I decided to stay because the Reviews were so positive, though honestly I wasn’t expecting that much. However, the Onsen, meals, and service were truly outstanding. The ceramic bath and private baths could be used as many times as you like with no additional charge, and the staff made me feel comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I highly recommend the ceramic bath. The large public bath also had a great view and an open, relaxing atmosphere, and the sauna was spacious as well. Of course, the bath in the Room was also excellent—you can adjust the temperature. Above all, every meal was exceptional! Both the French cuisine and Japanese cuisine may have been my best ever. It was a moving experience that delighted all five senses. The service—and conversations—from each chef and all of the staff were truly wonderful! I would definitely love to return again. Thank you very much.

This was a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again! Not only were the amenities and play area great, but the private family bath was surprisingly easy to use when we wanted, and we were able to relax and enjoy a bath together as a family. Free laundry and drying were also available, which was a huge help—especially with our 2-year-old, when we ran out of spare clothes and started to panic. Meals were buffet-style, so we ended up eating quite a lot and couldn’t make it for late-night snacks, which was a shame—but next time I’ll plan better (haha). Just one thing: the kids’ meals didn’t change much between breakfast and dinner, so our child got a bit bored. It would have been nice to have a little more variety.

I was looking for a Hotel around Lake Toya where I could stay with my dog, and chose this Hotel— it was truly an outstanding experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that although you should be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the bath, the outside view was blocked for privacy reasons. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a very comfortable stay with our dog. I would love to visit again!

This was a return visit. It was raining, but the covered walkway from the station to the Hotel meant I didn’t need an umbrella. The Room is refined and simply furnished. This time, there was live jazz in front of the reception area at night, which gave me a similar sense of satisfaction to when I stayed at Mesm Tokyo. The staff also provide wonderful hospitality, taking pride in working at Metropolitan Kawasaki.

Due to a change of plans, I made a Reservation the day before. It was a rainy day and I arrived early, but I was able to choose a book from the many available and enjoy reading at a relaxed pace with a cup of coffee in hand. The spacious bath, especially the bubble bath, was very soothing. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn’t finish everything. The sunrise the next morning was beautiful. There were also goats and rabbits, and if it were closer, it’s a place where I’d love to bring my dog for a Multiple Night Stay.

Despite being in the midst of Tenjin’s urban bustle, I was able to spend a serene time that felt like a different world. I was highly satisfied with everything from the hospitality and Facility to the amenities and dining. This stay reaffirmed for me the essential value of Hotel service: forgetting everyday life, relaxing, and recharging for tomorrow. In particular, the “perfectly balanced sense of distance” in the service throughout the Hotel and the pleasantly unpretentious atmosphere were truly comfortable. As one of Fukuoka’s premier luxury hotels, it isn’t an experience I can have often, but it left a lasting impression and is a Hotel I would love to stay at again someday.

We stayed to celebrate my partner’s birthday. In our Room, there were welcome fruits, a towel cake and cake for the birthday celebration, and a message card from the Hotel staff. I initially wondered if paying around 100,000 yen for one night in Kyoto—an easy day trip—might be a bit too extravagant, but we also received Hotel credit as an IKYU Gold member benefit, and overall it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We enjoyed the Hotel activities and the bath facilities, and I was also happy with the daruma we received when leaving. After turndown service, the soft drinks in the refrigerator had been replenished as well. These days more Hotels don’t even offer turndown service, so I felt that Six Senses really takes care of those details—exactly as you’d expect. For me it was definitely a splurge stay, but since our satisfaction level was high, I’d love to come back again when I have the chance.

This is my favorite Hotel, and I have been staying here repeatedly since it first opened. I feel so comfortable that I end up treating it like my own vacation home. While the services and staff have gradually changed over time, I still believe it is without a doubt the number one Hotel in Iwate. I truly hope you will continue to do your best to maintain the high standard of service, including afternoon tea, aperitif-time drink service, restaurant dining, and the large Onsen bath.

Thank you very much for accommodating my daughter’s allergies and picky eating. At her earnest request, this was our first mother-and-daughter trip to Hanamaki to experience the world of Kenji Miyazawa. I’m always concerned about her meals when we travel, but thanks to you we were able to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. It is a wonderful Ryokan—so much so that 24 hours in a day didn’t feel like enough. Next time, we would love to visit again with my husband and our other daughter—the whole family. As we had never stayed in Atami before, we chose this Hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary trip. When I mentioned it to the staff at check-in, they surprised us with an anniversary dessert plate at dinner. It was beautifully done, and we truly appreciated the care they put into it for us. We chose a Room with an open-air bath. We were able to relax and soak while enjoying the view. The large public bath was also very pleasant. The meals were a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We were told the menu had just changed to the autumn selection, and in particular, the tilefish scale-grilled dish was outstanding. At breakfast the next morning, I noticed that the flowers in the vase on our table were different from those at dinner; when I asked a staff member, they said they change them between night and morning. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was also served as a course meal, and it was fun being able to choose between an egg dish or curry. The butter served with the bread was white in color with a rich flavor—absolutely delicious. Overall, every staff member provided courteous service and had wonderful smiles. Their attentive yet unobtrusive approach felt just right. As someone who lives a busy day-to-day life, thank you for giving me such an extraordinary escape—it became a truly memorable trip thanks to you all. We would love to visit again soon.

