I have stayed here more than five times.\nAlthough the building shows some minor wear, it is kept very clean.\nNear the lobby, you can choose from a selection of shampoo and conditioner, and an Onsen Facility is located next door. The Onsen includes bubble baths, a sauna, and an open-air bath, so you can really enjoy it.\nThere is also a small welcome drink near the elevators, so you can sit on the chairs across from the lobby and relax while looking outside.\nThe Room is fairly spacious, and even if you book No Meals Included, you can still dine at the restaurant on the second floor for around 1,000–2,000 yen.\nThere is also a microwave in the Hotel, so you can bring in food from outside. On the second floor there was an area with vending machines plus tables and chairs where you can heat food in the microwave and eat right away.\nIt’s not right in the city center, but it’s convenient—you can reach both Hiroshima City and Onomichi in under an hour.

Complimentary ochazuke is provided. There is also a free service of one or two drinks, and a large public bath. I enjoyed my stay.

This was my first time staying in Okayama. It was conveniently within walking distance from the station. I have a terrible sense of direction, so I got lost even on such a simple route! Check-in and check-out were smooth. The only thing I didn’t understand was that you need to hold your card up to the elevator and then press your floor, so I went back to the front desk to ask. The single Room was very clean and felt fresh. I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.

I stayed in a newly renovated Room with an open-air bath. The Room was spacious, and the open-air bath was large enough to relax in comfortably, which was great. The food was carefully prepared and very delicious.

There are many lively shops nearby, and although it was a bit far, we were able to walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome as well. The only issue was that the washbasin drain smelled (this should be improved). The front desk staff member was also very pleasant. Thank you!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip and also requested a birthday cake. Throughout our stay, we felt the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and it was a Hotel we would love to return to. We were also grateful to be upgraded to a higher-grade Room free of charge—every service was truly appreciated. The calm atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was very clean and stylish. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and since there was also a sauna in the Room, I got to try a sauna for the first time in my life. The cute little duck we could take home was also adorable. All of the staff were truly polite and kind, which really impressed us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again when we travel to Kobe!

The parking lot was spacious and easy to park in. The breakfast bread was freshly baked, and even during a Multiple Night Stay, we were happy to have several different types of bread each day. If sparkling water had been available with the evening welcome drink, it might have been even more enjoyable. Since the room access uses a PIN code, it was convenient not having to carry a card or key around.

We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter for my husband’s birthday. After making a Reservation, they kindly confirmed by phone and accommodated our last-minute request for a birthday plate as much as possible. Both the staff on the phone and the team on site were all warm and attentive. There were plenty of kid-friendly activities, such as playing in the river behind the property and fireworks at night, which made it a very satisfying trip. They were also very kind to our child, and she says she wants to come again.

They were very accommodating with an early check-in and arranging our luggage for the return trip. The Hotel has a calm, long-established tropical atmosphere, and the ocean view with palm trees felt like Hawaii—surprisingly exotic and very relaxing. We couldn’t go into the sea due to high waves, but we still enjoyed the pool. In the open-air bath, there were spider webs on the ceiling. I wish there had been more food options in the lounge—especially a curry dish.

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. A clean property, a buffet, and a large bath! We enjoyed our reserved table tennis, and afterward you kindly extended our karaoke time by an extra 30 minutes. Thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of the Hotel staff, my children in their second year of working life were able to forget their daily stress and smile more. Thank you for a truly wonderful day.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

In a quiet location, the Room’s Onsen is also free-flowing, and bathing while feeling close to nature is wonderfully refreshing. Because it was the Obon season, there were no vacancies in the Room we wanted, and both the large public bath and the post-bath lounge area were crowded, which was a bit tiring. However, for a popular Accommodation at this price point, that’s understandable. Overall, we were very satisfied considering the cost. The front desk staff and the service during meals were excellent. The relaxation staff at the spa provided highly skilled treatments that felt great.

I made a Reservation because I wanted to go snowboarding. The free Shuttle Service to several ski resorts was very convenient. The Onsen and Room were clean, and the meals were luxurious with all-you-can-drink alcohol. The price of around 10,000 yen is an incredible deal. It truly turned into an enjoyable trip. Staying at this Hotel makes you not want to stay at any other Hotel. Thank you very much!

The website says it is a 5-minute walk from the “West Exit” of JR Sannomiya Station, but Sannomiya is a complex station with many lines, and it can be hard for first-time visitors to navigate. I was traveling via JR, and for JR users, it may be easier to exit from the Central Gate, go out to Ikuta Shinmichi, and head toward Motomachi (this is the route I used between the station and the Hotel afterward). The West Exit of JR Sannomiya Station is hard to find unless you go down from the platform, and getting to the Hotel through the maze under the tracks was difficult even with a map app. The Hotel staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable. The coffee service was much appreciated.

Following last year, we stayed again over the New Year holidays. With traditional New Year decorations and osechi at breakfast, we were able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kanazawa, and once again had a very satisfying stay. This year there was also snow on the ground, making the view of Kanazawa from our high-floor room even more memorable. We would love to stay again. We stayed as a family of three (my husband and child). Since it was a non-smoking room, we were able to stay comfortably. The pajamas were nice, and I also liked being able to choose a pillow. You can choose your amenities as well, which I felt was very environmentally considerate. We had to wait in line for breakfast, but it was delicious. The parking instructions and the fee (500 yen) were easy to understand.

I chose to stay here based on past Reviews. This Hotel offers a relaxing, soothing atmosphere with a clean interior, spacious layout, and a quiet, serene setting. Dinner was more than ample and made with fresh ingredients—especially the bonito sashimi and seared bonito, which were outstanding. The Room was clean and generously sized, and I was able to unwind comfortably for the night. A very satisfying Hotel overall.

Thank you for taking care of me on this touring trip! I really appreciated being allowed to park my motorcycle under the eaves by the entrance. The staff included many young women from overseas, and everyone served us politely with constant smiles, so I was able to fully enjoy a satisfying Onsen Accommodation—thank you very much. Next time, I’d like to visit with my wife and daughters as a family, and I look forward to seeing you then. If I may make one request: I had a beer in the floor area next to the front desk, but I was disappointed that the glass was at room temperature (it was a hot day, so it felt lukewarm). I stay at Comfort Hotel properties in various areas. Kitakami was good as well, but I would like to mention one thing. There was a large amount of black lint-like debris on the Room carpet. It wasn’t noticeable when standing, but it stood out when sitting. It seemed like the kind of dirt that could have been removed with proper vacuuming during cleaning. The next morning, I informed the front desk and had the Room cleaned, and after that I was able to spend the following three days comfortably. Because of my work, I stay at Hotels throughout The whole country. Even if a Facility is old, I think it is a good Hotel as long as it feels clean; on the other hand, even a new Hotel can feel unpleasant if cleaning is not thorough. In the past, I stayed at a Hotel in Naha that was only about one month old, and it was exactly the latter. Please continue improving so guests can use your Hotel with peace of mind. I will continue to stay with you in the future.
