Since we don’t do sightseeing, we focus on meals and the Onsen and look for an Accommodation where we can relax in our Room—this place is perfect! Above all, the food is delicious, the Onsen feels wonderful, and we can spend time at ease in a simple yet spotlessly cleaned Room. The Wi‑Fi connects smoothly as well, so it’s completely stress-free. With each dish, we enjoyed imagining how it was prepared while looking at the menu, and once again our hearts were full—it was pure happiness. Not only is the cooking excellent, but the couple’s calm and gentle atmosphere is so comforting that this has become our favorite Accommodation. We’ll be back in a different season—thank you in advance.

The food, the massage treatment, the Onsen, the clean Room, and the warm hospitality of the owner and his wife—everything was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied. I’ve had massages near my workplace before, but a professional treatment and technique are on a completely different level. Thank you very much. We will definitely come again.

We planned a three-night trip to Nara. The first two nights were at a Hotel near Nara Station, so for the final night we chose this place a little farther out—especially because it offered the rare experience of staying in a soy sauce brewery. It far exceeded our expectations. Right after arriving, we joined the soy sauce pressing experience and were immediately captivated by the owner’s talk. I was truly impressed by the story of how he revived soy sauce making from scratch after his grandfather had been forced to stop after the war. Dinner dishes made with this deeply meaningful soy sauce highlighted mostly home-grown vegetables and let each ingredient shine—everything was exceptional. Even dessert (I think it was crème brûlée?) used soy sauce, and it was genuinely delicious. The Hatsuse Room was also a comfortable, calming space where we could rest well. Not having a TV was actually great. The wooden bath was wonderful too. Breakfast—rice with raw egg, an egg with a white yolk (?), and fresh fried tofu with soy sauce—was simple but the best kind of feast. The staff kindly answered even my husband’s rather unreasonable (laughing) questions, and I admired their sincere hospitality. Visiting in midsummer was lovely, but next time I’d like to return to this Accommodation in another season.

Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed with three family members and one dog. The Room was very clean, the private open-air bath was relaxing, and the meals were generous. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again.

Our two Miniature Dachshunds had a great time running full speed in the spacious dog run. The indoor spaces were also dog-friendly throughout, and the owner kindly told us not to worry if anything got dirty, which really put us at ease. It unfortunately rained at night, but thanks to the covered area we could still enjoy a barbecue. The complimentary breakfast clam pasta was also delicious. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and try the wood-burning stove and a campfire. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

This was my second stay. Once again, I felt the staff’s warm hospitality in so many moments, and it made for a truly wonderful visit. Both dinner and breakfast for solo diners were delicious. Since this trip also celebrated my mother’s birthday, I was especially looking forward to the cake I had requested. It looked beautiful, the figs were wonderfully fresh and juicy, and it was genuinely delicious. It was light and easy to eat, so even though we were full after dinner, we finished it in no time. I also loved the welcome amenity sweets so much that I bought some to enjoy after my stay. I had planned to take the herbal cordial home as well, but after trying a sample I couldn’t stop—I ended up drinking it all during my stay because it was that good! At breakfast, the carrot smoothie left a particularly strong impression. It was sweet and delicious—I even looked up the same one afterward. Everything—from the food to the amenities—showed such care and attention to detail that they were things I wanted to keep enjoying even after leaving. I also used the bath salts included as a Well-being Room benefit right away; they warmed me from deep within and felt wonderful. The bed was very comfortable too. I usually have trouble falling asleep when traveling, but this time I drifted off quickly. One small point: I found the lighting controls a bit hard to understand. At night, I wanted to turn on only the toilet light, but couldn’t get it to work as intended and felt a little confused. If it were more intuitive, it would be even more comfortable. Once again, we had such a relaxing time together and made lovely memories with my mother. We would love to return.

