This is my several-time use during a business trip. Since I always have dinner meetings with clients, I search for hotels around Susukino or Odori due to convenience, but Daiwa Roynet stands out as the most comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, well-equipped facilities, and clean water areas. Although there are cases where I cannot make a reservation due to sudden trips, I would like to continue using it as long as it's not fully booked.

Even though I arrived much later than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated me. I also enjoyed the wide variety of baths! Just one thing: many guests were barefoot inside the building, which I understand since it’s an Onsen, but if possible, it would be nice to have Japanese-style indoor footwear available (the disposable slippers in the Room were a bit small and hard to walk in), so those who want to wear them would have that option. Sorry for such a luxury request. I’m grateful to the kind front desk staff and to everyone on the team.

We stayed here as a couple while traveling from Gifu. The staff were very helpful at check-in, which put us at ease and allowed us to enter the Room comfortably. The Room was spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable. We could choose from multiple menu options for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. The price was reasonable and we were satisfied. We would like to stay again.

In a word, it was absolutely amazing! It seems the open-air bath and sauna were renovated last year, and it was the perfect Onsen for sauna lovers!!! The bed in the Room, with an Airweave mattress, was incredibly comfortable to sleep on!!! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and the staff provided courteous service that made us feel truly relaxed. The front desk staff were also very polite, so overall it was an excellent Hotel!!! The underground waterfall was also very beautiful, and since you can go out into the garden, we were able to see it up close and felt soothed. I visit Okayama once a year, so I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when I’m there. Thank you very much.

Stayed at Asarigawa Onsen for the first time in 30 years. Since the reservation was made the day before, room options were limited, but it was a spacious room. However, there was some noise from the pipes. Dinner was very delicious, though I wished for a few more dishes. The breakfast buffet had more variety than expected, and the curry was tasty. Next time, I’d like to try using the izakaya. The Christmas decorations inside were beautiful, and the live piano performance was amazing—I listened for an hour. The open-air onsen was nice, but I felt there could be more baths available. The staff's service was excellent; I’d love to visit again in a different season!

The layout is unique—almost like a condominium—and it feels like a mysterious space where you could get lost. I got hungry in the middle of the night and made it to the vending machines to buy CalorieMate, but I did get turned around. There is a bar lounge on the second floor, and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM you can enjoy complimentary alcohol as well. The open-air bath overlooking Beppu has an abundant flow of hot spring water. I enjoyed it all night and was able to take in the beautiful night view too. I had pre-ordered the steak course for dinner, but they also recommended pricier cuts like sirloin, which was a bit of a hassle. The ichibo steak was more than delicious enough. Breakfast is buffet-style, with your choice of one main dish such as a Spanish omelet or pot-au-feu. They also offer yogurt and homemade smoothies—it was truly delicious, well-balanced, and excellent overall. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

It was just after the Obon holidays, but the timing worked out and I was able to stay. The shower pressure and temperature in the bath had been properly fixed, so even during my morning bath I could freshen up quickly. I enjoyed the standard meal, and as always, the beer was nicely chilled. They also let me bathe after checkout, so I was able to fully enjoy the Accommodation. Thank you again this time. I will stay again.

We visited Otaru for a birthday trip this time. The Accommodation was a very calm and relaxing space, and having an Onsen in the Room was the best. With the all-inclusive plan, not only was the food delicious, but they also served wines and sake that paired perfectly with each meal—everything was excellent. There is also a bar inside the Accommodation, where they offered cocktails and wines tailored to our preferences, brought snacks without us even asking, and truly took great care of us; chatting with the bar staff was so much fun and made it feel very welcoming. Every staff member provided truly outstanding service. We were completely satisfied with this Accommodation and would love to visit again. Thanks to you, we were able to have a wonderful birthday.

Convenient access to tourist attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera, and I had a comfortable stay for two days. The accommodation had a large public bath, but perhaps due to the high number of foreign guests, it was not crowded. I used it in the morning and evening and always enjoyed it in peace.

This was my first stay. It was a few minutes from the bus stop (Buzen-da), which made getting around by bus very convenient. I stayed while helping with a move, and soaking in the bath helped me recover from the fatigue. I really appreciated being able to relax in a spacious bath instead of just the Room’s unit bathroom, even though it was dimly lit. Since I only needed the Room for sleeping, the small size didn’t bother me much. I also looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. They let me know when my meal was ready, which felt very welcoming. The staff were very kind—thank you so much. I would like to stay again.

