Since the event was in Kashima City, Saga, I chose Tosu Station for its convenient JR connections. I often stay at Route Inn Hotels. With the app installed, check-in is very quick and smooth. Recommended for those who frequently stay at Route Inn Hotels properties. However, anyone can go to any floor by elevator, which is a security concern. The bath turned out to be a small public bath rather than a large one—it was so small it made me laugh. That said, you can check how crowded it is on the TV screen, which is convenient. Breakfast offered such a wide selection that it was hard to decide what to choose.

Conveniently located near Susukino Station with excellent access, and right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which features restaurants, drugstores, and many convenience stores. During my 2-night stay, I enjoyed the Onsen with an open-air bath that helped relax my tired feet and body after walking around. I also requested an in-room massage, and they were very flexible with the schedule and menu options—it was truly rejuvenating. I would love to stay here again!

The staff were very courteous. It was raining, but we managed to have the BBQ under the tarp. However, the tarp leaked in several places and water dripped down, so we had to choose our seats carefully. I guess that’s somewhat unavoidable with a tarp tent. The BBQ meat was very well seasoned and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasty as well. The French toast for breakfast was also great. We stayed in a Comfort Tent and it was comfortable. It was cool enough that we didn’t really need air conditioning, but because of the rain it was very humid, so we used the AC to dehumidify. Even with that heavy rain, we still had a good time—this really felt like glamping at its best. There were deer near our tent late at night—we truly enjoyed being close to nature.

All staff members were very friendly, polite, and kind. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, making my stay truly enjoyable. This was the best point of my experience. The amenities available at check-in were abundant, including options like face masks. The welcome drinks on the first floor were available until midnight with a wide variety of soft drinks to choose from. There was also an ice server (or ice machine), allowing me to enjoy chilled oolong tea or iced coffee after relaxing in the Onsen—such a great touch! Disposable cups for hot beverages that are easy to hold without getting burned showed thoughtful consideration as well. The Onsen featured saltwater baths where you could float comfortably when stretching out your body—it felt amazing! It was open until 9 AM in the morning! For women’s baths, only female guests receive a passcode required to enter, and lockers with wristband keys provided extra security and peace of mind. By the way, rooms also use passcodes instead of physical keys, eliminating any hassle about who holds the key when going out—very convenient! The room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms and slept soundly. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM. While not overly extensive in variety, it had just the right selection and everything tasted delicious. I enjoyed both rice and bread options until I was full. There were four types of bread; I tried two savory ones—the croissant was so good that I went back for seconds! They even offered regular milk instead of low-fat milk—a surprising delight for me—and finished off with yogurt and coffee as dessert. It didn’t feel like a free breakfast because it exceeded expectations in quality and satisfaction levels! Food replenishment was prompt too—everything reflected great attention to detail. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel but definitely won’t be my last visit here. Thank you very much!

It was wonderful to experience the atmosphere of a Swiss Hotel. We were glad we could reserve the bath for private family use, and we were able to use it without any waiting time.

Local Hotels are great. In the city, even single rooms are outrageously expensive, so this price with breakfast included must be thanks to the Hotel’s hard work. I’ll stay here again when I come to eat fried horse mackerel. The front desk and dining hall staff were also excellent. The parking lot is spacious, so you can park your car with peace of mind.

All staff—at the front desk, restaurant, large public bath, shop, and even the bus driver—were very welcoming. The meals were delicious, and the amenities were well stocked. In particular, there was a free-flowing Onsen on the terrace, so my elderly parents could enjoy the Onsen with peace of mind. They were very happy, and it became a wonderful memory for us. One disappointing point was that—perhaps only in our Room—a lot of dust had accumulated around the light near the headboard in the bedroom. Other than that, we are grateful for all of your services.

Herbal medicinal teas before and after meals are also a nice touch. At dinner, you can drink as much as you like of your preferred beverages, including alcohol, and every dish was truly delicious. Although we stayed on a weekday, they kindly served us the weekend-only sashimi as well, which we enjoyed with fresh wasabi! The baths were crowded, so we couldn’t relax as much as we’d hoped, but overall we were satisfied. However, it was disappointing that the futon in the Japanese-style room was quite thin.

I missed the last train and stayed here for the first time while urgently looking for a place to stay. It’s a little far from the station, but there’s a convenience store nearby, and the Room was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. In the morning, I was lucky to get light refreshments—coffee and bread—which were delicious. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

Welcome drinks, especially the cold sake, were a delightful touch appreciated by the host. Although the walk to the bath was a bit long, guests could choose their yukata, and the men's and women's baths alternated daily for added variety. The Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style, and dinner was served in just the right portions. After check-out, guests could relax in the lobby or garden at their leisure.

