I love Okinawa and have stayed at many Hotels, and this was a truly wonderful Hotel. Since it has only just opened, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some low-rated Reviews, but my stay was so good that I wanted to share my thoughts. Good points ◯The food is simply delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Dinner was a half-buffet and breakfast was a buffet; both offered a wide variety of dishes including Okinawan cuisine. The flavors were great across the board—honestly, it was so good that you might be more satisfied eating “Okinawan food” here than going out to restaurants. The fish main dish at dinner in particular was outstanding. ◯The Facilities are clean As it’s newly opened, everything is spotless. The interior design is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is extremely comfortable. ◯Large public bath and sauna In addition to the large public bath, there is also a small sauna. I used them many times and felt very refreshed. ◯Indoor pool and outdoor pool available It’s not a large-scale Hotel, so the pools aren’t huge, but you can see the ocean from the outdoor pool, which was lovely. As mentioned above, because it isn’t a big Hotel, it’s designed as a relaxing space where you can truly take your time—and I found it very comfortable throughout my stay. It isn’t an oceanfront Accommodation, but the greenery visible from the breakfast area is beautiful and very soothing. All staff members were pleasant—not only at the front desk and restaurant, but also the international housekeeping staff. One thing to note: although this Hotel is on the west coast, you probably can’t see the sunset from your Room, so sunset lovers may want to keep that in mind. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel, I had such a relaxing time. Thank you very much.

We arrived by car. Before check-in, we went to confirm the parking, and the front desk staff kindly advised us that if we planned to take the car out after checking in, the affiliated parking lot would be best, but if not, a nearby coin-operated parking lot might be cheaper. Thanks to that advice, we were able to keep our parking fee low. Thank you very much. The drink service and complimentary breakfast also had a great selection and were delicious. The special dessert financier was especially tasty. We were also happy they had apples. The large public bath operates on a rotating schedule, and when it was the men’s time slot, there seemed to be too few washing stations. It looked like someone entered without washing first, which he found unpleasant. (This is not a complaint about the Hotel—more of an individual issue—but it would be nice if guests could be mindful.) Since there were three of us and we had a lot of luggage, it would have been even better if there had been a simple luggage rack or stand. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of us.

A cozy, family-run Onsen Accommodation with a warm atmosphere and a nostalgic Showa-era charm. The meals were outstanding, and the open-air bath was more than satisfying. The proprietress’s tea room next to the entrance was a relaxing space.

I usually stay for two nights, but this time I stayed for one night and was still able to relax at a comfortable pace. The beautiful hot spring left my skin glowing and smooth. With the carefully prepared meals, I felt I could spend my time in a healthy way. Next time, I’d like to stay for two nights and take it even slower.

The property has a wonderful atmosphere, and stepping into the entrance, I was impressed by the classic, calming interior. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and I slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Our trip for three women became a truly wonderful time. To satisfy my hungry junior-high grandson, I looked for a place with a delicious buffet. My husband had stayed here twice before and said the Room was spacious, so we chose it. In reality, the roomy interior let each of us relax at our own pace, and the services—like the drink bar and after-bath ice cream—were excellent. My grandson was thrilled. We enjoyed playing in the pool and the Onsen pool, and we also had fun at the evening festival stalls. All of the staff were very kind, which left a great impression. This is a Hotel that makes you want to come back. Just one thing: it was disappointing that it felt hot inside the elevator.

I’m looking for an affordable place near Himeji Station with a flat parking lot included. Around Himeji Station, parking often costs extra and is usually in affiliated multi-story garages, which can be a concern for low-clearance cars, so I keep coming back here. Many of the staff are foreign nationals, but I haven’t had any issues.

The Onsen water quality is unquestionably top-class. My wheelchair-using parent could also access the private family bath and move around the property with ease. Thank you. Opinions may vary about the meals, and I can’t say how true gourmet diners would feel, but we really liked the half-buffet. Personally, I think a full buffet would be fine. It’s a very good Ryokan.

