There was a payment issue, but the front desk staff handled it very well! I got a little lost on the way from the station, but I managed to get there. If you consider it a typical Business Hotel, I think the Facilities are reasonable. The breakfast rice porridge was delicious! If I go to Shimonoseki again, I’d like to stay here again.

Due to the typhoon, it rained throughout our stay. Even in the rain, the location was extremely convenient, with everything within walking distance. I have stayed at Daiwa Roynet Accommodations before and had great experiences everywhere, so I came to Ginza Premier with high expectations. The front desk staff were very kind and left a great impression. Although it was a Compact Twin room, the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing to notice slight dirt behind the faucet at the sink. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The view of Matsuyama Castle was great, and it looked especially beautiful at sunset. The Room was also clean. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so having the bath and toilet separate made my stay comfortable. However, I would have liked a wash basin in the bathroom.

My daughter and her spouse, who came from afar, stayed at the accommodation. It was helpful for me as I didn’t have to prepare bedding at home, and they seemed to have enjoyed a comfortable stay using the large public bath.

I realized upon arrival that I had stayed here once for work about 25 years ago. Perhaps it has been renovated since then, because the Room doesn’t feel dated at all. Oh—there is a card key, but it’s not the type that turns the power on when inserted (though it does have an auto-lock). The charging connectors support various types, giving me the impression they’ve tried to accommodate guests’ detailed needs as much as possible. The welcome drink was made with a single-cup machine, so I could enjoy a delicious coffee. The rental bicycles are also great value: 500 yen for 1 night and 2 days, and you can use them until check-out. It was very helpful since I needed to go out at night. A helmet is included as well.

I loved the Onsen so much that I came back three months later. As expected, the quality of the Dake Onsen hot spring water is outstanding! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great both times, so next time I’d love to see the scenery when it’s lush and green. This time I booked No Meals Included, but next time I might choose a plan with meals—there aren’t many places to eat nearby.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

I visit Asahikawa several times for personal reasons, and I stay at this Hotel each time. The Onsen is excellent, with silky, smooth water that leaves my skin feeling soft. I also use the relaxation services every time—the body scrub and oil massage are high quality and very satisfying. This time I wanted a non-smoking Room, but only a smoking Room was available for Reservation. On top of that, the building next door was being demolished, so it was quite noisy from around 8 a.m. every morning, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the location is great and the staff service was very good, so I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and made me feel at ease. It is close to Sapporo Station, and there is also a convenience store nearby. For breakfast, you receive a Doutor Coffee service voucher, which is a great value. The Room was a single, but it was spacious enough and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. I really appreciated having an air purifier in the Room. The pajamas were comfortable as well. The staff were kind, and I was happy that the breakfast was delicious, so if I visit Kagawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. This time, I stayed for three nights. I had reserved a single Room, but they upgraded my Room. With plenty of space, it was easy to spread out my luggage and organize three days’ worth of clothes and souvenirs without any stress. Thank you very much. I have stayed here many times. It is a long-established Hotel, and I personally love the antique-style furniture. It was my first summer in Kanazawa and it was definitely hot, so I was happy to find cold Kaga roasted tea prepared in the Hotel lobby. It was delicious. With wine available in the lounge and convenient access to sightseeing areas, I think this is an excellent value Hotel. When I visit again in a different season, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed here last year as well. This time, I was looking forward to it because the dining had changed to a buffet. It’s an à la carte buffet where you order each dish one by one, and I was surprised at how thoughtfully crafted each menu item was. Of course, the flavors were exactly to my taste. They also offer wines and sake that pair well with each dish. What I love about this place is that it isn’t very large, so they can provide this kind of attentive service—I was really impressed. And of course, dining while watching the sunset is a truly luxurious experience. I’d love to stay again. Honestly, I always admire the chefs—every property in this group serves food that perfectly suits my tastes.

