We used this accommodation for a family trip with members including people in their 90s, a 2-year-old, and a pregnant woman, making it challenging to move around on a typical trip. The result was complete satisfaction. First of all, the jacuzzi, pool, and tennis court are aligned in a straight line, allowing us to watch everyone playing outside from the indoor sofa. This setup made it enjoyable for both those who wanted to stay active and those who preferred to relax without anyone feeling left out. Additionally, multiple tennis rackets and balls as well as pool toys were provided. Thoughtful amenities like body soap for toddlers and step stools were also available. Furthermore, having two washing machines and dryers made laundry stress-free during our stay with multiple families. As for the area surrounding the facility, places like the municipal pool and Onjuku Beach are within walking distance even for a 2-year-old. A nearby supermarket (Ootaya) was convenient too. When we went further to Beisia Katsuura store, we found fresh seafood at affordable prices and enjoyed grilling them on the barbecue table at the facility. The cleaning staff we briefly met were pleasant as well. It’s such a clean facility that we would love to use it again in the future. Thank you very much!

We stayed for one night with the Plan that includes a BBQ dinner. As described, there was an excellent selection of dog amenities. We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Tateyama in March was colder than we expected, and we realized we hadn’t prepared well enough. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully. Walking along the coast during our morning walk is also a moment we’ll always remember.\nThank you very much.

Thank you so much for all your help during our stay! We stayed with two young children, so having a whole-house rental Accommodation was truly appreciated. The garden flowers and the furniture inside were lovely as well. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, and we almost felt bad renting it at this price…!! Thanks to that, we had no trouble preparing meals for the kids, and it turned into a trip we were really glad we took. The kitchen equipment was even more well stocked than we expected (toaster, microwave, rice cooker, pots, frying pan, spatula/turner, tongs, knives, dishes, cutlery, etc.). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time, but you kindly gave us the key code over the phone so we could enter early—this was a huge help. We’d love to stay again with our kids who have now discovered beachcombing!! Thank you again!

Following our stay last November, we stayed again in the detached Room with my spouse and our dogs. It was comfortable and very relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast featured a variety of delicious dishes made with Awaji Island ingredients, and we were completely satisfied. The sunrise over the beach right in front of us was beautiful, and the clear air felt wonderful—we left feeling refreshed and energized. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. All the staff were very courteous, and the Facility was clean—everything was excellent. This time, we chose the indoor BBQ dinner course. The portions were generous and we were very satisfied, but since breakfast was so stylish and delicious, next time I’d like to try the set-course dinner. We were truly satisfied.

We stayed for two nights. We chose the meal plan, and the daily changing dishes were absolutely delicious. The private beach was beautiful and very relaxing. We would love to stay here again when we visit Ishigaki Island. Thank you!

We stayed as three families this time. Although it was June, the rainy season had already ended and there were no typhoons, so we had perfect sunny weather every day—an amazing location. The ocean and the pool were both beautiful, and we spent most of our time in Okinawa enjoying ourselves at the Hotel. In any case, the ocean and pool are outstanding. We stayed in the South Tower, and since the Main Tower and South Tower are separated it felt a bit like a maze, but the kids enjoyed that “maze” feeling, and we did too—saying it was good exercise after meals. The food was delicious, and we felt each staff member’s hospitality was excellent, so we would like to stay again. Also, the zipline drone video footage was incredible and truly moving—our top recommendation. The bath water temperature was quite hot and our child didn’t soak in it, so we think it would be better if it were a little cooler. Also, having cups available—not just a water dispenser—would make it easier to drink. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

We stayed here for our first trip with our beloved dog. The spacious and clean area we saw as soon as we opened the entrance door was amazing, and it instantly lifted our spirits. The Room was clean, well-equipped with cooking utensils, and very comfortable. The manager was very kind and helpful when I called a few times due to my lack of preparation, which I greatly appreciated. The season was perfect, and our dog seemed to enjoy running around the garden or taking walks on the sandy beach in front of the property. We had a truly wonderful time here!

