We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed one night while visiting the National Museum of Nature and Science and the zoo with our two children. The building is old, but it’s within walking distance of Ueno Station and Ameya-Yokocho, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. They can store your luggage, the Hotel staff were kind, there’s a large public bath, Child Sharing Existing Bedding is free, free drinks are available, and there’s an amenity bar. Our kids had a great time!

I stayed in a Room at Hakubaittei. The building is old, and the in-room toilet, sink, and bath felt dated, but everything was well cleaned and felt hygienic. The light switches were unresponsive and had a delay before turning on, which was inconvenient. The Onsen baths offer a wide variety and were very satisfying. There are also many open-air baths. The changing area was clean as well. There are several entrances to the baths, but when using the entrance near the front desk, the cold-water dispenser was only located between the changing area and the bathing area. It would have been nice to have a cold-water dispenser with cups near that entrance or in the changing area. There were dispensers near other entrances. The meals weren’t anything special, but everything tasted good. The service was also good. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was delicious, with shabu-shabu, tuna sashimi, and kamameshi even in the morning. I chose this Accommodation for the baths and food, so it was absolutely the right choice! I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here to take a certification exam. The Room was bright and had a study desk, so I was able to prepare thoroughly. While many places have dim lighting, this Room had a desk light, and the bedside light could be adjusted freely. I felt it was efficiently designed. They also upgraded me to a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, which made for a special memory. It seemed like many of the guests were international visitors, but everyone was pleasant, and I hoped they enjoyed Japan. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was rainy on the day we arrived, so we couldn’t use the open-air bath we had been looking forward to, which was a bit disappointing. The next morning, I went to the open-air bath first thing at 6:00 and enjoyed it. With the indoor bath on B1 and the open-air bath on the 9th floor, it felt a little inconvenient to use.

This time I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. The Room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for me. It was very convenient for going to a convenience store, which was great. I would like to stay again.

It was conveniently located with easy access to Kumano Hongu Taisha. The Accommodation was new and comfortable, and the meals featured dishes inspired by Wakayama—there’s no other way to describe it than pure happiness. Being soothed by nature and the Onsen made this an amazing trip. I’ll definitely come back! If I had to mention one thing, could you consider setting time limits for the lounge? I could hear people staying there for long periods chatting, and since I couldn’t use it, that was a little disappointing.

The views are outstanding. The Onsen is spacious and includes an open-air bath; the spring water is a bit hot, so you can enjoy both. Meals are buffet-style, and the steak, soba noodles, and soft-serve ice cream were especially delicious. The Room is simple, and the bathroom area feels like a typical Business Hotel unit bath. I wanted a draft beer after the bath, but there was no such Facility in the lobby, so I bought canned beer from a vending machine. Satisfaction changes greatly depending on whether you can see the Northern Alps. I’d rate the facilities and Room as 3/5, but considering the price—about ¥30,000 on weekdays for two people with two meals—I’d give it 4/5 overall. With the Onsen and Northern Alps view, I was very satisfied. Choose a Room with a view on the 3rd floor or higher.

I stayed for two nights, and the Room had a warm, calm atmosphere rather than a typical business-hotel feel, making it very comfortable. The bed and bathroom were spacious, yet the Room didn’t feel cramped at all. Having a separate toilet was also a great touch and very convenient. It’s close to the station with excellent access, and there’s a convenience store nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. There are several well-known cafes in the area, along with plenty of restaurants.

They stored our luggage before check-in and even delivered it to our Room, which was a huge help. I was interested because the breakfast Reviews were good, but I found out Fukuda Pan was within walking distance, so I took a morning stroll the next day to buy some and brought it back to the Hotel to eat. Even after check-out, they stored our luggage with QR code registration, so it was great that we could leave our bags and explore the area. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Morioka.

I stayed here while attending the SUPER GT race in summer. Because it’s close to Suzuka Circuit, it was great not having to worry about time. I had breakfast at the Hotel, and since it wasn’t a buffet, it was served quickly—I could eat and check out right away. And being so close to the circuit meant that even with traffic, I still had plenty of time to get there. If you stay here, breakfast is a must. It was delicious, and without the hassle of a buffet, you can enjoy your meal with time to spare. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed one night in Okayama to spend some quality time together as a couple for the first time in a while. Our Room was a corner Room near the elevator with a great view. The Room felt a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean. We had planned to go out right away, but we ended up wanting to just keep enjoying the view. Breakfast was on the top floor, and the scenery there was different from what we saw from our Room, which was nice. The food selection included both Japanese and Western options, and they even had Kasaoka ramen—everything was excellent. We also appreciated having our photo taken. Since we chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, we were able to visit a nearby exhibition while leaving our luggage at the hotel. We heard that the Rooms will be renovated next year, so we’re looking forward to seeing them after the renovation.

