Despite my last-minute Reservation during the off-season, you responded with great care. I believe I was the only guest, but both the Room and the bath were very comfortable. Having a washbasin in the Room was convenient.

With no plans for the Obon holidays, I was browsing various Ryokan websites just to get into the travel mood when... By chance, I found Sagirisou’s last-minute deal, and it was such a bargain that I booked immediately. Since it was so affordable, I didn’t expect much, but... The Room was more than satisfactory! (The futons were already laid out.) The bath temperature was just right! (The morning bath was amazing too.) Dinner was pork shabu-shabu! (I was so full that I even canceled the soba—there was more than enough food.) Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything I tried was delicious. Above all, the staff at the Ryokan were wonderful with their warm smiles! The service deserves more than 5 stars lol. Next time, I definitely want to enjoy the jingisukan. Our whole family was satisfied and we really enjoyed sightseeing in Nagano. Thank you very much.

Perfect for arriving in Ishigaki at night and departing the next morning! The ferry terminal is right in front, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants open late. Our older kids were thrilled—excited by how clean and spacious the Room was, and by the atmosphere of the town. We’d definitely love to stay again!! Thank you so much.

We searched for an Accommodation to go eat rock oysters! Seven rock oyster dishes & live squid sashimi. It was absolutely amazing. Boiled crab was included too, with a three-item platter. Appetizer: such a huge volume we couldn’t finish it all. Dote hot pot and fresh oyster spring rolls—menus we’d never had before, and we really enjoyed them. Everything gets top marks except that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the Room. The staff were also very kind, great value and delicious! We want to come again.

A wonderful place with a full resort feel and an ideal scale. I’m excited about the planned redevelopment—this one-of-a-kind Hotel is where I stay every year.

We stayed with two children. Toys were prepared in our Room, and the kids had a great time. The temperature of the large public bath at the Accommodation was just right, and even infants could bathe without any issues. We booked the No Meals Included Plan, but we had dinner at the dining area on the second floor. High chairs for children were available, and there were plenty of menu options that kids could enjoy. The staff at the Accommodation were very warm and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.

The Room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Since the building isn’t large, it’s easy to get around anywhere. The 24-hour all-you-can-eat and drink corner was especially great. For dinner, it would have been helpful to have scissors at the table so we could cut the grilled dancing abalone before eating. The all-you-can-eat salmon roe was a nice bonus. Overall, this Accommodation was highly satisfying!

We stayed as a family. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin were separate, making it very convenient to use, and the room was clean. It was accessible from both Akasaka and Tameike-Sanno stations, with a 7-Eleven located in the basement, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were polite and left a good impression.

No Meals Included, it was sufficient as it was just for sleeping. The price was also cheap, which was great. Thank you very much.

It's hard to find a place where you can enjoy an Onsen while traveling with your dog. This time, we drove all the way from Kanagawa to Arifuku Onsen, a place we had never heard of before. Honestly, we didn’t have high expectations, but we spent a relaxing 2 nights and 3 days there. There was a small mishap on the third morning when breakfast didn’t arrive, but they handled it sincerely and professionally. (That breakfast was quite extravagant, wasn’t it? Thank you!) One request: if possible, please consider installing sound-masking devices in the toilets. The sounds are quite audible while cooking... I wish it were closer, but if I get another chance, I’d love to visit again!

I stayed here during the Obuse Marathon. Despite my early departure, they kindly prepared rice balls and tea for me, which I greatly appreciated. The warm smiles when welcoming and sending me off made for a wonderful stay.

The extension cord provided was very helpful. There was plenty of parking, and having many shops nearby was convenient. Breakfast was a great value for the price.

The building is old but kept clean, so there were no issues. The bath includes an open-air bath where you can relax while enjoying the night sky and ocean in a private setting. Dinner was very hearty, featuring Chita beef, Ise lobster, sashimi, sushi, and octopus rice—truly satisfying. The buffet-style breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the accommodation were extremely kind. The fluffy and warm futon was excellent as well. The return shuttle service felt like a thrilling roller coaster ride! I had a wonderful time and fully enjoyed my stay. I would love to come back again. Thank you very much!

The Room was very clean, and we were also happy with the reasonable price and the free breakfast. This was our first time having dinner at TSUTAYA Kitchen, and it was also reasonably priced and very delicious. We will visit again.

