We stayed with you at the beginning of August. We visited with 2 adults and 3 children (6th grade, 3rd grade, and kindergarten), and everyone was extremely satisfied. Our Room was the Deluxe Kousuiden with an open-air bath, and the atmosphere of the private open-air bath was amazing—our kids went in so many times we lost count! (LOL) Of course, the shared baths were also excellent, and since towels are provided there, we never had to worry about running out no matter how many times we bathed. The dinner buffet wasn’t “buffet-level” at all—it was truly delicious! The sushi, steak, and Häagen-Dazs were all fantastic. It was so good that I even managed to drink less alcohol than usual (LOL). The Facility options for kids were also great (arcade games, lounge, water play area outside the lounge, table tennis, etc.), and our family promised we would definitely come back. Also, my wife accidentally left her wallet in the safe when we checked out. Since we had to catch the dinosaur train, we didn’t have time to go back for it—but your staff checked immediately and reassured us so we could keep enjoying our day without worry. It arrived by mail the day after we got home, which really helped. We’ll definitely come visit again!

This was our second stay. Our whole family loved it last time, so we made a Reservation again without hesitation. The dining here is outstanding—although it’s a buffet, everything looked so good that we wanted to try it all, and every dish was delicious. The Room and the baths were also great, and the nighttime fireworks were beautiful and truly impressive. We’d love to stay again!

We stayed here for the first time on our wedding anniversary last year and loved it so much that we visited again for this year’s anniversary. The view from the Room was truly amazing. The food felt very summery, looked beautiful, and was absolutely delicious. It was very quiet, and we were able to relax and take our time. Thank you very much. The only thing that concerned me this time—though it may just be a matter of personal preference—was the smell as soon as we entered the Room. I thought it might have been potpourri placed in the hallway, but each time we walked through the hallway it smelled strange. We would like to visit again in autumn with my mother, and we are looking forward to it.

All of the staff were cheerful and kind, making our trip even more enjoyable. The Hotel was a little hard to find, but the Facility was more than sufficient for pets. In the morning, we enjoyed taking a walk down from the dog run and going down the stairs to Lake Hamana, which felt wonderful. We also thoroughly enjoyed an excellent full-course meal. As for the Room, it was unnecessarily spacious for us as a couple, so next time we may choose a smaller Room. In such an elegant setting, sipping complimentary sparkling wine alone in the lounge in the evening while looking out at Lake Hamana and the sunset through the window was pure bliss. This has become a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of us. This Accommodation truly feels like a place that welcomes us home. First of all, we feel relieved—this is the best kind of hospitality. We are comforted by the smiles of all the staff. This time, we enjoyed French cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and it was outstanding. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. My husband and I kept nodding in agreement, smiling throughout. Thank you very much for everything. We look forward to staying with you again next month.

The hospitality was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently attentive. Especially at checkout, they even wiped the car windows. It had rained the night before, so the windows may have been dirty, but this was the first time anyone has ever done that for me—I was truly impressed. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying. Dinner featured a duck hot pot as the main dish, along with plenty of extras such as sashimi and Kasumi crab (benizuwai crab). Everything was delicious. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the Ryokan’s bath is small and it’s a bit away from the center of town. Personally, I enjoyed walking around while exploring and visiting different public baths, and they also said they could drive guests there upon request. As for the small bath at the Ryokan, I think it works well if you make use of the public baths too while still enjoying what’s available on-site. I would definitely like to stay again. Last time we stayed in the B&B, but this time we used the cottage. The Room had a very calming atmosphere, and we were able to relax and take it easy while enjoying the drinks in the refrigerator. It was a shame that the bath had been changed so it can no longer be fully opened as a semi-open-air bath, but it was still very soothing. We had our meals in a separate building, and everything was delicious and satisfying. However, since we don’t drink alcohol, we would have appreciated some non-alcoholic options at a lower price point. Also, it would be helpful to have an instruction sheet showing where the light switches are located.

