[Note: Room Condition] I stayed for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in a 15-tatami Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It felt like using a futon set up in a small banquet hall of a day-use Onsen Facility. I was initially concerned that there was no toilet in the Room, but it was clean and I didn’t run into anyone during my stay, so it wasn’t an issue. Fresh towels, amenities, and very tasty tea snacks were delivered every day. For dinner, I could freely choose depending on my mood—warming up convenience-store food in the microwave or having meals delivered from the dining hall. If I asked, they brought cups and ice as well, and all the staff were pleasant, which made it very relaxing. I love traveling and have stayed at many Accommodations, but this became one of my favorites.

It was amazing. My kids and my wife were very happy. We really enjoyed the baths—felt like we could soak as much as we wanted, from the private family bath to everything else. Above all, the staff who helped us were wonderful!! They explained things clearly and spoke while making eye contact—really appreciated. It made us happy that they looked after us so well. The meals were great too—it reminded me again. Our family isn’t really suited to buffet-style dining, so having everything prepared and brought to us was much better. Most of all, it was wonderful being able to truly relax. The only thing was that I couldn’t sleep—maybe because of the sound of the river flowing, or maybe just because it was different from usual. Haha. Thank you to the lovely staff member who took care of us. We’d love to come again.

Due to a family bereavement, we made a Reservation for three Rooms for our family. I wrote in the request section that we would prefer to be on the same floor if possible. We were told that there was a newly renovated Room available, and that they upgraded us compared with what we had booked. However, they also warned us: “The doors may be hard to close, so please be careful.” The door of the Room I used closed properly, but it did seem that the other two Rooms needed a firm push for the lock to catch. I was glad we had been informed at check-in. *At check-out, I saw staff adjusting doors on other Rooms on our floor, so it may be fixed now. There were books on the even-numbered floors, and the kids borrowed Chiikawa. They probably didn’t have much time to read, but they seemed happy. Breakfast was at Cocos on the first floor. The selection wasn’t large, but the waffles and unlimited drinks were very popular with the kids as well. Across Route 1 there is a convenience store and My Basket; there’s a bus stop right in front; and Magome Station is next door. It’s a very convenient Hotel for quick shopping and transportation. We also appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby.

"Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

We stayed here as a couple on our trip. The Room, meals, and the view from the Room were all wonderful. We left very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality. We made great memories and would love to come back again.

As the Hotel has been renovated, it was very clean. It was the largest Hotel within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants, and having a washing machine in the room was extremely helpful. For us, who went out during the day and only slept at the Hotel, it was the best choice. The sink area was spacious enough, and even with only a shower Facility, it was more than sufficient. We skipped breakfast on the first day because we planned to go eat Miyako soba for lunch, but both the daily curry and taco rice were filling and delicious. We visited Miyako Yokocho on the first floor as our second stop; there were many different shops and it was great, but since there are so many options, I thought it would be better if it worked like a food court rather than requiring separate payments at each shop. If we go to Miyakojima again, we would like to stay here again.

