We serve freshly cooked rice made from Tajima-grown rice, known as some of the best in Hyogo, along with miso soup and local free-range eggs. Additionally, we offer a private Finnish-style sauna for exclusive use. Not only can you enjoy the public Onsen hopping in the town, but you can also relax and rejuvenate thoroughly—perfect for sauna enthusiasts. Located 350m from Kinosaki Onsen Station along the main street, just a 5-minute walk. Take advantage of our prime location at the foot of Jizo-yu Bridge, where the willow-lined Otani River, a quintessential Kinosaki landscape, begins, and enjoy the entire town of Kinosaki.

All rooms are non-smoking, and the sea-facing rooms offer beautiful views of the sunrise and moonlit paths. Conveniently located as a base for sightseeing, you can relax in spacious rooms while feeling the Yakushima breeze. Additionally, rooms with minimal steps provide a comfortable space for small children and elderly guests. We offer delicious local cuisine, including Yakushima's specialty flying fish and rare delicacies like Kamenote. Furthermore, we have a hot spring facility to relieve fatigue from travel, hiking, business, or daily life.

Machiya Hotel Kakunodate is a Japanese-style yet modern Hotel that perfectly matches the atmosphere of "Little Kyoto" Kakunodate. Its convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Bukeyashiki Street, makes it an attractive choice for both sightseeing and business use. The guest rooms are 12 square meters (approximately 8 tatami mats) and are equipped with a single bed, free Wi-Fi, a 40-inch TV, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, an air purifier with a humidifying function, a safe, a washlet toilet, and a unit bath. Additionally, breakfast is served at the adjacent restaurant "Kakunodatei."

All rooms have been renovated and feature a public bath exclusively for men and a stone sauna exclusively for women. Men can enjoy complimentary draft beer tasting and various baths such as cold baths, low-temperature baths, and open-air baths in the public bath area. All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and Simmons beds, providing relaxation after leisure or business activities. Breakfast is a buffet with 20 Japanese and Western dishes, using Miyazaki's selected ingredients and seasonal vegetables.

All Rooms feature separate bathrooms and toilets, equipped with a 100-inch projector, hairdryer, kettle, and Koala mattress (terrestrial TV viewing not available).
