The check-in staff greeted me with a pleasant, genuine smile, and their service made it clear that the company’s hospitality training is excellent. The Room key is a type where you enter using a 6-digit PIN, so once you remember it, it’s convenient when going to the bath since you don’t need to carry anything except a towel, and it also feels secure from a safety standpoint. The Room was small for one person and was mostly taken up by the bed, so doing desk work would be a bit difficult, but if you’re just there to sleep, it was spacious enough. However, I have lower back pain and needed a firmer mattress; my back hurt slightly in the morning, so unfortunately it didn’t suit me. You can choose your preferred pillow next to reception, but I don’t usually use one so I didn’t take advantage of this. I love Onsen and used it three times during my one-night stay; by the second time I could feel benefits strong enough to moisturize my dry skin, so I was satisfied. I would have liked a few more hot dishes at the breakfast buffet. There were several kinds of bread available. The tomato dressing for the salad was delicious. There weren’t many side dishes overall, but considering it as breakfast, I also felt it was sufficient. Overall, with good service, cleanliness, an Onsen on site, and breakfast buffet included at this price range, I think this is a Hotel I can confidently recommend. One thing to note is that there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance from the Hotel for dinner, so you’ll likely want to drive somewhere or buy food in advance for peace of mind. Also, alcohol isn’t sold at the Hotel; if you plan to drink in your Room, I recommend purchasing drinks beforehand.

The building was new, spotless, and very clean. The Room was well cleaned, and daily housekeeping was done properly. The pajamas provided were comfortable and felt luxurious. The coffee machine and ice were available at any time, and we could also have matcha latte and cocoa; with ice, we could make an iced latte. Coming back to the Hotel on a hot day and having a cold drink right away was the best. It was great to be able to eat breakfast in the Room, which really helped when traveling with children. I thought we might be able to try Omori nori seaweed, but it wasn’t included at breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied considering the price and location.

It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

Soaking in the gentle hot water was truly soothing, and the delicious cuisine (the broth was exceptionally good) was a delight. The riverside scenery, including the sand bath, was beautiful as well—an outstanding Accommodation. Above all, the hostess’s hospitality was exceptional. This is an Accommodation I highly recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

I happened to find this property on IKYU and visited looking forward to the meals, and it met my expectations.\nAfter check-in, we enjoyed tea and sweets in the lobby. Drinks throughout the property are all-inclusive—soft drinks, beer, and more—so you can have them whenever you like. The Room was clean, quiet, and very relaxing.\nDinner was a semi-order buffet. Every dish was creative and delicious, and we were very satisfied; however, by the time we worked our way through everything, the portions felt a bit too much for us seniors, so not being able to finish the final dessert was our only regret. Breakfast was also excellent, with freshly fried tempura prepared on the spot.\nThe only reason I rated the guest Room 4 stars is that there was nowhere to place luggage except for the table in the table-and-chair set; once we spread out our bags, there was no space left to set down drinks. Even a foldable luggage rack would have been appreciated (honestly, it’s more like minus 0.5).\nThis time it rained continuously so we didn’t explore the town; I’d like to visit again for strolling around and enjoying the food.

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). We visited for a summer vacation with my partner and to celebrate an early birthday. Compared with other Hotels in the same price range, we truly enjoyed an exceptional resort experience. We stayed in a Room with a private pool, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail. In the spacious, spotless space, we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time thanks to the kind attentiveness of all the staff. Although there were a few minor issues due to recent typhoon operations, you responded flexibly and promptly. There were no problems during our stay—thank you very much for your thoughtful support. The day before coming to this Hotel, we stayed at another Marriott-affiliated property with a lion logo, but compared to that one, we were extremely satisfied with everything here—service, Facility, and meals! We will definitely visit again within a year!! Thank you for such a wonderful summer vacation.

This was my first time visiting Dogo Onsen with my niece. Since I mentioned during the Reservation that I have trouble walking, you kindly arranged a Room right near the elevator. Thank you for your consideration. All the staff were very helpful, and we had a comfortable two-day stay. We especially enjoyed comparing different mandarin orange juices and tasting different mandarins.

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!

We stayed here before and returned a few years later, and it was still a wonderful Accommodation. The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to visit Mihama Beach and it was conveniently located, but I was amazed by the incredible hospitality. The proprietress was like sunshine, and all the other staff were so pleasant—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The young woman who served dinner even picked up on our small conversation and celebrated my husband’s birthday, which we hadn’t mentioned. The Room cushions were unbelievably thick and fluffy—so much so that I almost hesitated to sit on them. Since I was traveling with my elderly father, they were very considerate of him, and he was in great spirits as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much!

