I chose this Accommodation because I was looking for an Onsen nearby that isn’t in a major tourist area. Since I made the Reservation at the last minute, I couldn’t choose a Room, but it was spacious enough and very well cleaned. There were plenty of staff, and everyone was kind, giving the place a warm, homey feel. The meals offered a wide variety and generous portions, and everything tasted great. The Tajima beef was delicious, but the seasonal Silk Corn potage in particular was sweet and excellent. The Onsen water was a little on the lukewarm side, but it left my skin smooth and felt wonderful. Because it’s close by, I’d like to come again even just for a day trip.

The moment we arrived, my first thought was, “This is even more like a love hotel than I imagined!” When we entered the building, we didn’t understand the system, so we called a staff member using the phone at the front desk. That was the only person we met during our one-night stay. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and a spacious washing area, and you can even watch movies on the TV. I’m usually picky about pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were cheaper than at other Hotels. The amenities were surprisingly luxurious for these days—the body towel felt great to use, the toothbrushes were good quality, and there was even a ReFa hair dryer plus a hair iron! For breakfast I chose the BLT sandwich; it was delicious and came with coffee. It’s easy to access by car, and places like Toshodaiji Temple and Horyuji Temple were close by for sightseeing the next day. The price was low so I had no expectations at all, but it exceeded them in a great way!! It honestly felt more all-inclusive than the all-inclusive Accommodation we stayed at the next day (lol). Checkout is easy too. If I have another chance, I’d love to stay here again.

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was a very comfortable Hotel with well-stocked amenities and a spacious, relaxing bath. The front desk staff were courteous, and with shopping centers nearby, it’s convenient for dining and shopping as well, so I think it’s a great location. I also have an upcoming long-term business trip, and if I can make a Reservation then, I would definitely like to stay here again.

My monthly staycation is usually at a Hotel in my local Minato Mirai area, but this time I went a bit farther to Hotel Indigo Gora. I drove there alone, and the winding mountain roads in Hakone were a little tiring. I arrived before check-in and planned to relax at the footbath, but as soon as I parked in the outdoor lot in front of the Hotel, a staff member came right away and helped with my luggage. The welcome drink and Umaibo snack were a nice touch, and being able to check in comfortably while seated is one of those pleasures you expect from a Hotel of this class. When I entered my Room with the staff’s guidance, I couldn’t help saying, “Beautiful!” out loud. It’s a compact Hotel with around 100 rooms, but the Japanese-modern design—combining a raised tatami area with beds—was truly charming. I usually prefer modern Hotels, but this stay reminded me how calming and appealing Japanese-modern style can be. For dinner, I ordered à la carte at the on-site restaurant. The shrimp, scallops, and abalone in the bouillabaisse were surprisingly tender; the burrata was rich and paired perfectly with tomato and basil. The white wine went down easily. Since I don’t eat much, I also appreciated having à la carte options instead of only set courses. The bath in my Room was spacious, and I was able to fully enjoy the Onsen at leisure. The breakfast buffet also impressed me in both variety and quality—especially the green beans dressed with sesame sauce, which tasted far better than anything I could make at home. Even as someone who eats lightly (and can be picky), it was more than satisfying. The hospitality from everyone on staff was excellent, and the entire property was beautiful and comfortable. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to return again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see beef tongue served for breakfast. Although I usually don't eat much breakfast, I had seconds of both rice and beef tongue. The beef curry was also delicious. If I visit Shiroishi again, I would definitely like to stay here again. The road to the Accommodation was narrow, and I got lost at first. The room was clean, and the Facility was satisfactory—sleep comfort was excellent, of course. The free breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was more than enough and I appreciated being able to use it. What felt most convenient was the guest-only parking lot. Just by having my parking ticket validated for free at the counter, I could come and go by car as I liked, which was great. The Accommodation Fee is reasonable as well, and I think it’s a good Hotel.

The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

I stayed here for a business trip. The large public bath was very relaxing.