We arrived by car, and even in the heat we were greeted before we even reached the entrance. Sometimes you’re welcomed after arriving at the entrance, or staff are stationed at the entrance to greet you—but this time they were already waiting out front. Isn’t that almost too wonderful? The welcome drink was delicious as well. This time we chose a lower grade and stayed in the Residence building. Getting from the Main building to the Residence requires walking a short distance outside, so it might be a concern on rainy days. There are also a few stairs, but staff will carry your luggage, so it shouldn’t be an issue. There is a private Onsen along the way, so for those who plan to use it, staying in the Residence may actually be more convenient. The Room was spacious enough. Our pre-requested baby cot, diaper bin, baby bath, etc., were already set up in the Room, so families with babies can stay with peace of mind. The indoor bath is an Onsen with free-flowing natural spring water in the Room. The temperature was perfect—absolutely wonderful. The BVLGARI amenities were also great. Breakfast was delicious, and the portions were just right—more than enough. As for the cuisine overall, I think the chef’s skill is outstanding. At dinner service most guests dress neatly, so for men it’s better to wear something with a collar to match the atmosphere. On our first stay last time we didn’t know what to expect and dressed too casually—lesson learned. Shorts and a T-shirt would probably still be fine; this is simply about maintaining the overall ambiance. The outer-side seating likely has better views, but if you have children I recommend sitting on the lobby side—you don’t have to worry as much about others there, which really helps. If your baby starts crying hard nonstop (as babies do), you can simply step out. I’m very interested in dinner as well, but with a baby we couldn’t use it considering the atmosphere—hopefully someday. The evening ambiance is wonderful. Service is excellent as expected—from checkout through seeing us off was superb—and I honestly wonder if there is any Accommodation that surpasses this one. Given today’s times I imagine staff training must be challenging everywhere, but this Accommodation’s hospitality stands out as truly exceptional. Thank you to all staff members and chefs alike. I stayed one night in a Deluxe King room by myself. All of the hoteliers were very kind and happily responded to my questions and requests, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the Room was so beautiful that I could have watched it forever, and I instantly changed my plans and decided to spend the day relaxing inside the Hotel. Since I live far away, if I ever need Accommodation in Tokyo again, I will choose this place. I can confidently recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

I really loved the room interior. Enjoying Pierre Hermé desserts in the lounge at tea time was wonderful, and the lounge’s evening atmosphere was so lovely that dinner was especially memorable. The Mountain Lights right in front of the Hotel were also beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, has a lively atmosphere, and is delicious. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again.

With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

Since guests remove their shoes at the entrance, the floors throughout the property are very clean. You can choose your preferred brands of shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc., select from pillows of various heights and firmness levels, and there is a wide range of samue loungewear sizes. You can also take your favorite drinks—from alcohol to soft drinks—back to your Room. The Room layout is very practical, and no matter where I wiped with an alcohol wipe, there was absolutely no dirt. It was very comfortable. The bath had shower heads such as ReFa and Mirable. If there were more dinner menu options, it would be perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the soothing atmosphere on rainy days, and we were very satisfied with the warm service from the staff and their excellent hospitality. The chinsuko made at the restaurant was delicious, and we were also happy to be able to buy some as a souvenir to take home. Next time, we’d like to stay in and enjoy a relaxing “staycation” at the Hotel!

I was looking for an Accommodation to visit Sumatakyo Gorge and Oigawa Lakeside Station, and happened to find this Hotel on a Reservation site—but it was better than expected. The Room was new, clean, and spacious. The interior throughout is stylishly designed. The service was excellent. Both the drinks and amenities were thoughtfully selected. And the dark brown Onsen (pH 8.6) felt silky and gentle on the skin—I wanted to soak again and again. We only had breakfast, but it featured local vegetables and fermented foods with a mild, comforting flavor. I was satisfied with everything. I wished I could have stayed longer, and I’d love to stay here again.

This was my first time staying at Storyline, and I was extremely satisfied—the place was very clean and the location was great! I usually stay at large Hotels, so I was a little worried about the Facilities, but after staying here I had no issues at all. When making my Reservation, I shared my Room preferences, and you prepared a Room that perfectly matched my request—I was truly delighted!! Both the building and the Room were carefully cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t the typical buffet style; instead, we could put whatever food and drinks we wanted into a basket and eat anywhere in the Hotel. It was my first time experiencing that, and it was so much fun! My once-a-year reward trip turned into something really special!! I’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

It felt like an extraordinary Hotel experience, as if we were traveling abroad. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. At dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables in particular were truly delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas. There was a separate bath and shower Room, two toilets, and TVs in each Room. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter as well. As a mother, I was especially grateful for the washing machine in the Room—it really helped to be able to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the small amount of time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too! It was such a wonderful Hotel that made us think, “We want to come back!”