I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

This was my first time in Shizuoka, and I chose Prive as my Accommodation near the station—I was very satisfied. It’s truly close to Shizuoka Station, and even after checkout they kindly stored my luggage, so I could pick it up without rushing to catch the Shinkansen home. Above all, the spa was wonderful; as a woman, I really appreciated that Re products, cleansing items, and other amenities were fully provided. After returning from the bath to the Room, I couldn’t stop praising it to my husband. Of course, I went to the spa again in the morning too. Thank you for a lovely stay. I’ll definitely use your Accommodation again when I visit Shizuoka—and I’ll recommend it as well.

Thank you for your hospitality. It rained that day, but on a clear day you can see Mt. Fuji straight ahead from the lobby. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning; the homemade yogurt and dressings were made with quality ingredients and were delicious. It was a continental breakfast, but we left feeling very full. The bath was clean, and we could see the night view of Gotemba from the open-air bath. On a clear day, you can also see Mt. Fuji straight ahead. The staff were polite and welcoming with warm smiles. This time, we requested a Room on the Mt. Fuji side and stayed on the second floor. Because it was labeled “Mt. Fuji side,” we assumed we would be able to see Mt. Fuji from the window, but in reality we could only see forest. In that case, I feel there was no need to make a Reservation for the more expensive Mt. Fuji-side Room. In any event, it was a very nice Hotel overall. Thank you very much.

Upon arriving at Omoide Roman-kan by car, staff were already there and guided us to the parking area. Their service was polite and pleasant, leaving a great first impression. In the lobby, you can enjoy as many drinks as you like. There were draft beer, sparkling wine, and sake as well. It’s available not only at check-in but also after the baths, and they also had ice pops. No matter what you have, there are no extra charges. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, all of them delicious. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy local specialties. Here too, no matter how much alcohol you drink, there is no additional fee. The Room was a twin Room, very spacious and spotless. The sofa and cushions were perfect for relaxing comfortably. The baths were excellent as well—the tea open-air bath felt amazing. It’s also great that there is a separate riverside open-air bath. Large public bath before dinner, riverside open-air bath after dinner… I even went in both before and after breakfast. The massage chairs were free to use too. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and it was truly exceptional—everything was taken care of for us. I would love to stay again.

There was a Shuttle Service from Kyoto Station to the Hotel, and both the facilities and our Room were spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind. Although we were worried about the weather, we were able to enjoy dinner on the riverside platform without any issues, and the Tankuma breakfast was also delicious. The selection at the Hotel gift shop and the staff’s service were excellent, so we had a great shopping experience. It is also close to Nishi Honganji Temple, so we could join the morning service and fully enjoy Kyoto.

I stayed here on a guys’ trip with my sons. Both the building and the room were clean and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. The LOVOT in the first-floor lobby was adorable and added to the nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed both the sauna and the cold bath. Breakfast featured plenty of local ingredients, which made us feel like we were truly in Nagano. We were also happy with the great manga selection, and dinner at the in-house restaurant—especially the pizza—was satisfying. When I come to Nagano again, I’d like to stay here again!

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

We originally planned to stay for one night, but since the weather at our next destination didn’t look promising, we decided on a last-minute Multiple Night Stay here. Before staying here, we had been at the Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, and compared with that, this Hotel felt more family-friendly and enjoyable even with children. It’s a little away from the center of Dogo Onsen, but a free retro-style Shuttle Service bus runs regularly, so the distance hardly bothered us. There is a footbath at the Hotel entrance that you can enjoy anytime. In the evening, there was also a festival-style kids’ fair held next to the souvenir shop area, which delighted our child. The baths are divided between an indoor bath on the 3rd floor and an open-air bath on the 4th floor. Each has its own atmosphere, and it was great being able to enjoy both. The food was delicious and our whole family was very satisfied. The staff were courteous as well, so we could relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay. This last-minute Multiple Night Stay turned out to be absolutely the right choice. When we visit Dogo Onsen as a family again, we would definitely like to stay here again—certainly a repeat for us. The Dogo Prince Hotel character “Yutama Prince” greeted us at check-in and saw us off at check-out at the entrance. We hope he keeps up the great work!

The library was very clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, but there was only one coffee machine and it took time, so there was always a line—I hope this can be improved. There were no cotton swabs in the amenities, so I had to buy some at a nearby drugstore, but they were available at the front desk. There was no explanation about this, which was disappointing. The Room was quiet and clean, which was great.