The Onsen water quality is excellent, and you stay pleasantly warm long after your bath. The meals, including Yonezawa beef, were all delicious and very filling. The staff were kind and welcoming, making for a truly relaxing stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yonezawa.

My flight was delayed and I ended up checking in after midnight, but your help made a huge difference—thank you. (I honestly wasn’t expecting much,) but the breakfast was incredibly generous and gave me a great start to the day. Access from the airport isn’t particularly convenient, but it’s close to the downtown area, so I think it’s a good option for sightseeing. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Our first trip to Nasu-Shiobara. We had been looking forward to our stay very much. There were four of us: my 90-year-old mother, my husband and I in our 60s, and our daughter in her 30s. Everyone agreed that the Room, baths, and meals were all extremely satisfying. Our Room had a private open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water, so my mother could soak many times with peace of mind. The spring quality was excellent as well—the hot water flowed continuously and left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth. The meals featured plenty of seasonal ingredients, were beautifully presented, and had gentle flavors—absolutely satisfying. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that our whole family agreed we definitely want to return during the autumn foliage season.

I still think this is a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality and service were excellent, and I was able to enjoy another comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast was just as delicious as before, and I was very satisfied. The morning pasta made to order and the white wine were outstanding. One thing I noticed was the area around the shelf installed above the bathtub. With a bit more attention to cleaning and inspection, the stay would feel even more pleasant. Also, since the outlet is more than 1 meter from the bed, I recommend bringing a slightly longer charging cable if you want to charge your devices at your bedside. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed again on the breakfast-only Plan, and this is still a great value Hotel. It’s conveniently located with easy access, and there’s a convenience store and a gas station right next door. There is an in-house bath, but this time I chose the Plan that also includes access to the neighboring public bathhouse. It was clean and the baths were excellent. The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious, with udon and other local specialties. This time I also had dinner at a restaurant on the property, which offered a variety of Shikoku regional dishes, and I was pleased with it. If I have another chance to visit Kagawa, I would like to stay here again.

The food was absolutely delicious! The colorful presentation, small side dishes, and beautiful plates made dinner time truly enjoyable. In particular, I was very satisfied with the Japanese-style meat and potato stew sold at the shop as well, the whole simmered golden eye snapper, and the sashimi.

I stayed here because I had errands nearby, and it was a very simple yet properly renovated, clean Hotel. The Room looks a bit dark in the photos, but it doesn’t feel that dark when all the lights are on. I’m very satisfied to be able to stay at this price.

Facing the Kanmon Straits, it was soothing to watch the ships passing through all the time. The meals were carefully selected and delicious. It was also great to be able to see the straits from the bath; however, the bath was quite crowded with many local residents, which surprised me a little. As a request, I think it would be relaxing if you could use some aroma fragrance or incense in the corridor where the Room is located.

I’ve stayed here several times during the peak of the summer holidays, and each time I was tired of the long check-in lines. This time, the check-in start time had been moved earlier, and it felt like the waiting time was significantly shorter. That alone was a huge help since I was already exhausted. Given the location and overlapping events, I really appreciate being able to check in smoothly even with so many guests. I understand there are a lot of guests, but could something be done about the breakfast buffet? Even after going to the venue, trays—along with glasses, spoons, etc.—and even food refills couldn’t keep up. The staff were running around nonstop, so I can imagine how hard they were working, but it seems like there simply isn’t enough manpower. I honestly felt sorry for staff members who were being individually confronted by guests with complaints. On top of that, from 8:30 a.m. it became “Reservation priority,” a rule we weren’t told about at check-in, leaving many people waiting. And although breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., starting cleanup around 9:30 a.m. doesn’t seem right. I hope you will reconsider the balance between the number of guests and the capacity of the venue.

I stayed at Ogawaya for two nights, and dinner was excellent on both days. The second night in particular made me very happy with its full Hida beef course. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. There are many staff members from Southeast Asia, and most of them provide warm hospitality with sincere effort and a smile. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The welcome sweet, blueberry daifuku, was also delicious! It would be even better if the skincare amenities were a bit higher quality.