Located in a secluded area with an exceptional view from the window! The atmosphere, reminiscent of a place where bears might appear, adds to the charm!

We chose this Accommodation for our wedding anniversary, hoping for somewhere a little special this year. My husband and I are usually busy with our own schedules, and we’re often surprised by how little time we have to talk at home, but that day we ended up reminiscing about old memories the whole time (laugh). The staff were considerate and didn’t speak to us more than necessary, which made us feel they truly valued our time together. In the morning, we woke up early for a short walk and then returned to the Accommodation, and it was nice to head to breakfast without rushing. It became a wonderful anniversary memory.

I stayed here for a concert at Geibun. The location was convenient, the Room was clean, and the service was courteous—I was very satisfied. For breakfast I chose the shrimp cutlet sandwich, and it was convenient to have free drinks available and be able to enjoy it in my Room. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here on a business trip to Okinawa. Regarding the multi-story parking garage operations that others had mentioned, the staff explained everything carefully, and I was able to park without any stress. It would be even better if there were a space near the entrance of the garage where guests could temporarily place their luggage. The front desk staff at check-in were professional; although they were from overseas, communication was not an issue. The Room was very spacious for one person, as this is a condo-style Hotel (in a good way). There were many features that highlighted the benefits of a hotel condo, such as a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious vanity area. The view of American Village from the lanai was also wonderful. Staying just one night felt like a waste—I think this Hotel is ideal for families planning a Multiple Night Stay. I’ll stay here with my family next time!

It was only a one-night stay, but the front desk staff were very polite and kind. The Room was on the 36th floor, with a great location and high ceilings—excellent overall. If I had to mention one thing, it was disappointing that only the toilet washlet felt outdated. The breakfast selection wasn’t very extensive, but the fresh salad was delicious. When leaving, the staff kindly helped arrange a taxi, which was very helpful. If I have another chance to visit Sendai, I will stay here again.

Since I was often away from the Accommodation and wanted to bathe whenever I liked, I chose a room with a private open-air bath. By adjusting the hot spring source myself, I could control the water temperature, and soaking in the crisp morning air was wonderful.

We were able to stay at a great price with a last-minute deal during heavy rain. The Room was disappointing in that there was no valuables box, and the toilet exhaust fan didn’t work. For valuables, we had to go all the way to the bath area on the 5th floor to use the valuables box there, then head to the far open-air bath on the 6th floor. The open-air bath was amazing. We went in during heavy rain wearing a woven hat, but there were only two, so other guests seemed inconvenienced. We enjoyed it enough and handed our umbrella over before leaving. It would be better if a few more were provided. Amenities in the Room were minimal, and anything else you need is placed on the 1st floor, so you go pick it up yourself. The pillow was very thin, so we borrowed one from three types of pillows available on the 1st floor. When I visited it was pouring rain and there weren’t many other guests, so pillows were still available—but I wonder if they restock them when it’s busy? As for meals, for this price they were acceptable. The steak was processed meat. It’s all-you-can-eat crab, but it’s better not to expect too much. There was also eel; warming it up on the hot plate after cooking steak made it tasty. For breakfast, the DIY rice bowl (toppings over rice) was delicious. Above all, drinks were all-you-can-drink from check-in until 11:00 p.m.—dinner started just 30 minutes after welcome drinks ended—and after that we went to the bar. Since you can take drinks back to your Room as well, we relaxed and drank plenty. The welcome oden and steamed meat buns were also delicious. We also enjoyed midnight udon as a late-night snack—overall we fully made use of everything. The staff members were foreigners as well, but everyone worked very hard and they were wonderful. We would definitely like to return again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. It was also my first sightseeing trip to Beppu, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. We decided to have dinner on short notice that day, and the staff handled everything politely and smoothly. It was an à la carte dinner, and every dish was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful—you can choose a main dish, and there is a buffet with bread, salads, and more. Everything tasted great, making for a lovely breakfast time. The staff were very kind as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—I wished I could have stayed longer. The open-air bath in the Room was also excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and since I enjoyed the Onsen many times, it was convenient to have extra towels available. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so we couldn’t see the view, but I imagine it would be beautiful on a clear day. It’s a place I’d like to recommend to friends. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.
