This was our first stay at this Accommodation, and we really liked it—the atmosphere was great, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. It’s also close to Yubatake, so getting to Yubatake in the daytime and when it’s lit up at night, as well as shopping for souvenirs or grabbing a quick drink or meal, was no problem. Since it isn’t right around Yubatake, we were able to spend the nights quietly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kusatsu.

The mist felt like a shower of beauty serum, and my skin became truly soft and deeply moisturized. After enjoying the hot stone sauna, the open-air bath, and the radon Onsen, even my knee pain had eased by the time I left. I was amazed—my knee could bend again! The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. I prefer this style over a buffet. I would love to visit again.

This is a Hotel where you can feel at ease. Everything was kept very clean, and there was a card from the housekeeping staff with a message like “Please relax and enjoy your stay.” When I checked in late, the staff kindly shared information about nearby shops. The complimentary drink service even included Yoghurppe, and throughout my stay I felt the warm hospitality that reflects local friendliness. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. This is a well-sized Hotel with a tasteful blend of Japanese and Western styles. The space was clean and comfortable, and I slept very well. There were no items like lotion or cleansing oil at the sink in the changing area by the bath, but most guests probably bring their own, so it should be fine. If anything, I appreciated that the area around the sink was not dirty. It was also nice that I didn’t need to bring towels from my Room. The flooring in the Room was a bit tough for me because I’m sensitive to cold, but it does help keep things clean. At check-in there was a lot of information to go over, and I got a little spaced out partway through and missed responding once. After that, they explained things more concisely, and at the end they smiled and said, “Thank you for your time.” Thank you for the pleasant service.

I always look for Route Inn during my travels and use their services. I'm aiming to visit all their locations.

The Room is clean, and the bathroom and toilet are also spotless. There are plenty of places to eat, and a convenience store is nearby. Especially since there’s a Don Quijote close by.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel in Sapporo. First of all, the staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean and wonderful, with a panoramic view of Odori Park below. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again next time.

This was my first stay. We could see Tokyo Skytree from our Room, and the night view was wonderful. I stayed with friends for a fan-activity getaway, and being able to borrow a DVD player made our time very comfortable and fun. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

This stay was once again completely satisfying. We were blessed with great weather, and from our high-floor room we enjoyed a spectacular view, including a beautiful sunset sinking behind the Rokko mountain range. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent and made us feel happy from the start of the day. This was a return visit, and we were truly touched that the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. Even when staff members change, consistently delivering “stable, first-class service” is proof of a truly outstanding Hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making our stay genuinely comfortable.

It was a pleasant building and Hotel with new Facilities. However, since we chose a small 15 m² Room, it was unavoidable, but as two people in a twin Room there was hardly any space to pass each other. Next time, I will choose the Room more carefully. Also, due to the layout, it seemed the only way to turn the entrance light on and off was to climb onto the bed and use the switch on the headboard, which might be difficult for elderly guests.

It was conveniently located near the station. The automated check-in was also very convenient. The Room was well cleaned and very tidy. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

This time, I stayed in a Japanese-style Room. The view from the Room was great, and I was able to relax—I was extremely satisfied. I used it for a business trip this time, but next time I’d like to stay here again for a family trip. The bath and sauna were both clean and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious!

The guest rooms have been renovated and are now more user-friendly than before. The vending machines in the building have been removed, so you’ll need to buy drinks at a convenience store and store them in the in-room refrigerator. One complimentary bottle of mineral water is provided. This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, well cleaned, and a comfortable place to stay with peace of mind. We stayed here for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The Room was clean, the view was great, and it was very comfortable. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and we were impressed throughout. Above all, the food was outstanding. We were amazed by the live ice cream presentation, the live rolled-omelet presentation, and two surprise dishes that weren’t even on the menu. Everything was truly delicious, beautifully presented, and the decorative vegetable carvings were adorable. As someone who doesn’t eat much, I couldn’t finish it because it was so filling—so even big eaters will be satisfied with the portion size. There were also many kinds of drinks available with unlimited refills, and we really felt their warm hospitality. We would love to come again! Thank you for such wonderful memories!

This was my third stay. It’s conveniently located near Karuizawa Station, making it easy to go anywhere. There’s a convenience store and a small supermarket right in front, so you won’t have any trouble with quick shopping. The Room is always clean and well maintained, and I had another very comfortable stay this time. The front desk staff provide calm, understated service, but they are very kind and keep a pleasant sense of distance. The lounge offers coffee, tea, and more, and you can relax in the spacious area. It seems a bar has recently opened as well, so I’d like to try it next time. I think this Hotel is easy to use for both solo stays and family trips. My elderly mother also really likes it and says she wants to stay at this Hotel again on our next visit to Karuizawa. Considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and Accommodation Fee, I’m very satisfied. I think it’s a great value Hotel. I’d love to stay again.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

I still think this is a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality and service were excellent, and I was able to enjoy another comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast was just as delicious as before, and I was very satisfied. The morning pasta made to order and the white wine were outstanding. One thing I noticed was the area around the shelf installed above the bathtub. With a bit more attention to cleaning and inspection, the stay would feel even more pleasant. Also, since the outlet is more than 1 meter from the bed, I recommend bringing a slightly longer charging cable if you want to charge your devices at your bedside. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights as a family, and with its great location, well-designed Room layout, and highly functional facilities, this is a Hotel we would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Goto Islands. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. When we visit Goto again, this is the Hotel we definitely want to stay at. Thank you very much.

The Room felt smaller compared to other Route Inn twin rooms. With two adults and suitcases, there was no space to open them comfortably. Other Facilities and services were as usual, comfortable and satisfactory. I would like to stay again.