Conveniently located in front of Hakodate Station with ample parking, and the streetcar stop is right across the road. An ideal base for sightseeing in Hakodate. Breakfast isn’t flashy, but each dish feels carefully prepared. The taste was satisfying, and even at the live kitchen they served each guest attentively—leaving both my stomach and mood satisfied from the morning. The Room and shared spaces also left a good impression, but the only disappointment was some dirt and odor in the bathroom (perhaps due to its age?). It wasn’t unhygienic, but because the other Facility areas were so well maintained, it stood out a bit. I hope to see improvements and would like to stay at this Hotel again.

While looking for a Hotel to stay at after visiting Kiryu Boat Race Track, I found a No Meals Included Plan and made a Reservation. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated being able to choose a later check-in time. When I called to request an earlier check-in due to my schedule, the staff responded cheerfully. The bathroom was clean, and although the Room felt a bit dated, it was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. There was also free on-site parking. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This is my regular Accommodation when I’m on business in Tokyo. It’s centrally located in Ginza, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I also appreciate that there are no unnecessary services. The cloakroom service is efficient and professional. There seem to be many international guests, and the overall atmosphere feels refined. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night on my way home after taking care of some errands in Iwanuma City. Having on-site parking was very convenient. After 8:00 pm, I looked for a place to eat, and it was helpful that there were plenty of restaurants nearby open late. The price was reasonable, and I had a comfortable stay.

Because there are a few steps at the entrance, it was difficult to carry my suitcase up, but the free parking makes it a great choice for guests traveling by car. The staff were also very helpful.

It is conveniently located right in front of the station one stop from Sendai Airport, with a convenience store next door. The Hotel staff were also very kind and gave us helpful information about nearby sightseeing spots. The free breakfast and the natural Onsen Facility were both excellent. When I use Sendai Airport again, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

Because Typhoon No. 9 was forecast to approach Okinawa, we moved our stay up by one day and were accommodated. We arrived early for dinner at the restaurant as well, and they kindly took care of us, so we were able to eat plenty at a relaxed pace. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. From the next day, we enjoyed watching baseball and visiting the adjacent shops, spending a leisurely time and enjoying a different atmosphere with no stress. We will stay again, and we look forward to seeing you then.

It was a very satisfying one-night stay. The buffet was great, and I was very satisfied with the reasonable rate for the Room. The view was nice, the building is large, and overall it was very good. However, I tried to pay the Hot Spring Tax for two Rooms as instructed (“Welcome drink available free of charge”), but after tapping the tag and hearing the beep, it immediately moved to the payment screen. I then tapped the second Room’s tag and heard another beep, so I paid by card and thought everything was fine—but later found out that the Hot Spring Tax for the second Room had not been completed. Not realizing this was somewhat disappointing. The Room reserved on Yahoo Travel suited me perfectly...

- The staff were very helpful. - The dishes included in the course were delicious and generous for the price. - We were too tired from sightseeing before arrival to see everything, but there were many kid-friendly spots inside the Hotel, which made it great for families. - When traveling to Fukui near this Hotel again, we would like to stay here again.

I stay at Comfort Hotel properties in various areas. Kitakami was good as well, but I would like to mention one thing. There was a large amount of black lint-like debris on the Room carpet. It wasn’t noticeable when standing, but it stood out when sitting. It seemed like the kind of dirt that could have been removed with proper vacuuming during cleaning. The next morning, I informed the front desk and had the Room cleaned, and after that I was able to spend the following three days comfortably. Because of my work, I stay at Hotels throughout The whole country. Even if a Facility is old, I think it is a good Hotel as long as it feels clean; on the other hand, even a new Hotel can feel unpleasant if cleaning is not thorough. In the past, I stayed at a Hotel in Naha that was only about one month old, and it was exactly the latter. Please continue improving so guests can use your Hotel with peace of mind. I will continue to stay with you in the future.

Just a short walk from the station with excellent access, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals in a private Room. For dinner, each of us was served freshly cooked white rice from a small individual kamado pot, which made us very happy! At breakfast as well, the fish and yudofu were each heated at the table, so we could enjoy a warm meal. The large public bath was not overly crowded and felt spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the hot water. The Room was also spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was a slightly musty smell in the elevator, but the Facility was new and clean overall. It’s also close to central Tokyo, and I would love to stay again.
