The Hotel is located at an altitude of 1,000 meters, where a sea of clouds can sometimes be seen below. While it is a pure Japanese-style building made with Akita cedar in the sukiya style, the reinforced concrete (RC) structure ensures safety and tranquility within the Property. There are no open-air baths in the guest rooms and no elevators in the Property, as it focuses on cuisine and hospitality. Using mainly local ingredients, we offer seasonal delicacies without being bound by tradition.
