I made a Reservation so the kids could enjoy the pool. After afternoon tea in the lounge, we headed straight to the pool, and after plenty of fun, we enjoyed a delicious meal during cocktail time. After that, they had a great time playing capsule toy machines at KITTE Osaka. The next morning, they ate a hearty breakfast and were back to enjoying the pool early on. All of our requested items were prepared as well, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but considering the location, interior, staff service, and price, it’s excellent! There are also plenty of bars around the station, which is very convenient.

A modern Hotel located next to the Churui Roadside Station. Clean Accommodations are hard to find in this area, so it’s well worth considering when planning an itinerary around Cape Erimo. The alkaline hot spring water leaves your skin feeling smooth.

I chose this property because it is close to the airport and conveniently located. Due to time constraints, I was unable to use the dining options, but the Room was more spacious than I expected and had a table, making it comfortable to spend time in. The parking lot is also large and easy to park in.

I stayed here to watch WOWOW. I was satisfied with the large-screen TV! They also offered welcome coffee, and I had breakfast for two nights; the menu changed slightly, so I enjoyed it both days. I will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Perhaps because it’s newly opened, or thanks to an excellent housekeeping team, both the Room and the lobby were extremely clean. The Room was spacious and quiet, and there was plenty of parking—there was never a time we couldn’t find a spot. The parking lot is large so it’s a bit of a walk, but there’s a convenience store right in front, which makes it very convenient. We stayed for two nights on a Plan with breakfast, and there were hardly any repeat items over the two days. There was a good variety, everything tasted good, and nothing seemed to run out. It’s also nice that Route Inn offers WOWOW. We had a very comfortable stay for two days. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I booked early, so the price was very reasonable, and the facilities were more than sufficient. I was very satisfied. While many hotels are moving toward unmanned operations, the front desk staff here were kind and helpful—this is how a hotel should be. The late-night ramen and the ochazuke at breakfast were both excellent. It made my stay in Hakodate truly worthwhile. Thank you very much.

I’d been curious about the fruit sandwiches here for a while, and by staying this time I finally got to try them. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a great variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, which I really enjoyed. Everything I tried was delicious. The fruit sandwiches were excellent too—the cream was lightly sweetened, and the fruit was fresh and tasty. There were also smoothies and green juice, so the drink selection felt well stocked. The location was great: quiet yet convenient for shopping, which I loved. The amenities were SEKKISEI, which was a nice touch. The shampoo had a sweet almond scent that felt very relaxing.

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. It was my first stay in two months. Everything was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The Room mirror had been changed to a different one than before, and it was very convenient for doing my makeup. Also, the gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a wonderful smile, which made me feel welcome. I’m planning to visit again in autumn.

I have used this Hotel several times on days with affordable rates. The Room types vary, sometimes luxurious and other times more compact, but I have always been able to relax without any issues and am very satisfied. The check-in process is face-to-face, and everyone is kind, making me want to use this Hotel again.

I stayed here in May while sightseeing in Miyazaki on my way to Kurokawa Onsen. I chose the No Meals Included Plan because it offered flexible check-in and check-out. The rooms were very clean, and despite the great value, parking was free, the Hotel was right in the middle of downtown, a convenience store was nearby, and there was a large public bath—everything I needed. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Miyazaki.

We stayed here for a family trip. We have a small child and caused you some trouble in various ways, but the hostess always helped us with a smile. Not only the barbecue Facility, but also the well-maintained garden, the interior, and the delicious coffee—everything showed such thoughtful care, and we were truly impressed. Enjoying the chef’s delicious pizza and an abundant barbecue platter while looking out at Mt. Fuji was amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

For the past few years, I’ve been staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel whenever I visit Nago. Before that, I used other Accommodations as well. This Hotel is quiet, and 21st Century Forest Park (the beach) is just across the road—an excellent location, with a Starbucks also set to open on the beachside in mid-April 2026. The number of parking spaces in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is plenty of parking on adjacent lots (three locations within a 30-second to 2-minute walk), so it’s not an issue. There’s also a Seven-Eleven within a short walk (under 5 minutes). Emerald, a pasta & pizza place right near the Hotel, is delicious, serves generous portions, and offers reasonable prices. I plan to stay here again next time.

I stayed in a double Room. There was a low bed on a slightly raised platform, and I was able to relax as if I were in my own Room. There was no open-air bath, but the spacious Onsen was very pleasant. Overall, everything felt very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Our children were delighted, and we had a wonderful time. We really appreciated the Room upgrade, and when our siblings argued over the amenities, the front desk staff responded flexibly and helpfully. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was my first stay here in a while, and I was happy to feel that familiar comfort again. Breakfast is just as delicious as ever.

It has already become a brand (at least for me). Reasonable price. This price includes a breakfast buffet. The location, like other AZ facilities, is conveniently situated in key areas. Necessary facilities are, of course, well-equipped.
