has stood still since the Showa era, which is very calming. I imagine it must be challenging to maintain such a historic Accommodation, but I think replacing the tatami mats in the Room would make it even more comfortable. I hope this Accommodation continues for many years to come. I will visit again!

The service was excellent with smiles. The restaurant on-site was particularly impressive, with a chef who seemed like a top-notch professional, and I truly enjoyed a delicious dinner even by myself.

Thank you as always. We were very satisfied. Points we noticed: The sliding door to the men’s bath does not close properly (since earlier this year?). It may need the roller height adjusted or the movement tightened. Some guest rooms have no Wi‑Fi signal or a weak connection, so please check. Even so, we will be back again.

I wanted a relaxing stay, so I booked a twin Room for single use. The breakfast was very delicious.
