This was my first stay at an AZ Hotel, which I’ve seen in many places. The Room and lobby were clean, and the bathtub was large; it filled quickly, so I could relax and soak. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious, and I was able to get plenty of nutrients and salt before the summer festival. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay at an AZ Hotel again. Thank you very much.

I didn't check the details carefully and mistakenly applied for a "Student Discount" Plan. Since I am not eligible for the discount, additional charges were incurred. However, the explanation from the hotel staff was reasonable, and I did not have a bad impression. It would be helpful if an alert appeared during the reservation process on the site. Considering the price, I can't complain about the room, but there were limited lighting options (either too bright or too dim), and while there were no major issues with water facilities, some areas were not very clean.

I have stayed here several times, and the staff always welcomed me warmly, making it a wonderful stay. This time I also used the restaurant; the food was delicious and very satisfying. The Room had a great view and was very clean. I will stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

An early Father’s Day gift: an Onsen trip! He was really happy to relax and take his time enjoying both the Onsen and the meals, and I was glad to see him so pleased.

This was my second stay after visiting Asahikawa. I stayed in a Room with a rock bath. The bath in the Room was very clean, and being able to use it 24 hours a day made it feel luxurious. The breakfast portion was just right, and next time we gather with relatives, I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed as a couple, and it was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy the private Onsen—open-air bath, sauna, and cold plunge—at our own pace without worrying about anyone else. It was great to spend time without being concerned about our surroundings. Breakfast also let us fully savor Hokkaido-style ingredients, which made the stay even more satisfying. Overall, we had a very fulfilling time and would love to visit again in a different season.

Overall, I am satisfied. I had a comfortable stay. It would be helpful to have handrails at the entrance and exit of the large public bath.

In the peak of summer, when Tokyo reaches a scorching 37°C, we stayed at the accommodation with our dog. Upon arriving at Motoyu Inn, it was pleasantly cool—just 26°C! Truly a summer retreat. Once again, we were able to relax and enjoy the soothing company of the cats. Of course, we also indulged multiple times in our favorite sulfur hot spring baths.

This was the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool, the food, the Room, and the hospitality were all excellent. I’d love to come again.

The bike parking was covered and free of charge. The parking spot was in a discreet location, which was also nice. The Hotel itself is old, but the unit bath is relatively spacious, and each Room has its own air conditioner, making it comfortable. Additionally, I chose the dinner voucher option, and the 1,500 yen Miyazaki specialty set was quite a good deal and delicious.

Stayed with three friends. - Overall New and clean. - Room Spacious. The wide sink made it comfortable to stay even on a trip with friends. The bunk bed room was unique, offering just the right amount of personal space, and it was great that it wasn’t an extra bed. - Private Sauna A proper sauna that warms you up thoroughly. You can sweat in a short time, enjoy the cold plunge pool, and relax on the terrace afterward. - Breakfast Enjoyed breakfast on a terrace with a stunning view of Sakurajima right in front of us. The season was perfect for spending such pleasant moments outdoors.

Considering the price, I was satisfied. The meals were also delicious. I also appreciated having a large public bath.

This was my first stay here! The front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff provided clear explanations and guidance, and the view from the Room was beautiful. It was still warm even with the heater turned off, so bringing a short-sleeve shirt to sleep in was the right choice!! Since it was affordable, I wasn’t expecting much for breakfast, but there was a wide variety and we ate a lot with our child! Being able to relax and eat while watching the monorail made it the best morning.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). The Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There were plates, cups, and a full set of cutlery, plus a frying pan, so I bought ingredients and prepared foods at a supermarket in Nago City for dinner. I had a packed schedule with marine sports and more, but it was so comfortable that I wish I’d made more time to relax at the Hotel. Sunrise spots, sunset spots, and Heart Rock are just a few minutes away by car. The Eisa performance was amazing as well—thank you!

I made a Reservation so the kids could enjoy the pool. After afternoon tea in the lounge, we headed straight to the pool, and after plenty of fun, we enjoyed a delicious meal during cocktail time. After that, they had a great time playing capsule toy machines at KITTE Osaka. The next morning, they ate a hearty breakfast and were back to enjoying the pool early on. All of our requested items were prepared as well, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The Accommodation is very clean, and the breakfast selection in the morning is excellent, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was a Multiple Night Stay for 2 nights. Breakfast was included, there was a large public bath, and the cleanliness around the bed was excellent. The parking area is spacious, so you won’t be left confused with nowhere to park. If I may mention just one point for improvement, the toilet/unit bath had an unpleasant odor (likely sewage smell backflow), to the extent that I hesitated slightly to use it.

We always have an enjoyable stay. This time, we enjoyed the steak course with dinner included. We will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you very much.
