I had long wanted to visit Akazawa Guest House, and this time I was able to stay there with my son and his wife. The exterior is wonderful, but once inside, I was amazed to see platinum used throughout the walls and other details. It was a beautiful space with clear attention paid to every element. The pampas grass in the courtyard was especially memorable, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful break from everyday life while feeling the charm of the season. Everything—the Room, the meals, and the atmosphere throughout the Accommodation—was of course excellent, but what stayed with me most was the warm hospitality of all the staff. My daughter-in-law is pregnant, and they kindly accommodated our requests in advance with great care. They prepared extra pillows in our Room and thoughtfully adjusted her meals as well, which we truly appreciated. In particular, the staff member who served our meals had such a lovely smile. Their service was both attentive and genuinely warm, which made us feel very at ease. The staff member who took photos for us also went beyond what we asked for, discreetly looking out for us so we could enjoy ourselves even more. Their thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Of course it is an exceptional space with a sense of luxury, but even more than that, I felt that the detailed and heartfelt hospitality of everyone working there makes this Accommodation even more special. I am truly happy that we were able to spend such precious family time at Akazawa Guest House. On our way home, my son’s family and I said to each other, “Let’s come again.” Thank you very much for giving us such a memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

This Accommodation exceeded my expectations. The Room layout was well designed, and I stayed very comfortably. The view is also wonderful. The sauna is spacious enough for about 4–5 people, allows temperature adjustment, and you can enjoy löyly. The cold plunge is also plenty large, and ice is provided for those who want colder water—so you can fully enjoy the sauna exactly the way you like. The in-room Onsen is spacious enough for two people. The water has a slightly silky feel and leaves your skin nicely moisturized. The amenities were excellent as well. The private lounge offers a great selection of drinks and snacks, which you can bring back to your Room—so it feels essentially all-inclusive. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals did not overlap between the first and second nights, allowing me to truly enjoy local specialties. Everything was delicious. I was very satisfied with both the Facility and the food, but what impressed me most was the staff’s hospitality—from dining staff to front desk to housekeeping. Their warm attentiveness really touched me. I would love to visit again.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

The Room’s bathroom, furniture, and furnishings were all spotless and new, and I felt lucky to stay so soon after the renovation. The view of Mikawa Bay from the main building’s lounge and terrace was also wonderful. I was very satisfied to spend a peaceful time strolling through the garden and visiting the seaside literature memorial museum.

I had been curious about this place for a long time, and finally got to stay here as I had hoped. With the Hotel building and the marche all on the same grounds, it was wonderful to be able to take a stroll even after check-in. Both the Hotel itself and the Room were very stylish and lovely. Regarding the towels provided in the Room, I would have appreciated being able to borrow one extra small towel for drying hands after using the restroom. For dinner, we enjoyed Japanese cuisine at musubi, and we also saw some international travelers who had bought ingredients and were cooking in the coworking space. Not only was every dish beautifully prepared, but I was also deeply impressed by the head chef’s character and kindness, as well as all of the staff’s thoughtful hospitality. I would love to visit again just for this meal. At breakfast, we could choose a main dish and a soup, while drinks, side dishes, bread, rice, and soups were served buffet-style—an excellent balance overall. It truly became a wonderful memory. I would love to make this my regular Accommodation whenever I travel to Ehime.

In the latter half of a three-day weekend, our schedule opened up, so we quickly found this place and made a Reservation. We asked to Change the Reservation from the Room we had booked to a new Japanese-modern bedroom with beds—and it was absolutely the right choice. We had a very satisfying stay. We woke up at 4:00 a.m. and watched the World Cup final on the projector’s large screen. It became my favorite Room I’ve ever stayed in. The Onsen was too hot for us as a couple. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were also excellent. They even walked us to our car on departure, and wiped down our windshield that had gotten dirty from the rain at night—truly outstanding hospitality. This is a Ryokan we would love to visit again.

The moment I stepped into the building at check-in, the stylish lobby raised my expectations. The Room we were shown was not only chic with a modern Japanese touch, but also spacious and relaxing. Some Accommodations look great but have cheap furniture; here, you could really feel the quality and attention to detail in the furnishings, which made it even more comfortable. The in-room bath was fed directly from the hot spring source, and the washing area was roomy—there was no need to use the large public bath. I ended up bathing four times in one night. Even details like the hair dryer and shampoo amenities showed thoughtful selection. The meals were excellent, especially dinner. They made great use of local ingredients; every dish was creative, original, and delicious. There aren’t many Accommodations that make me want to return, but this one truly did. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming.

This is the perfect spa for couples and families. We will definitely come again.

It was an outstanding Hotel in every way! For lunch, I had ramen at the Hotel, and it was delicious with three slices of tender seared chashu pork. The Onsen and sauna were also excellent! Every meal was delicious, and even the bread was unbelievably good!

The building is beautifully maintained, and I was truly moved by its smart design that still feels warm with natural wood. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed having plenty of both fish and meat. The Hotel staff were always smiling, and it was a pleasure communicating with them. I came for lunch five years ago and had been dreaming of staying here ever since—my wish finally came true. Thank you so much; I’d love to come back again!

