It was my first time staying at a fully unmanned Accommodation, but check-in went smoothly and I had no complaints about either the Room or the Facility. The Onsen bath could be used privately in turn. Complimentary drinks and kitchen utensils were well provided, so I had no issues during my stay. Since there are no pajamas, you’ll need to bring your own; aside from that, for a No Meals Included stay it was excellent value for money, and I would stay here again.

I stayed with a friend as two guests. The Hotel lobby was fully open and felt like a wonderful space where many people gathered. We also enjoyed it with coffee in hand, sitting on the benches outside. The Room was simple, and the mattress had just the right firmness for me, so I slept well. The service that lets you listen to records in each Room was unique, and we were able to enjoy some records we’d been curious about.

Great value for money and an excellent location. It was a bit hard to find using the navigation system, but the Hotel’s Facilities had all the essentials and were convenient. If I have the chance, I’d definitely stay again... The staff member at the front desk during check-in was very kind. Thank you.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. I relaxed in the large public bath, enjoyed some sparkling wine, and checked out at 11:00. I slept soundly, and it made for a wonderful trip.

This was my third visit to Itoshima, the first in two years. Last time, after heavy rain the day before, it suddenly turned into a midsummer day, and the breathtaking sunset—changing moment by moment against the vast ocean—was truly moving. I enjoyed delicious food and the relaxed pace that only an all-inclusive stay can offer. This time had a different atmosphere and some changes. Arriving in a downpour with luggage, I climbed the stone steps to check in. What surprised me right away was “10:00 checkout”! I never expected it to be an hour earlier—maybe a pitfall of being a repeat guest? I was told it was changed because lunch service starts at 11:00 with reservations… but 10:00 still feels far too early. Since we spend about four hours round trip for an overnight stay, we want to relax as much as possible. If possible, I hope you will consider setting check-in to 16:00 and returning checkout to 11:00—I would be glad if this request from repeat guests reaches you. This time we dined while watching the post-rain evening scenery, and the food was just as delicious as ever—I was very satisfied. The soup course in particular had wonderful Japanese dashi flavor and was deeply comforting, and the tempura made from fresh squid (prepared after sashimi) was especially appreciated; as someone who loves cooking at home, having a professional fry dishes is a real treat. It was also disappointing not to see any of the staff members from previous visits. The photo shows “Itoshima Bay—an evening view after the rain.”

A private sauna in the room—what a luxury!!! This Hotel, newly built just last year, is stylish and pristine in every aspect, from the interior and exterior to the shared spaces! The welcome drink was sophisticated and satisfying. The sauna room can heat up to 110°C. It reaches 100°C in just 20-30 minutes after turning it on, and you can enjoy a perfect "löyly" session with added aroma. The cold plunge pool is ice-cold and absolutely refreshing!!! Simply flawless. I forgot something during my stay, but the staff's response and careful packaging were incredibly thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy to get around, and good value for money. The Room was quiet, and I’d like to stay again. The amenities were a bit lacking for women.

We booked this Accommodation because there was a residents’ discount, so we decided to stay somewhere nicer than usual. When we stayed before, it wasn’t all-inclusive, so we were really looking forward to it this time. The dango grilling was available until 4:00 p.m. We arrived just in time at 4:00 p.m., but we were glad we still got to do it. The amazake was delicious as well. The Onsen was empty, so it felt like a private bath and was wonderful. After the bath, I went to the alcohol corner for a drink, but the room was hot. When I opened the entrance door for ventilation, it was closed again. I also couldn’t find the air conditioner switch. There was a TV installed, but no remote control, so I couldn’t turn it on. Unfortunately, I went back to our Room right away. It said free Wi-Fi was available; it worked in the lobby but not in our Room, which was disappointing. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. At breakfast there were many different side dishes for rice, and I ended up running out of rice. There were a few disappointing points, but all of the staff were kind and very pleasant. The Onsen and meals were great as well, so it turned into a wonderful wedding anniversary trip.

We stayed as a family. Our children really enjoyed the kid-friendly quests and fireworks. We were also able to relax in the large public bath. I do wish there had been a bit more consideration regarding the morning open-air bath tub, but the meals were just right, we could fully enjoy the wine including welcome wine, and we would like to stay again.

While the building is old, the excellent services more than made up for it, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were also very kind. The drinks and snacks were great, but breakfast was the best—generous portions and very satisfying. This was better than a typical buffet.

The soft-serve ice cream and cocoa in the lounge were absolutely delicious and delightful. The Room was more convenient than the one I stayed in before, and as always, the queen-size bed was spacious and comfortable. The smart TV worked perfectly without any issues. The only downside was the limited number of power outlets, but I would love to stay here again.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! Perfect for exploring Sera Town. The interior design and landscaping were lovely, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast box is highly recommended as it provides a satisfying start to the day, but warming up items purchased from roadside stations or other shops is also a great option. Both choices have their own charm!

It was a quiet and relaxing accommodation. The lobby and terrace were also beautiful. In most hotels, the air conditioning doesn't work well, making it too cold or too hot at night, which often disrupts sleep, but this place was very comfortable.

This is a very stylish and atmospheric Hotel. However, the Room felt a bit too large to fully relax in. Also, according to my wife, the street outside was noisy late at night.

We stayed here for a family trip. The parking space was spacious, the Room was new, and there was no unpleasant detergent smell typical of Business Hotels, making our stay comfortable. The sink could have been a bit larger to accommodate toiletries for two people, but it was within an acceptable range. We didn't use the coffee area on the first floor, but it seemed convenient when bringing in breakfast. This Hotel is recommended for trips exploring places like Nikko by rental car.

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was reasonably clean. The bed is large, so sitting on the chair and using the desk can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s not an issue depending on your needs. The bed was firm, which I personally prefer, so I slept very well. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

We stayed as a family, and the location was excellent—at a convenient distance from Meieki Station—and the front desk staff were extremely courteous. For the Accommodation Fee, the amenities were very well stocked, and the room was clean and well maintained, making our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bread and coffee service was more than sufficient, and it was an Accommodation that made us want to stay again.
