The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

Whenever I travel to Asahikawa, I always stay at this Hotel, and it is very clean. I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I chose it again this time, and it was excellent. It is directly connected to AEON, which makes shopping very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Asahikawa.

This stay was once again completely satisfying. We were blessed with great weather, and from our high-floor room we enjoyed a spectacular view, including a beautiful sunset sinking behind the Rokko mountain range. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent and made us feel happy from the start of the day. This was a return visit, and we were truly touched that the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. Even when staff members change, consistently delivering “stable, first-class service” is proof of a truly outstanding Hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making our stay genuinely comfortable.

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

Just as the title says, this Accommodation was absolutely amazing in every way! Even before we arrived, they were waiting for us and kindly guided us to the parking area, then smoothly escorted us to the lobby. It was a bit of a walk from the main building to the annex, but from the moment we stepped in, the calm, crystal-clear atmosphere was so soothing. From the covered walkway you can see the sea through a pine grove, and even the lawn in the garden was beautifully maintained—everything felt spotless and impeccably clean. We checked in while enjoying a welcome drink in the lounge; all of the staff provided attentive service that never felt overbearing—just thoughtful and considerate. Dinner was served as a course meal, featuring exquisite dishes made with local Awaji ingredients and presented beautifully. The Western-style breakfast course was also outstanding. In particular, just as mentioned in other Reviews, the pot-au-feu was incredible. The lounge also had an excellent selection of high-quality alcohol, drinks, and food options, so we could truly relax at our own pace. Normally we would have needed to go out shopping for things, but this time everything we needed was available within the Accommodation—we were completely satisfied without leaving! The Room and amenities were perfectly prepared with nothing lacking, and having an open-air bath attached to our Room was fantastic! We would love to stay at Hamari-kyu again next time.

We stayed in Arima Onsen the previous night to celebrate, and since we were already in Kansai, we decided to stay in Kameoka as well—a place with special meaning for my parents. As it was our second night, we chose this hotel to save money, but every dish was delicious down to the smallest detail and truly impressed us. Not only dinner but also breakfast was outstanding. My parents also said the food here is genuinely excellent. Thank you very much.

The breakfast and dinner were both very delicious. Everything from the live kitchen was truly excellent, no matter what I chose. The Onsen was also wonderful, and the rotating Onsen baths were especially great.

The open-air bath at Shiun-no-Yu was outstanding. Breakfast is their top highlight, and the variety, selection, and taste were all perfect. I have stayed at La Vista in Hakodate, Kushiro, and Furano, and the high quality has been consistently maintained—it’s truly excellent.

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back from visiting Ise Grand Shrine. It’s within walking distance from the station, and I was able to check in smoothly with no stress. The building is undeniably old, but the Room was kept clean. The meals were very delicious. The local specialty, Atami-ni, was truly outstanding. It’s also nice that you can choose your dried fish at breakfast. Many of the staff are from overseas, but their hard work comes through, so there’s no stress. The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature and felt great. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We stayed for two nights with breakfast included. We previously stayed at the Akita location and found it very comfortable, so we chose the Aomori location this time as well. The Room was clean and spacious, the bathtub was deep enough to relax in, and the amenities were well stocked. Breakfast was delicious.\nWe would like to stay again.

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. My spouse and I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) on the Standard Plan. The Room was spacious and very clean, and we were able to relax in great comfort. The guest room had an indoor bath, but the complimentary 45-minute private open-air bath was truly wonderful. Being able to soak side by side at our own pace was the highlight of our stay, so we hardly used the indoor bath. The open-air bath also had a lovely atmosphere and became a great travel memory. The meals exceeded our expectations. Every dish was delicious, with plenty of variety—we were completely satisfied. It was especially memorable to see my wife, who usually eats lightly, enjoying far more than usual, which shows just how good everything was. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, we expected similar meals each day, but on the second night we were impressed by a completely different course featuring grilled oysters, fried oysters, and Matsusaka beef sukiyaki. What stayed with us most was the spiny lobster miso soup at breakfast on the second day. Although it was small in size, it used one whole spiny lobster—an indulgent dish that tasted amazing and remains unforgettable. The staff’s thoughtful attention and warm hospitality were also excellent, making our entire stay pleasant from start to finish. Overall, this Accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. When we visit Toba Aquarium again next time, we would love to stay here again.

When I visit Kyoto, I often choose this Accommodation for the following reasons: - Close to central Kyoto - Capsule-hotel style, yet with private rooms available - A large public bath with perfectly partitioned washing areas - Clean - Affordable - A relaxing 1st-floor lobby - A great selection of drinks in the 1st-floor lobby This time, I was especially impressed by the new coffee machine and the unique tea flavors. It really feels like a Hotel that is always improving.

Conveniently located very close to the subway station, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The guest room was kept very clean. Some hotels often have a distinctive lingering odor, but this Hotel had none at all and felt exceptionally fresh and spotless. I was able to sleep comfortably as well. Another pleasant surprise was that the pajamas included pants. Most places provide only a top in a yukata style, but this Hotel’s service was attentive even in that regard. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo on business.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.

On our first trip to Aomori, we stayed the night before the Nebuta Festival for the first time, and everything—the meals, drinks, service, and Onsen—was excellent. Our three-generation family was very satisfied when we left. If I had to ask for one thing, a massage chair would make it even better. We were completely satisfied and truly enjoyed Aomori. It was a late check-in as I only used it mostly for sleeping. Although the room was small, there were drink bar services and breakfast included, making it very cost-effective!

Conveniently located near airport limousine bus stops and shopping streets. The Room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate large luggage. Breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious for being complimentary.
