The terraced rice fields and beech forests, along with the lives of people coexisting with nature in the snowy region of Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture, are referred to as Japan's original landscape. Among them, in the snow-rich Matsunoyama area, "Hinanoyado Chitose" awaits your visit. Here, you can enjoy the Matsunoyama Onsen, one of Japan's three major medicinal hot springs, with open-air baths fed directly from the source. We also prepare local cuisine using delicious rice and mountain vegetables nurtured by snowmelt water to welcome you.

Daigo Town, located at the northernmost tip of Ibaraki Prefecture, is home to famous tourist attractions such as "Mt. Yamizo," the highest peak in the prefecture, and "Fukuroda Falls," one of Japan's three great waterfalls. It takes approximately 10 minutes by car to Fukuroda Falls and about 1 hour by car to the observation deck of Mt. Yamizo. Our recommended dining option is a luxurious Plan where you can enjoy both "Hitachi Beef" and local chicken "Okukuji Shamo." For accommodations, we offer a variety of room types to suit your needs: twin Western-style rooms with beds, Japanese-style rooms with 6-tatami and 8-tatami adjoining spaces, and Japanese-Western style rooms with twin beds and a Japanese-style area. In November 2023, we installed a barrel sauna, which is available for private use in time slots. For dinner, we offer Plans featuring shabu-shabu with the chef-selected premium pork "Miyabuton" or sukiyaki/shabu-shabu with Nara's renowned "Udabeef," served in your Room or a private dining room. For breakfast, savor the local specialty "chagayu" (tea porridge). The Property, located 50 minutes from Osaka, boasts 7 types of Onsen and 2 types of saunas, offering a tranquil experience while enjoying views of a Japanese garden and a clear stream. The open-air bath, in particular, contains carbon dioxide sodium, chloride, bicarbonate spring, hypotonic, neutral, and cold mineral spring, providing a soft texture with moisturizing and heat-retaining effects. Guests can enjoy a variety of baths, and the Japanese garden visible from the baths changes its colors with the seasons, welcoming everyone.