Although the building is old, it is very well cleaned and the hospitality is excellent, so I think this is an Accommodation you can be truly satisfied with. It was also fun and nostalgic to be able to contact the front desk using a telephone you don’t see these days—perhaps making good use of the property’s vintage charm. One small thing: the yukata brought to me because the size didn’t fit had a slight odor that concerned me a bit. That said, I may simply be overly sensitive. In any case, the service is outstanding, and every staff member provided wonderful hospitality. I was deeply impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. By chance there was a festival that day and we were able to watch fireworks; they even told us the best viewing spot, which made it a great memory. Thank you very much. As for the meals, the rice was cooked perfectly and delicious. The side dishes were excellent as well, but especially how good the rice was stood out. One suggestion: if the green onions in the breakfast miso soup could be lightly cooked in advance, then warming it at the table would make it even tastier—I felt they sometimes didn’t cook through enough with table heating alone. Still, overall everything was extremely delicious. This is an Accommodation I will definitely want to stay at again when I visit Kaminoyama Onsen.

This Hotel felt like heaven for shochu lovers. In the lounge, we could compare and taste a wide variety of shochu. Just when we thought we’d tried them all and were about to head back to our Room, we found even more lined up on the other side—so my mother and I happily decided there was no choice but to keep going. Above all, the front desk staff had wonderful smiles, and I was truly impressed that they took the time to explain the shochu even though they were busy. I was also surprised by the thoughtful attention from the breakfast staff. It’s such a fantastic Hotel that I’d visit Miyazaki just to stay here.

I think the Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called out to me. The staff were chatting among themselves the whole time. There was also no explanation that towels for the public bath were provided in the Room. If they are going to give a lifeless, monotone explanation, then a self check-in machine would be fine. They should learn from front desk staff at other Hotel properties. Other than the front desk staff, there were no issues.

There are not many staff members, but it was easy to see which services they focus on, and I felt it is a comfortable and welcoming Hotel. The fresh flowers next to the elevator were very soothing. The Room was spacious and clean, and there was a water dispenser in the hallway where you can enjoy delicious cold water. The bath is an Onsen with plenty of space to relax, and breakfast in the morning was exceptionally delicious. I wanted to thank you in person for the wonderful breakfast, but our timing didn’t match. It helped me recover from my fatigue and left me feeling refreshed and energized.

I had to book after noon on the day due to a sudden business trip, but fortunately there was a vacancy and I was able to stay. This was my second stay, and the front desk staff were courteous. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you as well for keeping my ice packs for me! I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was a highly satisfying Hotel stay from check-in to check-out. What surprised me most was the wide variety of drinks and ice cream available in the complimentary area. Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks, from alcohol to soft drinks, and I also loved making my own ice cream—it was a lot of fun. The staff kindly guided me through the Room and breakfast information at check-in, and they responded quickly to an unexpected situation during my stay. Breakfast arrived at my Room right on time and was wonderfully warm and delicious. I truly feel this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Next time, I’d like to stay in a different Room and discover something new! Thank you very much!

After turning off the Koya Ryujin Skyline, you’ll need to drive several kilometers along a narrow, winding road with continuous curves. As is often the case in Nara Prefecture, there are some sections that are too narrow for two cars to pass. The river running beside the Hotel is very clear, and on a cloudless night you can likely enjoy a starry sky. The Onsen water analysis sheet stated it is a simple sulfur spring with pH 10.4, but I didn’t notice much of a sulfur smell. There are only two indoor baths at different temperatures, and there is no open-air bath. For dinner we ordered the local Kashiki hot pot course, and the duck, wild boar, and pheasant were all richly flavored and truly delicious. I especially liked the pheasant for its satisfying texture. After finishing the hot pot, we ended with rice porridge; the broth was so good that I ate too much. The Hotel itself is an older building, but it’s a good Hotel with sufficiently spacious Rooms and enjoyable meals.

We enjoyed a delicious, filling meal with fresh sashimi, two Takezaki crabs (one male and one female), plenty of grilled oysters, steamed clams, tempura, and crab rice porridge. The Onsen sauna and open-air bath were closed, but the indoor bath had a bubble bath feature, and we went in three times. This is an Onsen Ryokan we would love to visit again.