I stayed here for one night on the second night of my five-night solo trip to Kusatsu Onsen from Fukuoka, and I’m glad I was able to get a Reservation. I had heard that Kusatsu Onsen has various types of spring water, so I chose this Ryokan because it has a great reputation for its water quality and allows solo guests to enjoy the Onsen. Just as expected, the Onsen was truly wonderful, and I enjoyed soaking many times. I also visited several public baths—hot, tingling springs like Jizo-no-Yu felt great—but Gokurakukan’s comfortably warm Onsen was perfect for a long soak. It’s also recommended for those who don’t like very hot water. Towels were available in the Room as well as in the changing area by the bath, which was very convenient. Another nice point was being able to go to the Onsen without passing through the front desk, making it easy even early in the morning. The Room was clean, and the toilet was exceptionally spotless. I was happy to find Matsumura manju served with tea snacks. The free breakfast was delicious—the bread was wonderfully chewy. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; both the curry doria and carrot salad were excellent. At check-out, the owner and staff kindly gave me detailed sightseeing tips around Kusatsu. Thanks to them, I learned about Jigokudani Monkey Park in Nagano Prefecture and went there using car sharing. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was lucky enough to see monkeys soaking in an Onsen—it was amazing. The next day, I used car sharing again and enjoyed Ikaho’s hot spring buns and Mizusawa udon as well. It became a truly memorable solo trip. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and next time I’d love to stay with my family—thank you very much.

There is nothing inconvenient about staying here. Although it is an unmanned Facility, even if any issues arise, support by phone and email is clear and courteous, so there is no inconvenience. With many restaurants in the area, it’s easy to find a place to eat nearby. In the morning, there’s also a bakery just a 2-minute walk away, so you can enjoy freshly baked bread. If the Hotel parking lot is full or feels difficult to use, you can use the paid parking lot across the street. The guest room is far better than it looks in the photos. An interior space where old and new enhance each other. You can also feel the attention to detail in the amenities. It’s a place that makes you want to come back for a Multiple Night Stay.

This was my third visit to Itoshima, the first in two years. Last time, after heavy rain the day before, it suddenly turned into a midsummer day, and the breathtaking sunset—changing moment by moment against the vast ocean—was truly moving. I enjoyed delicious food and the relaxed pace that only an all-inclusive stay can offer. This time had a different atmosphere and some changes. Arriving in a downpour with luggage, I climbed the stone steps to check in. What surprised me right away was “10:00 checkout”! I never expected it to be an hour earlier—maybe a pitfall of being a repeat guest? I was told it was changed because lunch service starts at 11:00 with reservations… but 10:00 still feels far too early. Since we spend about four hours round trip for an overnight stay, we want to relax as much as possible. If possible, I hope you will consider setting check-in to 16:00 and returning checkout to 11:00—I would be glad if this request from repeat guests reaches you. This time we dined while watching the post-rain evening scenery, and the food was just as delicious as ever—I was very satisfied. The soup course in particular had wonderful Japanese dashi flavor and was deeply comforting, and the tempura made from fresh squid (prepared after sashimi) was especially appreciated; as someone who loves cooking at home, having a professional fry dishes is a real treat. It was also disappointing not to see any of the staff members from previous visits. The photo shows “Itoshima Bay—an evening view after the rain.”

Stayed here the night before a weekend event. The facility is not new but well-maintained. The advantages include having a small public bath, free and spacious parking, and breakfast buffet included in the accommodation fee. I also liked the pillows provided. Since there are not many restaurants nearby and it’s located in a quiet riverside area, those without a car might find it inconvenient for dinner; however, dinner options were available at the hotel restaurant, which seems thoughtful. There’s no sense of luxury, but it’s sufficient for solo travelers and offers good value for money! There was an atmospheric sake brewery right in front of the hotel—if you enjoy sake, purchasing some there to enjoy leisurely in your room could be a nice idea!

This long-established Hotel in Kikuchi Onsen has a retro Showa-era feel, but key areas—such as the wallpaper in the Rooms and dining area—have been renovated. The Wi‑Fi connection was somewhat unstable. The unit bath in our Room also had Onsen water, and the large public bath features free-flowing Onsen, which was very relaxing.