Planning a trip to Mie with the hope of making a once-in-a-lifetime visit to Ise Shrine, we were drawn to how wonderful the VISON villas looked and decided to stay here. The Room was clean and refreshing, simple yet very functional, and I felt deeply soothed by the garden view from the bath. We stayed for three nights, and for breakfast we had: (1) the Nouniyell buffet, (2) takeout from Mariage de Farine (bread with soup, salad, and dessert), and (3) takeout from Ureshino Tofu Nose. Everything was excellent! In particular, Ureshino Tofu Nose’s takeout bento may have been the best takeout meal I’ve ever had. Relaxing in our Room, we enjoyed glossy freshly cooked rice and plenty of piping-hot side dishes rich with dashi—an incredible luxury first thing in the morning. For lunch and dinner as well, we tried various places within VISON—dining in or getting takeout—and everything was delicious. The lean tuna sashimi we had after the tuna-cutting show was outstanding. The villa also has a large sink in the Room, so eating in and cleaning up afterward felt easy and stress-free. We also ordered Nouniyell room service—the meat dish and Caesar salad were delivered freshly made and were truly delicious! Honso-yu was also wonderful; even though it was midsummer, a cool breeze blew through the outdoor bath area, allowing us to relax completely. It was easy to drive to both Ise Grand Shrine and Toba Aquarium, making this an amazing trip. We were grateful for all of the VISON staff’s thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality—it was a genuinely happy stay. We definitely want to come again. Thank you very much.

When making my Reservation, I called the Hotel with a question, and the female staff member at the front desk was very pleasant and kind. Thank you very much. The Room number on the paper sleeve for the key card was handwritten, and I misread it. (I mistook a 3 for a 5 and couldn’t open the door because I went to the wrong Room. A housekeeping staff member kindly told me that I had the wrong Room number.) This has never happened to me before, so I surprised myself. I’m sorry, but handwritten numbers can be hard to read depending on who writes them. It may have been my eyesight as well, but I would appreciate it if the Room number could be clearly printed. As rumored, the breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. The freshly made French toast and shabu-shabu were especially good. The French toast was popular, and even when it ran out, it was quickly refilled. It’s a convenient Hotel close to the station. There are many shops nearby, so we enjoyed our stay. When I go to Tokyo again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Because the bathroom and toilet are in one unit, ventilation didn’t seem great and I noticed black mold near the top of the door. Also, it was hard to figure out how to run hot water for both the shower and bathtub (there were instructions if you looked closely, but it still wasn’t easy), so I’m giving 4 stars.

I have one request: I would appreciate it if you could provide cotton swabs among the amenities at the washbasins in the large public bath. Thank you for your consideration.

The female staff at the breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant at lunch were cheerful and attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The large public bath was spacious and excellent.

Arrived by motorcycle, and the Hotel staff came out right away to guide me to the parking area—covered parking, which was excellent! Although it’s not a natural Onsen, there is a large public bath and a sauna, which were great Facilities. The only disappointment was that the cold bath wasn’t very cold. Breakfast also had a wide variety: scallop sashimi, Jingisukan, plenty of egg dishes, and even Okoppe milk. There were many items I personally liked, so I was very satisfied. It was a Hotel that exceeded its price. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Monbetsu!

I stayed here again. It was only a one-night stay, but it was quiet and I was able to relax and rest well. Although the Facility felt a bit old, the Room was kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet I tried for the first time had a great local selection and was very delicious. I also appreciated that the parking lot was spacious and easy to park in.

I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The Room (single room) was clean. I was also able to relax in the shared cafe area. Everyone working at the Hotel was kind and courteous, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. On my way out, I met one of the housekeeping staff members, who saw me off with a smile—another happy memory added. I would be glad to stay again in the future.

The service, amenities, and location were all excellent. Since this is a Hotel with locations across The whole country, I’ll be using Route Inn nationwide from next time! It was a pleasant and relaxing Hotel.

I had mistakenly made the Reservation for the wrong dates, but they responded immediately and I was able to stay without any issues. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like a smoking Room, and I had a comfortable stay. The value for money was excellent.

Used for a memorial service. I think it is a good Business Hotel. The vegetables at the restaurant are delicious.

The staff were wonderful, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From the Room, I could enjoy views of the Irabu Bridge and beautiful sunsets, and the view from the infinity pool was outstanding. The restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel was delicious for both dinner and breakfast—I was very satisfied. The location is great, with convenient access to sightseeing spots around Miyakojima. It was also a big help that I could use Times Car (car sharing) at the Hotel. The views, food, service, and location all exceeded my expectations. This is a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again when I visit Miyakojima.