I visited with my wife. Even in the rain, the staff waited for our arrival and came out to greet us with an umbrella. We were truly impressed by their thoughtful and warm hospitality. The meals were excellent, featuring Japanese cuisine made with plenty of fresh seafood from Chiba, as well as generous portions of meat and vegetables. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious—I ended up eating more than I intended. The semi-open-air Onsen bath attached to our Room was also wonderful, and we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen at our own pace without worrying about others. The food, Onsen, and service were all outstanding, allowing us to spend a peaceful time together as a couple. We would love to visit again.

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

The fresh Itoshima vegetables, the wide variety of dishes, and even eel rice available from the morning made the kids absolutely delighted. It was a truly enjoyable breakfast buffet. I’d love to stay here again.

My mother stayed with you on this occasion with three friends. She told me that everything—the Room, the Onsen, and the meals—was outstanding. To celebrate her 77th birthday, you prepared a purple hood and vest for photos and also provided celebratory red rice buns, which made for wonderful memories, and she is truly grateful. Although the three of them travel to many places, they were deeply impressed by your exceptional hospitality. Thank you very much.

After finally arriving through heavy rain on this trip, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were served in a calm lounge, and we could really feel the care put into each dish. The Onsen was wonderful, but unfortunately, due to torrential rain severe enough to trigger warnings, the water temperature dropped on the morning of the second day. We were especially disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath in our Room. With expressways closed, sightseeing wasn’t possible at all, so we’d like to come back next time for a retry. The Accommodation is a pleasant, clean Hotel, and all of the staff were very kind.

This was an Accommodation I had been interested in for some time. The hot water was pleasantly warm, so I could soak and relax at length. The meals were excellent, and I also ordered grilled sesame tofu as an extra. It was exquisite. Overall, the service was very good, and I would like to visit again.

I stayed here because the Accommodation highlighted that you can see the Seven Stars in Kyushu from the Room. It really was a Room with a great view, and I was able to photograph the Seven Stars in Kyushu with Mt. Yufu in the background. You can also see Mt. Yufu from the Onsen in the Room. The medicinal rice porridge at breakfast was especially delicious!

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day; we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for preparing a congratulatory card in the Room to celebrate my child’s acceptance. It was an unexpected surprise, and they were truly delighted and still have it proudly displayed. With sincere appreciation for your thoughtful kindness, we are considering visiting again at the end of the fiscal year. We look forward to staying with you again.

Both my parents and my children said, “It was great.” Every year, we stay overnight at an Onsen area in Yunogo when we visit our family grave, and this time we stayed at Miharu-kaku. The staff, the food, and the Onsen were all perfect. We would love to stay again next year.

This was our second stay since last year. We were impressed last year as well, but this year we truly enjoyed an even more relaxing time thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the staff. Of course, the cuisine was also top-class Kyoto kaiseki. We will be back again during the Obon holidays next year. We are truly grateful.

As we had never stayed in Atami before, we chose this Hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary trip. When I mentioned it to the staff at check-in, they surprised us with an anniversary dessert plate at dinner. It was beautifully done, and we truly appreciated the care they put into it for us. We chose a Room with an open-air bath. We were able to relax and soak while enjoying the view. The large public bath was also very pleasant. The meals were a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We were told the menu had just changed to the autumn selection, and in particular, the tilefish scale-grilled dish was outstanding. At breakfast the next morning, I noticed that the flowers in the vase on our table were different from those at dinner; when I asked a staff member, they said they change them between night and morning. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was also served as a course meal, and it was fun being able to choose between an egg dish or curry. The butter served with the bread was white in color with a rich flavor—absolutely delicious. Overall, every staff member provided courteous service and had wonderful smiles. Their attentive yet unobtrusive approach felt just right. As someone who lives a busy day-to-day life, thank you for giving me such an extraordinary escape—it became a truly memorable trip thanks to you all. We would love to visit again soon.

The Onsen temperature was just right, and the Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the Room was also great. The meals were delicious, and thank you to the staff member who looked after us for being so kind to our children. We would like to stay again when we visit Awaji Island. Next time, we’d love to come in a different season.

Hospitality & Service → I was warmly welcomed from check-in, and the staff responded pleasantly whenever I needed anything, which made me very happy. Onsen Baths → The large public bath was spacious, and the outdoor open-air bath area was also clean. I also appreciated the service of having drinks and towels available in front of the sauna room. Dining → I only had breakfast, but it was delicious.
