We stayed for two nights with lounge access! We were completely satisfied with everything—breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. There were even four types of drinks prepared in the refrigerator. The service was truly attentive, and thanks to you we were able to fully enjoy our first trip sightseeing in Kobe. A free shuttle bus to the airport is available, which is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent!

The staff were very welcoming upon arrival at the Hotel, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The Room was clean, and I slept soundly until morning. Breakfast could be chosen from three restaurants, making this trip truly wonderful.

Because Typhoon No. 9 was forecast to approach Okinawa, we moved our stay up by one day and were accommodated. We arrived early for dinner at the restaurant as well, and they kindly took care of us, so we were able to eat plenty at a relaxed pace. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. From the next day, we enjoyed watching baseball and visiting the adjacent shops, spending a leisurely time and enjoying a different atmosphere with no stress. We will stay again, and we look forward to seeing you then.

It was my first time visiting Shimanto City. Due to the rain the day before, the Niyodo River and the Shimanto River were muddy, but soaking in the Onsen was wonderfully relaxing. The water was excellent. I am very grateful to the Accommodation staff for driving me to my dinner location. Although I only had breakfast at the Accommodation, there was a wide variety of dishes and everything was delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Although the building felt a bit old, it was well cleaned and comfortable. I only used it for sleeping, but I was fully satisfied. If your reason for visiting Kitakyushu is the Kanmon Tunnel, sightseeing, or attending an event, it offers good access to Mojiko and the Kokura area, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. The staff were courteous, so I could stay with peace of mind.

The front desk staff were very helpful, and the Yakumo breakfast on the second floor was beautifully presented, delicious, and offered a wide variety of dishes—we were very satisfied. It was a lovely Hotel that made us feel at home.

Thank you as always. I really appreciate the reasonable rates and the wide selection of amenities and drinks, so I keep choosing to stay here. There aren’t many Hotels that provide services like toner and lotion, so I’m very grateful. However, when I opened the refrigerator this time, I found two short hairs inside, which felt unhygienic, so I decided not to use it. Since the refrigerator is white, I think this could have been prevented with a quick check. Aside from that, I think it’s a very good Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

There is a large public bath, and I used it every day—it was excellent. As expected, the Room bath was too small and didn’t make me want to use it, so I chose this Hotel. It was the right choice. I was disappointed that there was no instant coffee among the amenities.

I stayed here for the fireworks festival. As soon as I arrived at the Hotel, I was worried about the route to the venue and how to get back, so I asked the front desk for help. Later, a staff member researched the route, printed it out, and delivered it to my Room. It was extremely helpful. I returned to the Hotel after 1:00 a.m., but they came outside to greet me, which made me feel very safe. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because I was attracted by the in-room sauna, and I stayed here on this trip. All of the staff were very courteous, and I had a comfortable stay. I was also happy that the sauna was already warmed up at check-in, so I could use it right away. Since it was during the Golden Week holiday period, the rate was higher than usual, but my satisfaction exceeded that and it turned into a very fulfilling stay. I would definitely like to stay again. I was feeling down because it was a pretty tough business trip, but the beautifully clean Hotel room, delicious meals, and the warmth of the staff truly comforted me. Next time, I’d like to come for something other than work!

This was my first time staying here, and I had a comfortable stay. However, when I returned to the Hotel by car while nearby restaurants were open, the parking lot was full and it was a bit difficult to find a place to park. It would be helpful if parking spaces could be reserved for guests.

On my first driving trip to the Tohoku region, I wasn’t sure what time I would arrive at the Hotel, but they were very accommodating and helpful even though I arrived well past the check-in time.

It was excellent! The Room was spacious and very clean. There were no unpleasant aspects, and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, although the usage time is fixed, the welcome drink service included not only soft drinks but also Japanese sake tasting and chuhai, with unlimited refills—a truly attractive feature! I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.

It’s close to both Maihama and the nearest station, Ichikawa-Shiohama, so we stayed the night before visiting DisneySea and were able to get there smoothly on the first train in the morning. It was easier to stop by the convenience store in front of the station to buy food before heading over. It was my first time staying in a capsule Room, but it’s women-only, the size was just right, and although the shared space isn’t large, it wasn’t inconvenient. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t control the air conditioning, and (maybe it was just my Room) I couldn’t use the alarm function. It was great that I could charge my phone while lying down. I’d like to stay again.

Flowers were in bloom, and we enjoyed the sounds of insects and owls, the breezes of Taketomi, and a breathtaking star-filled sky with the Milky Way unlike anything we had ever seen. We walked along white-sand paths from our Room to the lounge and restaurant, feeling close to nature each time—it was a wonderful experience. The pool and lounge were open 24 hours a day and were kept very clean. We had à la carte dinner for three nights, and everything was delicious.

It was difficult to adjust the air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, but it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Still, I slept well and was happy with my stay.

This was my first time staying here. It was truly impressive! It felt more like a luxury hotel than a Business Hotel. The location, parking, and Room were undoubtedly top-class. Thank you very much!
