As it is a new Hotel, my stay was very comfortable. The view from the Room balcony was wonderful and made for great memories. The breakfast buffet was lavish and delicious. The Hotel is right in front of Nagasaki Station and close to the tram stop and bus terminal, which was very convenient.

The service was very attentive, the Room was clean, and the meals offered a great variety.

Every year, we stay once in late August and once more at another time. My wife and I use this Accommodation mainly for golf, and we are extremely satisfied overall: we can enjoy a great round on an excellent course, the set-course dinners (Chinese and Japanese) at the Exiv main building are delicious, and all staff provide outstanding service. There are also Korean guests, but it is mainly Japanese guests, so it is very comfortable. We would like to keep staying here for many years to come.

The reservation was for the main building, but it was incorrect, so it was changed to the annex.

If you don’t mind that it’s a leisure Hotel, you can stay comfortably. Spacious Room with a bed, bathroom, massage chair, and a large TV. We chose the plan with dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious. For an additional fee, you can upgrade the meals, and they can be served in your Room. Reasonably priced and great value for money. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

I stayed here three times in one year. It’s my favorite Accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet location. The hostess and her husband are so friendly and warm, and I looked forward to every visit. The food is always truly delicious. This time I stayed for two nights, and I was deeply impressed by how thoughtfully they changed the dishes each day. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the sea was also wonderful! The shared spaces were kept clean and comfortable as well. After traveling around Ehime Prefecture over the past year, choosing this place again at the end was absolutely the right decision. I stayed here again this year during two consecutive days of diving in Yura. The Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied with the amenities and the delicious complimentary coffee at the front desk. Last time, I tried dinner for the first time and was very happy with it—reasonably priced and generously portioned—so this time I also tried breakfast for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations as well. Everyone at the front desk is very kind, and I always feel welcome here. Staying here is one of the highlights of my trip.

The service, rooms, and meals—everything about this Hotel was wonderful. The lounge was even more comfortable than expected, and I would love to stay again. All the food was delicious, but the only disappointment was the okonomiyaki. There was also a great variety of drinks, including plenty of alcoholic options. I couldn’t make it during afternoon tea due to other plans, so I’d definitely like to try it next time.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

I stay here every year on my business trips to Sendai. With direct access from the station, I feel safe even when checking in at night. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. I felt refreshed with no lingering fatigue from the first day, so I was able to stay active on the second day as well. I look forward to staying again next time.

This is the perfect spa for couples and families. We will definitely come again.

My first stay. The large public bath was spacious, and I enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The guest Room had high ceilings and an open-air bath; there was a Japanese-style room next to the bed, and each room had a TV, so I could truly refresh. The meals were kaiseki cuisine—sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, a small hot pot, chilled chawanmushi, and more—everything was very delicious, and I also had two large draft beers.

We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews and checking the price. All of the staff were kind, and the check-in explanation was very easy to understand. The Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. We were very satisfied because we could enjoy both Taiko no Yu and the Hotel’s Onsen! After getting tired from walking up the hill before arriving at the Hotel, the cold welcome drink was perfect! Our whole family was happy with our stay. Thank you!

The Room is clean, compact yet functional. The large public bath is also great. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and I ended up eating too much. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front. If I had to mention one thing, the building is long horizontally, so it’s a bit of a walk to the Room.

The Room was very clean, and above all, the staff were kind and courteous at check-in, which made our stay truly pleasant. We probably caused quite a bit of trouble—almost like fans—but they still saw us off with “Have a great time,” and we would love to stay again.

For our Kyushu girls’ trip, we chose Mojiko—introduced to us through “Convenience Store Brothers”—as our final-day destination and stayed in the Premium Suite at Premium Hotel. From the moment we stepped into the Room, we were thrilled by the panoramic view of Mojiko right in front of us and the spacious, comfortable Room! After enjoying carefully selected drinks, cheese, and finger foods at the exclusive lounge Tempo, we finally fulfilled our wish to walk across the Kanmon Straits, then took a ferry back to right in front of the Hotel. It’s worth staying here for this Hotel alone! Next time, we’d love to enjoy a meal at one of the Hotel’s restaurants as well.

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.
