Originally opened in 1975 as a handmade soba restaurant using local buckwheat and spring water, the Property later added 8 Rooms and a detached accommodation to provide visitors to Iya with a more relaxing and leisurely stay. All Rooms are equipped with open-air baths, allowing guests to fully enjoy the Onsen while admiring the stunning views.