I had previously visited for a day-trip Onsen, and the rich, silky water that seemed to cling to my skin felt incredibly soothing—it left a lasting impression. After that, whenever I saw posts on social media about the renovation, I kept thinking, “I’d love to go again,” but I hesitated because weekends seemed like they would be crowded. Then I learned that overnight guests receive Miyakonjo Meat Vouchers worth JPY 3,000 per person, which can be used at the on-site restaurant “Heike no Sato”! That was also one of the reasons we decided to stay. Since we were going anyway, we thought we’d stay overnight and fully enjoy the Onsen—and I also wanted it to be a special trip with my elderly mother. Choosing a Room was honestly difficult. I really wanted a Room with a private open-air bath, but there’s only one of those Rooms available, and every weekend this month was already fully booked! It’s clearly very popular. After much deliberation, we chose the Room called “Iwa.” And it turned out to be absolutely the right choice! It was far more spacious than expected, and the comfortable bed made for an excellent night’s sleep. My mother also loved it, saying it had a calm atmosphere and was spacious and easy to move around in. The selection of loan pillows and amenities was great as well. The loan pillow in particular was very comfortable—I highly recommend trying one. And of course—the Onsen we were most looking forward to. The smooth, slightly thick water met our expectations perfectly; after bathing my skin felt wonderfully moisturized, so it’s easy to see why people call it an Onsen for beautiful skin. As an overnight guest benefit: while general admission starts at 7:00 AM, guests can use the Onsen from 6:30 AM. We woke up early and enjoyed a relaxing soak in an almost private atmosphere. This time slot is truly recommended. The free massage chairs are also highly recommended. All of the staff were very kind. The front desk team answered every question carefully and thoroughly, which made our stay very pleasant. That warm hospitality is definitely one of this Accommodation’s charms. “Heike no Sato” was also excellent! Thanks to the Miyakonjo Meat Vouchers (JPY 3,000 per person), we were able to enjoy delicious meat that we don’t often get the chance to eat—highly recommended as well. From the Onsen and Room to the views and staff hospitality—everything about this stay exceeded our expectations.

I revisited this accommodation early because I had such a great experience last month. Although the Awazu Kaiseki did not include tempura, the delicious appetizers and eight kinds of fresh sashimi made the sake taste even better. By the time I finished the pork shabu-shabu and chawanmushi, I was already full, but the seasoned rice was so delicious that I ended up overeating. For breakfast, they served "Hyakumangoku" brand rice, which is often found in ryokan in Ishikawa Prefecture. However, their cooking method was exceptional, making it more delicious than any other ryokan I've stayed at before. While abalone, nodoguro fish, and Noto beef are available as additional orders, even without them, their delicately flavored dishes were more than satisfying. The bathwater quality was gentle on my sensitive skin and allowed me to soak for long periods without feeling overheated. The therapeutic waterfall shower relieved pain in my shoulders, neck, and back when applied to those areas—I even thought about saving money to come here for a week-long hot spring retreat someday! The room had been recently renovated; it was impeccably clean with a large LCD TV for added comfort. However, since we arrived early perhaps due to timing issues—the air conditioning wasn't turned on upon arrival during wintertime—it felt cold initially; preheating would have been appreciated during colder months like these! Lastly but importantly: homemade pudding by Okami (the hostess) tasted amazing too—overall providing excellent value exceeding expectations from this accommodation!

I stayed here during the Obon holidays and truly had a wonderfully relaxing time. Not only were the hearty, delicious dinner and breakfast excellent, but the rooftop views were stunning both morning and night, and the Onsen was incredibly soothing. All of the staff were very kind, and I could really feel the Ryokan’s thoughtful hospitality. I would love to stay again. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

From the hostess’s warm welcome to the stunning third-floor Room and terrace with exceptional views. The Room has windows on three sides. Open the door and you’re greeted by a view of Cape Shionomisaki. A terrace where you can enjoy both sunset and sunrise. Every dish was delicious—we ordered two servings each of the meat course and the fish course, and ended up overeating. I was a bit surprised that access to the Room was via an outdoor staircase I hadn’t expected, but once you come down the stairs, Cape Shionomisaki is right in front of you. If it had been raining, getting around might have been tough, but luckily the rain from the previous day had cleared, temperatures rose, and my mood soared too. The bath is not an Onsen, but while it shows its age, it was clean and felt well maintained. Another thing I loved was the “duvet cover.” It felt so nice that I want to find one for home—I wish I’d asked what brand it was. The Room itself was so comfortable, and it was great to just zone out while gently swaying in the hammock.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my first time having ramen for breakfast at a Hotel, and I was delighted that I could add my favorite toppings and enjoy a bowl just the way I like it. The tonkotsu broth wasn’t greasy, so it didn’t feel heavy even in the morning, and I enjoyed it to the last sip. And the curry bread is truly outstanding! The curry inside has just the right level of spice and tastes great. Also, all of the staff were consistently cheerful and pleasant, and their energetic greetings left a strong impression. It helped me start the day in a great mood. I’d love to stay again!

