It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the Reviews said. The food, the interior throughout the property, and the furnishings in the guest rooms were all tastefully chosen, and since there were only six groups of guests, we were able to relax even though it was peak season. The staff’s service was also excellent. It was an Accommodation that made us want to come back again after a long time.

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. Thanks to the proprietress’s thoughtful care, we were able to forget our daily routine and enjoy a wonderfully relaxing time. Both the cuisine and the Onsen were excellent, and we felt refreshed in both body and mind. Above all, your heartfelt hospitality left a lasting impression on us. This was my first stay here. Above all, the Onsen were outstanding. I was able to enjoy a variety of baths— a clear, colorless iron-rich spring in the Room, a thick mixed sulfur and carbonated spring, and a gentle sulfur spring— and I was completely satisfied. The traditional Japanese meals made with mountain ingredients were also very delicious and easy on the stomach. I’m also grateful for the warm hospitality and smiles from all the staff. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This Accommodation was in a wonderful location—close to both the mountains and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the station. Most memorable of all was the emerald-green Onsen with its soothing sulfur scent. It felt so good that we ended up soaking five or six times during our one-night stay, and as Onsen lovers we were completely satisfied. The two-tier layout—with a hotter bath and a lukewarm bath—was also very convenient, letting us enjoy alternating temperatures. We also appreciated that both dinner and breakfast were not overly large, but just the right amount. There were many local specialties, and we especially enjoyed the pudding made with freshly laid eggs from a nearby poultry farm, as well as the Onsen eggs. The next day we even visited the poultry farm you recommended and bought some eggs to take home! Above all, everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was incredibly kind. They spoke to us warmly and helped us with all sorts of questions about sightseeing spots. Thanks to you, my child and I had a truly wonderful trip together. We are sincerely grateful. It was an unforgettable Accommodation—one that makes us want to return next time with my father and my daughter as well. Thank you very much.

Despite making a last-minute Reservation the day before, we received heartfelt hospitality and thoughtful attention, and were able to relax and truly unwind. Not only were the Room and meals wonderful, but the Onsen was exceptional as well, helping us forget our everyday fatigue and feel refreshed in both body and mind. The Onsen was outstanding, the hospitality was exceptional, and we found a truly wonderful Accommodation. The coffee we were served was authentic and incredibly delicious. It seems the space is designed so you can relax without worrying about time. However, not being able to find a clock anywhere was a bit inconvenient. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Unfortunately, it was raining, but towels were provided in front of the front desk, and I was impressed by how thoughtful that was. The hotel is close to the station, and the bath was great. After bathing, I enjoyed some ice cream while taking in the beautiful view. The late-night soba was excellent, and breakfast was also very delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. It’s within walking distance of the Bikan Historical Quarter, and the location is great. Since it’s a Business Hotel, the entrance made me think, “Is this really it?” The Room is old, but the bed is spacious, the bath was excellent, and breakfast was a Japanese set meal. The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and I left feeling very full. Overall satisfaction for the price was very high.

As a truly secluded Onsen, the drive to get there was challenging, but it was a wonderful Accommodation well worth the effort. Surrounded by abundant nature, even the wait for the cable car was enjoyable as we took in the gorge views and watched small birds. We also used the private bath first thing in the morning and were able to fully enjoy the Onsen while embraced by quiet nature—it was truly an exceptional moment. All of your staff are wonderfully international, and rather than striving for perfection, each person’s sincere, heartfelt work came through, which made us feel very warm inside. At dinner, you kindly changed our table to a window seat, and we enjoyed delicious dishes along with the beautiful scenery. My European husband was also very satisfied. Next time, we would love to return during the autumn foliage or snowy season. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Since my femur fracture, we’ve been staying in a Room with an open-air bath, and we’re completely satisfied with the meals, the Room, and the bath. The staff are wonderful as well, so we keep coming back. It’s a bit far away, but it’s our couple’s motto: “For birthdays, we come here.”

We stayed again this year for my husband’s birthday. We were able to relax in the wonderful lounge and enjoy a luxurious time while taking in the beautiful view of the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens. Even though we hadn’t mentioned it this time, they celebrated his birthday, which made us very happy. This is a favorite Hotel we want to visit again and again, thanks to their thoughtful attention to detail.

I stayed at Dormy Inn Aomori on a solo trip. I often use a Business Hotel when traveling alone, but this Hotel was far too wonderful to be called just a Business Hotel. First, the breakfast: a buffet with many local dishes—I ended up eating more than I should in the morning. Next, the baths: the water was very pleasant, and there is also an open-air bath and a sauna. I was disappointed to see a foreign parent and child soaking and throwing towels in the tub, but aside from that I could relax at ease. It was also fun to enjoy the complimentary ice cream while looking at the night view after bathing, and the late-night soba service was great as well. With smaller noodles and a light broth, even an elderly woman like me could enjoy it. It’s about a 7-minute walk from Aomori Station. The route is straight so it’s easy not to get lost, and it was convenient that there is an airport bus stop right in front of the Hotel. The male front desk staff were also very kind. Overall I was extremely satisfied except for a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my Room. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay this year since my visit in June. I stayed in a detached Room and was able to relax deeply. The meals are described as “Yamabito cuisine,” and they were delicious, healthy, and truly something you can’t easily experience elsewhere. Thank you very much.

Staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel had been a long-held dream, and it was even more wonderful than I imagined. From our Dome-side room, we could watch the flow of passengers coming and going through the ticket gates, and enjoy unique features of Tokyo Station such as the original brick walls preserved since its construction. Despite its rich history, not only the guest room but also the corridors and shared areas were impeccably cleaned—beautiful, spotless, and truly impressive. The staff’s service was also outstanding, allowing us to enjoy a flawless stay. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious as well. We stayed to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality—preparing a commemorative gift for us and taking photos to present as a keepsake. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories.

This is my fourth stay, and each time has been better than the last. In addition to the exceptional hospitality each staff member shows to every guest, you can also feel their dedication to continually improving the Accommodation, and I discover something new with every visit. A reliably solid Route Inn.\nWith a spacious public bath, I often stay here when traveling. No complaints except that the bath was a bit hot.

I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. This was my third stay. It’s close to the station, and the Room is very clean. The breakfast is just as good as at other Hotels, with daily rotating menu items, so I never got bored. The amenities are plentiful, and even on a business trip I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again.

Conveniently located very close to Nagano Station. The mixed rice at breakfast was delicious—I had seconds. There is also an open-air bath, which was very relaxing. Automated check-in and check-out made everything quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the trip very pleasant. I would like to stay again.