Japanese-style double Room with breakfast and dinner included. I also requested a pick-up from Yamagata Station. On the way back, I took the bus to Yamagata Station from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, just a few minutes’ walk away. I arrived early, but was able to leave my luggage and explore freely. The staff member who assisted me felt unexpectedly curt, which seemed different from the Reviews. The person who showed me to my Room also didn’t seem to notice a fairly large dead insect right by the door when it was opened. That was disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths. The entire building is covered with tatami mats and you take off your shoes, which feels great, and everything was well maintained. All staff were pleasant in both their service and greetings. Since the baths switch between men and women, you can use both areas; I enjoyed the warm feel of wood and traditional atmosphere. Some Reviews said it was small, but as a woman I didn’t find it cramped since there weren’t too many people using it at once. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I finished everything. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was truly excellent. There is a portable air conditioner in the Room (I think), but because its duct runs out through the window, the top of the window doesn’t close completely tight; I couldn’t help noticing that gap. I saw a similar setup in the lounge as well, so I assumed it’s installed as a measure against summer heat. There is no elevator—only stairs—which I actually liked very much. Around this time of year we could hear spring cicadas (maybe), which was soothing. From the entrance you can see a gentle slope leading down to the main road, along with steam rising from the Onsen—an impressive location. It’s a small but comfortable Accommodation with a warm atmosphere—thank you very much.

I stayed here just this May, and once again I was very satisfied. The meals, the bath, and the Room were all excellent.

The view through the large windows on the way from the entrance to the front desk, surrounded by towering trees, was instantly soothing. The Room was wonderful, and we stayed together with my two daughters’ families. As soon as my young grandchildren entered the Room, they changed into swimsuits and headed to the pool. Since I wasn’t feeling well, I lay down on the sofa by myself and relaxed quietly while looking out over the pine grove. The Room had been renovated and felt very clean and fresh. Since our group included three small children (ages 6, 3, and 0) and four adults, they prepared a spacious private dining room for us, so we could take our time without worrying about other guests. We were completely satisfied with this Hotel in every way. My husband couldn’t join us this time, but we would love to stay again together. Even though I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to avoid long walks, I was able to walk to Kamogawa Sea World—and seeing a show there for the first time amazed me and left a lasting impression.

I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

It was a two-night Multiple Night Stay, but unfortunately it was rainy and sightseeing wasn’t really possible, so we were able to relax in the Hotel lounge. The all-inclusive plan was great, and the food was delicious. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, there were plenty of daily changes, and although it was buffet-style, many dishes were prepared fresh on the spot, so we never got bored. In fact, it was almost disappointing that we couldn’t try everything. The only slight downside was that our Room was far from the baths.

Guest Room & Amenities: We had a twin room, and it was spacious. The view from the window was great. Amenities are picked up from in front of the front desk. There is a wide range of loungewear sizes, and I was happy that you can take different sizes for the top and bottom. There were only a few tissues in the room, so I used the ones I brought with me. The safe is small. Service: Very good. Onsen/Baths: The water was nice, but it’s puzzling that there are three bathing areas for women and only one Onsen bath. If heated water is necessary, wouldn’t just one be enough? The open-air bath had a lovely atmosphere and was great. Facility & Equipment: There is a sofa in front of where the air conditioner blows, so cold air hits you directly; it was too chilly to sit there for long. The parking lot is a bit narrow. The underground parking area would be tough for elderly guests to walk up from. Dining: Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was very delicious. It was disappointing that the spare ribs at dinner were overly dry and had become tough; otherwise, we were very satisfied. Overall Satisfaction: We stayed during Obon, but aside from the parking lot it didn’t feel overly crowded, and we were able to relax comfortably. We felt we’d found a great Hotel.

I’ve visited Kurashiki for sightseeing about three times, but this was my first stay at Royal Park. It’s close to Kurashiki Station, and the area around the station has Tenmaya Department Store, other shopping malls, and an outlet park, so you can buy souvenirs and enjoy plenty of restaurants for both lunch and dinner. Also, Shirakabe Street, the Bikan Historical Quarter, and the Ohara Museum of Art are all nearby, so I was able to take my time exploring on foot. The Hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes and was very delicious. This is a great-value Hotel. There are still many places in Kurashiki I haven’t visited yet, so I plan to avoid the hot summer season and stay here again.

We stayed in a detached maisonette in the annex. The Room was very clean and stylish, and the amenities and bath were excellent. Having two toilets was very convenient! We also used the pool, but perhaps because it wasn’t very crowded, the changing room and toilets are shared by both men and women, so we felt we needed to be mindful about taking turns. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. Mornings get busy, and since check-out is at 10:00, we wished it could be 11:00 at least for the detached Rooms. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to stay again.

On a whim during the Obon holidays, I made a Reservation for one night starting August 15, booking on August 13. I have a shellfish allergy, and since it was such short notice I thought it might be difficult, but they replied right away, “No problem.” The Hotel does feel a bit old, but it is well kept and clean, so my stay was very comfortable. The meals were generous and delicious. Above all, what makes this Hotel special is how kind everyone is. They don’t say unnecessary things, but if you ask something they think it through as if it were their own matter and respond sincerely. It left me feeling warm inside. It really shows that you don’t need a luxury Hotel to have a great stay. I highly recommend staying here at least once.\nI do not recommend climbing the 365 steps of the Ikaho Onsen stone staircase in midsummer—I was drenched in sweat and completely out of breath.

We stayed as two couples (my parents and us), making a Reservation for two Rooms for four people, and they kindly arranged adjoining Rooms for us. The lounge service was available for a long time, so after the bath we relaxed for over an hour enjoying beer, honey, and more. The calm atmosphere makes it enjoyable even if you’re traveling alone. The large public bath was not crowded, so we could take our time in the open-air bath as well. Since the baths switch between men and women the next day, we were able to enjoy both comfortably. Meals were served in a semi-private setting, and all staff were very courteous. When we were looking for something we had misplaced, they helped us kindly; we found it later, but their thoughtful support really stood out. We were completely satisfied with everything, and my parents said they would like to go again—so I’m glad I brought them. I’d love to visit again in a different season.