The Accommodation is filled with Showa-era charm, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I was very satisfied after soothing my fatigue in the Onsen and enjoying a delicious dinner. When coins got stuck in the beer vending machine, the proprietress kindly opened and closed the machine several times to fix it, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

This accommodation features a charming corridor connecting the front desk to the rooms. All rooms come with an open-air bath. There are rooms with city views and mountain views; this time, we stayed in a mountain-view room called "Kasuga," which was a combination of Japanese and Western styles (8-tatami mat alcove + 6-tatami Western-style room with two beds). The open-air bath was not very large but sufficient for two people. When we tried to use the open-air bath right after check-in, we found a centipede in it. Since the area outside is surrounded by nature, it couldn't be helped... However, when we informed the staff, they promptly cleaned and replaced the water for us, which was great. Dinner was served at the dining area as an Irori Kaiseki meal! Everything was delicious! We were very satisfied. Breakfast might feel slightly lacking for some guests. Although there is WiFi in the room, it’s weak and disconnects frequently—this needs improvement. A floor plan of the facility or room layout would be helpful inside each room. It would also be nice to have menus and tariffs for additional dinner dishes or drinks available in advance in each room since we only learned about additional dishes later on. It would be convenient to have an extra set of towels and bath towels since guests also visit public baths within the facility. Roomwear that separates into top-and-bottom pieces like samue would also be appreciated—it wouldn’t come undone easily and could even be worn to meals at dining areas. The staff members are incredibly kind and attentive! Overall, this accommodation provides a highly satisfying experience! It’s definitely worth revisiting! Next time, I’d like to stay in one of their city-view rooms!

The price was reasonable, the night view from the Room was amazing, and the large Onsen bath was great, so we were very satisfied. Breakfast used local ingredients and tasted excellent—no complaints at all. The entrance and exit to the underground parking are a bit narrow, so those who aren’t confident drivers should be careful.

I visited Matsuura City to try the famous fried horse mackerel. I had planned to eat it at a restaurant somewhere the next day, but a flyer in the Hotel elevator for the “Hotel Fried Horse Mackerel Set Meal” looked so delicious that I decided to have it at the in-house restaurant instead. Just as rumored, I enjoyed plump, thick-cut fried horse mackerel along with sashimi, tempura, and several small side dishes—an extremely satisfying meal.

The Room was too dark and difficult to use, and it was disappointing that there was no information on how to use the parking lot. I think the front desk staff handled things well.

The room, large public bath, meals, and service were all satisfying. I stayed in a room with a private bath, which was clean and had a great view, making me feel like I didn’t even need to visit the large public bath. Of course, the large public bath was also excellent. I chose the dinner set plan, and everything was delicious. Personally, as someone who doesn’t drink much alcohol, I really appreciated having a pitcher of cold water placed at my table. The service was minimal yet attentive; staff checked in at just the right moments during meals, which made for a pleasant experience. Additionally, they informed me of the approximate sunrise time so I could enjoy a beautiful sunrise from my room.

The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

It’s a slightly older Business Hotel, but the baths are excellent. There are two large tubs, plus a sauna and a cold plunge bath. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and you can enjoy drinks until late. Nothing to complain about. The Room is a bit dated, but since I’m only there to sleep, it doesn’t bother me and it’s comfortable enough. I actually prefer the shared toilet and washbasin area—it keeps the Room from feeling cramped, and you can wash up in a more spacious area. The affordable rate including breakfast is also very helpful.

It exceeded my expectations. The meals were delicious, and the baths were operated on a private-use rotation at all three locations that day, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing Onsen and spend a truly luxurious time. The staff were also very pleasant.