This Hotel was the very purpose of our trip to Kagawa Prefecture. We didn’t do any sightseeing at all, but from the bottom of my heart I’m so glad we came. Throughout the entire Facility, we could feel the owners’ attention to detail and refined sense of beauty in every corner, and at the same time we were truly grateful for their warm hospitality toward guests. Vintage and modern, Japan and Europe—things that are completely different were seamlessly combined through their sensibility. The interior design, the cuisine, and even its presentation were all wonderful and deeply inspiring. The old sofa in our Room had real character, was very comfortable to sit on, and matched perfectly with the modern furniture. Over time, the linen has developed such a beautiful color! I could really understand why the owner is so particular about that sofa. Also, since I’ve been considering buying the chair at the writing desk myself, I was happy to be able to try how it feels to sit in it. Everything they have selected was fascinating and exciting. Above all, their personalities are wonderful—we definitely want to come back again. (A stylish husband and an adorable wife!!) We’d love to stay in other Rooms as well, and see the garden in a different season too. For us, this was a truly meaningful encounter that brought new insights. In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. For trips with our dog, we always choose the Regina group Hotels for their outstanding staff hospitality. This time, we finally made our first visit to this property, which we’d had our eye on for a while. With just 10 Rooms, it’s a compact Facility where you can complete everything—check-in and check-out, an open-air Onsen bath with excellent water quality, and carefully crafted kaiseki cuisine—all in your Room. The morning soak while enjoying views of the Hakone outer rim mountains from our second-floor Room was simply the best.

Surrounded by delicious meals, a free-flowing natural hot spring bath, and adorable cats, I was able to spend a gentle, peaceful time. Thank you very much.

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

This was my first stay in Yufuin, and I chose this Accommodation. The staff’s hospitality was very pleasant, and both dinner and breakfast were a delight—each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making it a truly blissful time. The Onsen was wonderful as well; after bathing, my skin felt silky smooth. Another Accommodation I’d love to visit again has been added to my list.

I have stayed at many so-called top-tier Hotels, but this was the best experience I have ever had. As others have said, the hospitality was truly exceptional—going above and beyond what I could have imagined. Breakfast at Gion Kawakami was also an outstanding experience. I would love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed here for a family trip during the Obon holidays. They kindly provided taxi pick-up and drop-off to Nagano Station, which was very helpful. The staff were attentive, and the facility was clean and pleasant, making our stay truly relaxing. The meals were also excellent. We would love to visit again in a different season. It was a wonderfully attentive Accommodation. The food was delicious—above all, the rice was outstanding. The grilled fish was cooked perfectly, and the sashimi was fresh and very tasty. I was also very happy with the late-night rice ball and message. Breakfast had a great variety and was exciting as well. Personally, I especially appreciated having rice porridge. It was raining when we left, but thank you for carrying our luggage to the car. You also lent us an umbrella, so we were able to get to the car without getting wet. I forgot something behind, but I can only be grateful for your kind and careful assistance. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for letting us relax and enjoy our time there.

We stayed with four friends and were extremely satisfied! The entire Accommodation was very clean, and the Facilities—sauna, jacuzzi, and BBQ setup—were well equipped, so we could enjoy ourselves at the villa all day. The beach is also within walking distance, making a morning stroll feel great and letting us fully enjoy a refreshing getaway. The kitchenware and amenities were well stocked, so we had no inconveniences. We’d definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kujukuri!

We had a truly wonderful stay. We stayed for two nights with our 1-year-old daughter. Dinner and breakfast were included, and the food was outstanding. They thoughtfully accommodated our child’s meals, taking her egg allergy and the size of the ingredients into consideration, and she was very happy. The staff also looked after her throughout, so we could enjoy our meal with peace of mind. The Room has special touches that help you forget the busyness of everyday life. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an extraordinary experience we don’t usually get to have. We would love to return again next time.

We stayed here with a family of five and one dog. Our check-in was a little late, but thank you for accommodating us. We were also very satisfied with the staff member’s courteous explanation at check-in. As for the meals, our whole family worked together and prepared everything smoothly, and we enjoyed it very much. That night, we ended up chatting late into the night as a family and may have had a bit too much to drink. Not only the building itself, but also the dining area, bedrooms, bath, sauna, dog run—everything exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights and three days and relax at a slower pace. Thank you again for everything.

The service was outstanding. It was the best hospitality I have ever experienced at any Accommodation. The sashimi of Seki horse mackerel, Bungo beef, and local chicken were all delicious. I was able to relax in the open-air bath while gazing at the beautiful starry sky. I would definitely like to stay here again.
