Experience the changing seasons of Nasu Highlands, from fresh greenery and cherry blossoms to fireflies, autumn leaves, and winter landscapes. Additionally, a clear stream flows in front of each Room, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing bath while listening to the soothing sound of the water. High-quality Onsen water from Nasu is drawn into each Room, enabling you to enjoy a private bath at your preferred time without any interruptions. (Please note that the fireflies, typically seen around June and July, depend on the weather conditions of the day.)The interior of each Room is adorned with Western antiques in a serene atmosphere, allowing you to fully enjoy your travel time.At our dining restaurant, we serve dishes made with local ingredients nurtured by the climate and natural environment of Nasu. “Ebisya” is a one-group-per-day Accommodation, renovated from a 70-year-old traditional Japanese house, located in the downtown entertainment district of central Kofu City.You can use two Rooms: “Rikyu Nezumi,” a Japanese-modern tatami Room with the soothing scent of tatami, and “Asagi Nezumi,” a simple Western-style Room.Each Room has two semi-double beds, and by laying futons in “Rikyu Nezumi,” up to 7 guests can stay.The beams and pillars have been preserved as they were, creating a nostalgic atmosphere.Enjoy views of Kofu’s streets from the Room windows, and step outside the entrance to be right in the heart of the nightlife district.In the evening, we also recommend dining at local hidden gems and izakaya pubs.Please use our Accommodation as your base for experiencing Kofu’s history, culture, and cuisine.

Spring 2023, 20 rooms in the annex (cottage) renovated. BBQ can be arranged in front of the guest rooms by reservation. Artificial onsen available from 17:00 to 21:00. Dinner can be arranged at the restaurant by reservation. Parking available (large vehicles require reservation) (free from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day).

This is a private rental Property that has been renovated from a vacation home. The building is entirely made of wood, allowing you to relax with the pleasant scent of timber. A parking space for one car is available in front of the Facility. With approximately 100 square meters, the 2LDK layout can accommodate up to 5 guests. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and tableware. Please bring your own seasonings and ingredients for hygiene reasons. You can enjoy views of the ocean from the Room and balcony. A BBQ grill (available for a fee) is also provided, making it ideal for group or family trips.
