The welcome service offered plum wine, black vinegar, juice, sweets, and ice cream. We arrived early and were able to relax until dinner even after taking a bath. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and with free-flowing natural hot spring water, we could enjoy the Onsen anytime. The Room was excellent. The food was buffet-style, featuring local vegetables and specialties, along with many delicious dishes made with health in mind. I don’t often get the chance to visit Akita, but this is an Accommodation I would definitely like to return to. Thank you very much.

Both the Room and the entire Accommodation were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen warmed us through to the core and helped relieve our travel fatigue. The meals were a delight both visually and in taste, and the steak in particular was outstanding. We had no contact with other guests, making it a quiet, relaxing space. Conversations with the staff were also pleasant, and we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The Room is new, spacious, and clean. I had a very comfortable stay. The welcome drink included beer, which was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

We stayed as a couple. It was a beautiful, wonderful Hotel. The Room was great, and the large public bath was excellent. The counter seats at breakfast are also recommended. It was very tasty and enjoyable while looking out over the streets of Fujieda. If you come to Fujieda, this is a must-stay Hotel!

I made a Reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! From check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and sweets, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Dinner was excellent—everything from the sashimi to the steamed vegetables was delicious. Since we both love alcohol, the all-you-can-drink selection with so many options was amazing! Breakfast was also healthy and tasty, and it was such a great Accommodation that it made us want to stay one more night. My girlfriend was very happy! Thank you so much.

I’ve stayed at several APA Hotels & Resorts, and I’m impressed every time by how wonderful the service is. The VOD includes recent movies (this time they already had the second part of *Wicked*!), the large public bath is spacious, clean, and relaxing, and the breakfast is luxurious and truly delicious. The Room is compact at 14 m², but because the bathroom area is efficiently designed, it feels more spacious than expected. Considering the reasonable price, I’m grateful for such a high level of service. Breakfast while enjoying the open view from the 40th floor was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The grilled fish was thick and perfectly tender, and even the broth served with their “beauty tofu” was delicious. There were so many great options—seafood rice bowls, clam ramen, smoked salmon, and more—that it was hard to choose, and it made me happy from the very start of the day. They also cleared plates promptly, which made everything feel comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

Although my stay was brief due to work, both check-in and check-out were smooth using the machines, and the amenities were more than sufficient, making it very comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the open, airy restaurant. Since I arrived late, there was nowhere to buy drinks or food other than the vending machines, which made me a little uneasy. However, I appreciated that the vending machines were well stocked. Above all, having a large public bath at a comfortable temperature allowed me to relax and ease my travel fatigue. The room also had a bathtub, and I thought it was wonderful to have both options available. Thank you very much.

The Room interior and hospitality were outstanding. The cuisine was especially excellent, with a course featuring local vegetables, rice, and meat. It made for a truly wonderful anniversary.

This was my first time staying here. When I made the Reservation, I requested a high floor, and my Room was upgraded. The view from the very high floor was truly wonderful (even though it rained). The Room was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious—just as highly rated. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. I’ll be back!

Used this Hotel to attend a concert at SUNDOME Fukui. It was just a short walk from Fukui Castle Ruins Daimyomachi Station. The Hotel is close to the station, but SUNDOME is quite far from Sundome-Nishi Station... The Room had a large bathtub, so I could fill it up and soak properly, which was great. If I go to Fukui again, I’d like to stay here again—excellent value for money and a very clean, well-maintained Hotel.

Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, with more variety than we could possibly try, and we were very satisfied. The location right in front of the sea offered amazing views, and we would love to stay again. It was a little disappointing that there was no morning bath on weekdays, but the facilities were spacious and clean, and overall we had a wonderful, fulfilling stay!

I booked this as a stopover for the middle of our Multiple Night Stay trip without knowing much about the area, and it was wonderful! The Room was spacious, and the futons were already laid out in the Japanese-style room. The bedding was very comfortable—perhaps with a mattress included—and I slept well without any body aches. The Onsen Facility was also very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and my wife and children were very happy. Thank you very much!

We stayed to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. We had dinner at arco on the 42nd floor. They prepared a dessert plate, and my father was very happy. The website said we could see fireworks from the 42nd floor, so we made a Reservation, but unfortunately they were not visible from the restaurant. (However, after leaving the restaurant, we were able to see them briefly from the lobby.) We also had breakfast at arco the next morning, and the Tsuno sparkling wine and cheese were delicious. My mother especially enjoyed the galette. The ocean view from our Room was wonderful, and I’m grateful that we could do something meaningful for my parents. We would love to visit again.

All the staff are always pleasant and welcoming. At checkout, they send you off with warm words that feel like home. The Room is clean, and the Standard Twin we stayed in this time was definitely more spacious than the usual Economy Twin. The layout of the beds and TV was great, making it very comfortable—good! Breakfast is always delicious. When I’m asked to look after my children and grandchildren several days in a row, I stay at this Hotel. When staying overnight in Kikugawa City, Gen-san is my go-to choice. I’ll be back again—thank you.

It’s a very clean Hotel. The front desk staff provided exceptionally friendly and wonderful service. I stayed in a triple Room with my children, and it was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing! The kids were thrilled. In the morning, there’s a bus that takes you to USJ, so access was convenient. The location is right in front of JR Bentencho Station, but you have to take an overpass and make a detour, so it can be tiring with lots of luggage. It may also be a bit hard to find your way. The breakfast buffet on the 51st floor offers an incredible view. The food was delicious as well. It was extremely crowded, though. Overall, I’m very satisfied! I’d love to stay again.

It’s within walking distance of the Bikan Historical Quarter, and the location is great. Since it’s a Business Hotel, the entrance made me think, “Is this really it?” The Room is old, but the bed is spacious, the bath was excellent, and breakfast was a Japanese set meal. The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and I left feeling very full. Overall satisfaction for the price was very high.

I enjoyed the Club Floor last time, so I came back again right away. The Room was as spacious as ever, and with the projector I was able to relax and watch a movie. However, compared with my previous stay, the club lounge felt less impressive. The Häagen-Dazs was gone and there were only frozen crepes, and dinner also had fewer menu items, which was disappointing. Even if Häagen-Dazs isn’t possible, it would have been nice to have at least regular ice cream. Since the selection of alcoholic drinks is limited, I’d be happy if you could add options like umeshu as well. It’s still a great value for a Club Floor stay, so I will stay again.

First time visiting. All the staff were kind and courteous, and check-in was quick, so we were able to get into our Room early and relax. The steak and roast beef set meal brought to our Room was very delicious. In the morning, we also enjoyed breakfast, including egg dishes such as a tasty omelet. The large public bath and open-air bath felt too hot for me. Even the indoor bath somehow felt a bit hot as well. There was also a sauna and cold plunge pool, so we were able to enjoy the Onsen. Although the facilities are old, they are well maintained, and we could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere.
