The view toward the Higashiyama area from the upper floors was great, and we could see the Daimonji bonfire on Mt. Daimonji. However, since the room faced next to the elevator, we could hear the motor noise, and thumping sounds from upstairs echoed. The large public bath was very pleasant.

We were able to relax in the Room, and the view from the window was great. We could also check how busy the restaurant was for breakfast on our phone, so we felt comfortable going. We will visit again.

The Onsen is the main highlight, and with a full range of comfortable amenities, I was able to enjoy a truly fulfilling day. After working up a sweat at the gym, I played a little table tennis and felt like a kid again. The sauna is spacious and made of wood, and there is also a mist sauna—I did five rounds in total. To finish, I relaxed in the shallow pool and took a break with a draft beer. The large public bath left me feeling refreshed.

Thank you for your hospitality. The doorman, front desk, and restaurant staff were all courteous and kind. There were more than enough amenities and towels provided for the number of guests, so we could stay comfortable without having to reuse the same towels. The lounge food and breakfast were both delicious. We will definitely stay again when we visit Awaji Island!

This was my first stay. We could see Tokyo Skytree from our Room, and the night view was wonderful. I stayed with friends for a fan-activity getaway, and being able to borrow a DVD player made our time very comfortable and fun. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

I traveled by train, and the walk from the station was not far, so I was able to get there without any trouble. The staff were kind after I arrived at the Hotel, and they even spoke to me at the shoe storage area, which was very helpful. They clearly explained everything about staying in the Accommodation and about meals as well, which made it easy to understand. The meals exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The Room was spacious, and the vanity area was also large, so my daughter and I didn’t have to compete for the mirror while getting ready to leave. I also appreciated having a magnifying mirror available. We had breakfast on the first floor, and even when we arrived after 9:00, we could still take items from the buffet until 10:00, so we were able to eat at a relaxed pace. Late check-out was also available, which made our stay truly relaxing. The downside is that the bathroom door is glass, so it feels very exposed.

I stayed during the Obon holiday and had a wonderful time. I’ll make another Reservation!

I had an issue at check-in and asked for advice. At first, I was told it might be difficult, but after listening carefully, they kindly accommodated my request. I’m truly very grateful. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, perhaps because I’m not used to course dinners, there were a few items in the dinner course that didn’t suit my taste.

I booked the No Meals Included plan to visit Hirome Market the next day, and it was a great value—the Room was spacious and clean, and the Onsen was excellent. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Cerise. The parking lot is free and spacious, and next time I’d like to stay with meals included and relax.

I planned to go to Nara for a meal, and since I was there anyway, I stayed one night. The high ceiling and the curved vanity area made it feel more spacious than it actually was. It seemed almost fully booked and there were many families with children, but the Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathtub was also roomy. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and I’d like to come back again for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious too, with a clean and well-kept buffet.

The moment I entered the breakfast venue, I saw Sakurajima and was deeply moved, thinking this was the iconic view of Kagoshima I had always dreamed of. The table layout was excellent, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes—I was truly impressed. The bath was also great; the carbonated water helped relieve my fatigue. Lastly, the front desk staff were clear in their communication and efficient in their service, which made me feel very comfortable.

We chose this Hotel to see events such as Setsubun, and we were very satisfied. However, my husband mentioned that it would be nice if there were aftershave lotion for men as well. We would like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

Even though we only stay two or three times a year, we’re always welcomed so warmly, which makes us very happy. This time, we chose a Plan that included Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, and we were able to enjoy an elegant and refreshing time. We are always truly grateful to the lounge staff, and it’s genuinely fun to chat with everyone. Although Mr./Ms. A is no longer assigned to the lounge, they kindly came by to see us anyway, and I was delighted to catch up. This visit also brought a wonderful encounter with new staff members (Mr. Y and Mr. S). Both were attentive in every detail, and their friendly conversation made our time in the lounge relaxing and enjoyable. Of course, it was also great to see Mr./Ms. M and Mr./Ms. T as always. We truly love spending time at The Royal Park Hotel. When you say “Welcome back,” it makes us want to reply “We’re home!”—a Hotel that makes us want to return again and again. The restaurants are all excellent—teppanyaki, tempura, and Chinese—and the chefs’ and staff’s service is wonderful as well. The location is fantastic, so we enjoy strolling around the neighborhood or visiting local spots of interest; but no matter how many times we come, The Royal Park Hotel never feels repetitive. We especially love simply relaxing here—these stays have become precious healing time for my spouse and me. Thank you always for everything.

Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time. This was my second stay. Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea. Thank you very much.

Although we stayed on a discounted Plan due to minor issues, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. It almost felt too large for two people. When we asked in advance for dinner recommendations, many places were closed after the holiday, so the staff kindly checked which restaurants were open and even called us back. At check-in, they also carefully explained how to get there. We were truly surprised and moved by such warm hospitality. The izakaya they recommended gave us a wonderful evening—delicious food from the kind owner and friendly regulars made it unforgettable. Thank you for your excellent service. This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.
