I had to book after noon on the day due to a sudden business trip, but fortunately there was a vacancy and I was able to stay. This was my second stay, and the front desk staff were courteous. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you as well for keeping my ice packs for me! I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The staff were pleasant, the lobby was stylish, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very simple. Perhaps because it’s a renovated Hotel, there was quite a noticeable drain odor. It’s also best not to expect much soundproofing. If you’re out most of the time and only return to the Hotel to sleep, it should be just right.

Flowers were in bloom, and we enjoyed the sounds of insects and owls, the breezes of Taketomi, and a breathtaking star-filled sky with the Milky Way unlike anything we had ever seen. We walked along white-sand paths from our Room to the lounge and restaurant, feeling close to nature each time—it was a wonderful experience. The pool and lounge were open 24 hours a day and were kept very clean. We had à la carte dinner for three nights, and everything was delicious.

I chose this Accommodation for its great location, and the Room looked newly renovated and was very clean. The futon thickness and bed firmness were just right, so I had a very comfortable stay—thank you. Amazing value for money!

I think the Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called out to me. The staff were chatting among themselves the whole time. There was also no explanation that towels for the public bath were provided in the Room. If they are going to give a lifeless, monotone explanation, then a self check-in machine would be fine. They should learn from front desk staff at other Hotel properties. Other than the front desk staff, there were no issues.

The Facility is somewhat old, but it was well cleaned, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong enough. It’s conveniently located near Kotoden Kataharamachi Station, you can use the Onsen at the sister property, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Perhaps because it was a quiet period, they prepared a Japanese-style room that was more spacious than I needed for a solo trip, so I could relax very comfortably. The price was reasonable, and I’d like to stay again.

There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The Hotel is small and cozy, and we were able to relax. Maybe this is standard for a Multiple Night Stay, but it made us happy to come back and find bath towels and other items placed in a bag and hung on the doorknob. The front desk staff’s beaming smile was so heartwarming that I won’t forget it.

My first trip to Shodoshima, and choosing this Hotel after so much deliberation was absolutely the right decision! The system felt very modern—I was a bit confused at first, but my daughters loved it. The staff’s approach was also just right: attentive without being overbearing. At the thermal spa, I lost track of time, soothed by the incredible views and feeling completely refreshed. The simple, stylish Room was also very comfortable to use. We intentionally didn’t add dinner to our plan and chose to dine directly at the restaurant instead, which turned out great. With drinks, we enjoyed salad, carpaccio, ajillo, and paella—everything was delicious. My daughters raved about how great the value was compared with the city! Breakfast suited our tastes as well—perfect for adult women. A Hotel where one night isn’t enough; I’d love to stay longer and truly relax. Both Shodoshima and this Hotel became wonderful memories for us. Thank you very much. I’d definitely like to stay again!!

On my first driving trip to the Tohoku region, I wasn’t sure what time I would arrive at the Hotel, but they were very accommodating and helpful even though I arrived well past the check-in time.

I frequently stay here as I often have work in Hokkaido that requires staying the night before. The price is higher compared to a regular Route Inn, but the Room and meals are better, so overall satisfaction is high.

The Facility is old, but it is kept very clean. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the veranda has a slatted floor, so you don’t have to worry about it being wet after bathing—it’s a very well-designed layout. I enjoyed using the open-air bath many times. Despite the good amenities and the convenient location right in front of Shirarahama Beach, it was reasonably priced. My wife liked it very much as well, so I think we will visit again.

The price was reasonable, and the checkout time was comfortably late. Since it is located in a rural area and it was summer, I was a bit surprised to find a few insects in the bathroom. Other than that, the service was good, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.

The Hotel itself is quite old, and the Room also felt dated—but even for me as a Gen G, it somehow made me smile. It had a nostalgic feel and was a very relaxing place. Even the bath in the Room felt homey and calming. It was a bit chilly so I couldn’t swim in the sea, but since there’s a beach, I think it would be really enjoyable during summer vacation season. Also, breakfast portions were very large—possibly too much for women or children. I regret not asking for a smaller portion before it was served to avoid wasting food. Everyone was very kind, and unlike many modern Hotels that are all-inclusive and can feel busy or noisy with “this and that,” it was wonderfully peaceful. I’d love to come back during swimming season. From what I researched, there aren’t any shops nearby within easy walking distance, but the shop inside the Hotel was open until 10:00 PM, which was very helpful.

It was my first time staying, and the staff provided clear and polite guidance. I didn’t use the large public bath, but it is available for free. The free parking lot was a great convenience. However, the spaces in the multi-story self-parking garage and the ramps to floors above 2F felt a bit narrow, which might make passing other cars challenging. It would be better if it were brighter at night as it felt slightly dim. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet, and both options were delicious. A "Sawayaka" restaurant is located next door, with a convenience store just beyond that.

The location was great and the property was clean. The male staff member at the front desk was very kind and helped us warmly and courteously. We had an issue where YouTube in the Room froze on a still image, but he came right away to fix it and handled it quickly. I would like to stay again, and next time I’d like to include breakfast. The large public bath was also clean and helped me relax after a long day.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip and also requested a birthday cake. Throughout our stay, we felt the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and it was a Hotel we would love to return to. We were also grateful to be upgraded to a higher-grade Room free of charge—every service was truly appreciated. The calm atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much.

It was excellent! The Room was spacious and very clean. There were no unpleasant aspects, and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, although the usage time is fixed, the welcome drink service included not only soft drinks but also Japanese sake tasting and chuhai, with unlimited refills—a truly attractive feature! I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.

We decided to visit Greenland at our kids’ request, and while looking for nearby Accommodation we found this fun place. For a family of five, it cost about JPY 25,000 without meals. It was our first time staying in a trailer house, but it felt like a secret hideout and the kids loved it. However, I understand it may be unavoidable due to the structure, but the smell from the toilet was quite strong—this was the only negative point. The surrounding area is well equipped with supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and more, so even if you forget something you can easily buy what you need. The best part was the amazing on-site hot springs! The large public bath was clean, and there were various saunas that were really interesting. It would have been even better with a TV, but it was still wonderful. There’s also a manga corner and free relaxation lounge where the kids were thrilled. There’s also a small gym (not full-scale), which I really enjoyed as well. Also, even on check-out day you can use the facilities until closing time, so we stopped by for a bath and休憩 on our way back from Greenland. We really appreciated that. Next time I’d like to come during a cooler season, but we were very satisfied overall. Thank you.
