This was my first stay. It was a few minutes from the bus stop (Buzen-da), which made getting around by bus very convenient. I stayed while helping with a move, and soaking in the bath helped me recover from the fatigue. I really appreciated being able to relax in a spacious bath instead of just the Room’s unit bathroom, even though it was dimly lit. Since I only needed the Room for sleeping, the small size didn’t bother me much. I also looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. They let me know when my meal was ready, which felt very welcoming. The staff were very kind—thank you so much. I would like to stay again.

I celebrated the New Year here after a long time. This was my third stay. As always, the room and bath were truly comfortable, and I enjoyed the delicious drinks and alcohol in the lounge. With fewer rooms, it’s quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. Being part of the Tokyu Stay group, it naturally has a washing machine and microwave, but this accommodation even has a freezer, which is a great bonus! Highly recommended.

The room was even cuter and more stylish than the photos on the reservation page. The TV allowed casting, and the table had casters, making it convenient to arrange as desired. The water server is only available on the 4th floor, so those with a room on that floor are lucky. However, hallway noise and smells were occasionally noticeable. My room faced the road, but outside noise was not an issue. Breakfast was slightly expensive but excellent in both quality and quantity. I chose a seafood bowl, but the raw egg looked delicious too, and there was also morning porridge available. I'm glad I had breakfast here!

I always stay here when I’m in Takamatsu. The staff are very courteous, and I always feel comfortable during my stay. Personally, I really like the complimentary drinks service, but if I may ask for a little more, I would be happy if the hours could be extended a bit. Thank you for considering it. I look forward to staying again next time.

Because my wife is from Hamamatsu, we always stay at this Facility. It’s always an excellent value, very clean, and on this visit we were even upgraded, which made our trip to Hamamatsu wonderful. We look forward to staying with you again.

As it was summer vacation, it was much more crowded than last time. Even so, the staff were very courteous and helpful. I wish the lounge had been open without a break, and I would have appreciated it if the large public bath had been available until 11:00 a.m. Guests can use the parking lot for up to 30 hours for 500 yen, so we left our car there after check-out, walked to Nagahama Port, and took the ferry to Chikubushima Island. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Since it had been rebranded and was offered at a campaign rate, we stayed in the Premium Suite. As expected, the Room was tastefully put together, and it truly felt like they had moved away from the image of an old-fashioned Onsen Ryokan. The private bath, which is usually available for a fee, was also provided free of charge. You make a Reservation through the Accommodation’s dedicated app, then pick up the key at the front desk when it’s time. We ended up departing early in the morning on short notice, but we’d like to stay here again when we visit Minami-Izu.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

We enjoyed the Reservation-only open-air bath, the cave bath, and having them privately. We expected it to be crowded during Obon, but we were lucky to enter the cave bath smoothly. In the morning, the large public bath also felt like we had it all to ourselves—another lucky moment. The meals were enjoyable both dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes. The eel was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable. One thing: both beds squeaked a lot, which surprised us. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, so that was disappointing.

The Onsen water quality is unquestionably top-class. My wheelchair-using parent could also access the private family bath and move around the property with ease. Thank you. Opinions may vary about the meals, and I can’t say how true gourmet diners would feel, but we really liked the half-buffet. Personally, I think a full buffet would be fine. It’s a very good Ryokan.

The bath was, of course, outstanding, and since the Hotel is on a hill, the view was great and I could truly relax. The all-inclusive plan was also nice because it felt relatively unhurried (at another Hotel, I once saw people rushing to grab seats the moment it started, which put me off). The food went beyond the ordinary with thoughtful touches, so I enjoyed it with excitement. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very soothing. I’d love to stay again.

It was nice that this small Accommodation was quiet and peaceful. The Onsen had a gentle sulfur scent and natural mineral deposits, which felt good for the skin. Meals were served in a private dining room, so we could relax without worrying about others.

This was my second stay. Whenever I come to Mihara, this is the Hotel I choose without hesitation. Women receive amenity sets that include face masks, and from 4:00 PM there are free drinks, rice balls, and even shaved ice. From 6:00 PM, one beer per person is free, and from the second beer onward it’s only 300 yen, which is a great deal. What was disappointing this time was the strong smell of cigarettes around the front desk area—it made me feel sick.

With a large parking lot and a gas station directly across the street, this Hotel along Route 20 is an unbeatable location for traveling by car. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a large Ito-Yokado, which makes it convenient for families too. All staff members were cheerful and provided perfect service, and in particular, the bright morning greeting from a breakfast staff member who seemed to be in their 60s was just right to start the day. The guest Room was impeccably cleaned and very comfortable. I relaxed with the welcome drink in my Room while watching TV, and it helped me recover from travel fatigue. The bath salts and face mask were great amenities for women as well. My hair dried in no time with the dryer included in the Ladies Plan. It had been a while since my last stay at Super Hotel, but I was so satisfied that I’d like to stay again soon.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

We stayed for a family trip with breakfast only. The room has four beds, and thanks to the two-seater sofa and table, even four adults could relax comfortably. The bathroom area was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a relaxing bath. The view from the window and from the restaurant was wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. Since this trip was mainly for sightseeing, next time we’d like to spend more time relaxing at the Hotel. Highly recommended.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

My daughter and I stayed for a two-night stay in a Club Junior Suite. I had seen some Reviews saying the staff were not very helpful, but that wasn’t the case at all—everyone was attentive and courteous. The Club Floor lounge was especially wonderful. During cocktail time, we enjoyed drinks and delicious snacks together while taking in the night view—my daughter has just turned 20, so it was a special moment for us. It was also great that the property is connected to the Onsen Facility “Ren.” We used it on the first night and again on the morning of our third day, and we were very satisfied. We hadn’t added breakfast, but we had a breakfast rice porridge set at one of Ren’s restaurants, then fully enjoyed a morning bath. The powder room was well equipped with ReFa and YA-MAN hair dryers as well as hair irons, so there was no inconvenience. This trip was by JR, so with large luggage it felt like a bit of a walk from the station (and we got slightly lost), but we truly had a wonderful trip. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, I would definitely like to stay again. One small thing I noticed: while spending time in the Room, there would be fairly loud popping or clicking sounds coming from near the window about once every 5–10 minutes. Since it’s on the 27th floor, I wondered if it might be related to air pressure or something similar—but it remained a mystery throughout our stay.

Although it is a large Hotel, it was very quiet. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom was also very large, with an open-air bath and a sauna, so the facilities were excellent. The service was great, and the free Shuttle Service was truly helpful. I would like to stay here again.

From the moment you step into the Hotel, it has a calming atmosphere, and you can enjoy complimentary drinks and coffee in the lobby lounge or on the terrace with stunning views. The entire property and the guest room were very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. Both dinner and breakfast were generous bento meals with sashimi and a hot pot, plus five kinds of Shodoshima’s famous tsukudani—everything was delicious. The sunset was incredibly beautiful and soothing. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.