This is a wonderful Hotel where you can fully enjoy the great nature of Lake Akan. The woody interior seems to have been recently renovated and is very relaxing. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby, and luggage storage is done by choosing your own code and using a locker. We splurged on a nicer Room, and it had an outstanding view, plenty of space, and even a microwave. Breakfast was excellent—true to Hokkaido—with not only seafood but also delicious pizza and hamburgers, plus smoothies. We also heard we could use the baths at the main Tsuruga Group building, so we went. There is a shuttle bus, but it’s about a 7-minute walk along the lakeside as well. The baths at the main building were incredibly luxurious.

Just one stop from Hakata, about a 4–5 minute walk from Gion Station Exit 2. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was tough, but once inside the Hotel it was cool and comfortable, and it was great to be able to rest with the free drinks on the first floor. Nakasu’s yatai food stalls are also within walking distance, and there are nearby attractions like Kushida Shrine and some delicious ramen shops. The Room was clean, and there is a large public bath where I could relax in the tub. However, when I went to the bath after midnight it was crowded. Since visiting the yatai can make it late, I would appreciate it if bathing hours were extended until 2:00 a.m. on weekends. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Kyushu-style options, and everything was very tasty! I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Hakata.

We returned our rental car at Kochi Station at 7:00 PM, and it was just a few minutes’ walk from there—very convenient. Above all, the carefully prepared breakfast was wonderful, and it was comforting to see the lovely staff working so efficiently. Many locals and hikers were staying there as well. The building is old, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. The price was also a big help in these times of rising costs. We would love to stay again next year!

I stayed here on a business trip. I arrived a bit early, but the Room had already been cleaned, so I was able to check in slightly ahead of time, which made everything afterward go smoothly. The Room was spacious and clean. Thank you very much.

The Hotel is located in a very quiet area away from the city, and it was wonderful with the ocean right in front of it and beautiful ocean views. For breakfast and dinner, you can enjoy either a buffet or BBQ. Lunch is available for a short time, but there are light meals as well, so you can comfortably spend the whole day relaxing at the Hotel. Perhaps because of that, there were overwhelmingly many families. With the pool right in front of you, being able to enjoy both the pool and the sea at the same time feels safe and nice. That said, it may not be ideal for those who want to spend their time in complete quiet. It was also great that there is a large public bath. It’s not very big, but it was really helpful this time. The most disappointing thing was that I noticed quite a bit of mold in the Room bathroom. If not for that, it would have been excellent. Cleanliness around water areas stands out especially, so improving this would make it an even better Hotel. One more thing: I couldn’t use the outlet near the bed, so I borrowed an extension cord from the front desk. Other than that, the staff were wonderful—everyone throughout the building was very pleasant—and it made our stay a fun trip. The food was delicious. The buffet offered a very large amount of food, so I think it would be great to also have an option with smaller portions at a slightly lower price for lighter eaters. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us for three days. Just as the Reviews said, the hospitality was excellent regardless of age or gender, and it felt warm and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with the ingredients as well. The optional Sado rock oysters were truly “milk from the sea”! If I had to say one thing, I’d prefer slightly smaller portions with even higher quality. It was our first time in Sado, and it was a very satisfying family trip.

I was surprised by how spacious the Room was, and it wasn’t a unit bath—there was a larger vanity and plenty of space, so I could relax and take my time comfortably! Breakfast was also very delicious. There was rice with raw egg (tamago kake gohan) as well as bread, and everything tasted great. I wasn’t expecting much, which made it even more impressive.

Thank you very much for your flexible and thoughtful support during our stay. One member of our party required special consideration regarding meals, and when we contacted you by email in advance, you replied promptly and accommodated us as much as possible. We truly appreciated your kind response despite it being a busy season. The meal prepared for our family member did not look sparse or reduced in portion, was delicious, and above all, they were very happy with the care shown. Of course, any health impact related to meals is ultimately the guest’s own responsibility (I would like to emphasize this for the sake of everyone at the Hotel), but we were genuinely moved by how considerate your approach was. Not only at the restaurant, but also from the staff who welcomed us, at the front desk, and at the shop, your attentiveness and perfectly comfortable sense of distance made us feel at ease. We were able to experience the calm elegance and excellence of a prestigious Hotel with a long tradition. We are sincerely grateful. Thank you again—we would love to visit again.