I stayed here to see the sagaribana just before the typhoon. This was my second visit. The hosts’ warm, unpretentious hospitality is wonderful—it really makes you feel like you’ve come to the island. The stars in the night sky were beautiful, almost unbelievable with a typhoon approaching. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 3 nights during our summer vacation trip with our child. It was our first time using smart check-in, and we were worried it might not go smoothly, but it was fine. If we visit Amami again, we’d like to stay here again. It’s conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the airport, clean, and reasonably priced—overall we were very satisfied. Summary ・The Room was very clean! Since there is no cleaning service for a 3-night stay, we borrowed a floor wiper and cleaned ourselves. ・We watched the night sky from the rooftop. It was around the full moon, so according to locals the sky was bright and the stars weren’t at their best, but it was still beautiful and felt like a special escape. ・Since we didn’t go out at night with our child, it was great that we could watch TVer, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube in the Room. ・Only a 30-second walk to the beach! We had it all to ourselves and enjoyed it fully. Even starting in the late afternoon was enough time to play, so our child didn’t get bored. It was also convenient to be able to shower before going back into the Room. The sea was so clear that we ended up buying snorkeling gear on short notice. ・There are two washing machines and two dryers. Because it’s a busy season with many guests, it was inconvenient having to wait for others to come pick up their laundry. Especially at night, if your timing is bad they can be in use no matter how many times you check. ・As other Reviewers have mentioned, there are truly very few restaurants nearby. Many places are only open during the day (e.g., until 6:00 PM), so it’s best to plan dinner in advance. The nearest convenience store is also about a 10–15 minute drive away.

We stayed here again for our dog’s 9th birthday—our first return visit in three years. The location is truly excellent: the sandy beach just a short walk away feels like a completely private beach at this time of year, and strolling along the shoreline at sunset lets you enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life. During our evening BBQ, we were also able to take in a sky full of stars that we didn’t get to see last time. It was only for one night again, but thank you for providing another wonderful place to make special memories with our dog!

This was my first stay. The Room was very clean and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax. I also enjoyed the BBQ dinner, as I could eat at my own pace. I recommend it because you can spend your time here slowly and peacefully.

It was a wonderful building and a clean Room. We could feel the thoughtful attention in everything, including the kitchenware and bathroom amenities. The view was amazing, and the sunset was beautiful. We were slightly bothered at times by people fishing passing in front of the house, but otherwise it was perfect. We would like to stay again.

We stayed as a group of four adults. Everyone was kind, starting with the warm and friendly proprietress. Until about 10 years ago, we stayed here several times every summer, and this time we returned after a long break. Every dinner dish was delicious, but we were especially amazed by the size of the spiny lobster, abalone, and sea bream sashimi platter mentioned in the title. A spiny lobster overflowing from a tub about 50 cm across. A red abalone about the size of a palm. Freshly ikejime sea bream. When we used to come with children, the meals were for two adults and two kids. This time our children were charged at adult rates, so the portions were for four adults—and our kids, now used to more grown-up flavors, were very satisfied. As expected, compared with eating around Toba Station, the seafood on Toshijima is much fresher! The fried shrimp and swimming crab were also large, and breakfast was unbelievably delicious as well. The air conditioning worked throughout the building. The Washlet toilet in our Room—with an automatic lid operated by a motion sensor—was very clean and much appreciated. Recently we had been choosing budget stays and my wife had to put up with limited bath or toilet facilities, but returning to New Yamashichi after so long made her very happy. It was an Accommodation we were truly satisfied with.

We stayed for one night. We had requested barbecue equipment, but unfortunately the weather was rainy, and they responded very politely to our inquiries about whether to cancel. The Facility faces the sea, the garden has the word “AWAJI,” and everything—including the Room—was clean and comfortable. It was a shame we couldn’t enjoy a barbecue in the garden or admire the blue ocean due to the weather, but we would definitely like to come again. Thank you very much.

The staff kindly lent us an umbrella when it was raining and were very attentive. The breakfast was delicious! It felt like we got to enjoy authentic Okinawan home-cooked dishes, which are hard to find while sightseeing. It was a valuable experience. The room was quite spacious with a TV and sofa. The kitchen was large as well, equipped with a big refrigerator, microwave, kitchen scissors, and other cooking tools. The bathroom and toilet were in a unit bath style, so it felt a bit small. While there is a mirror in the unit bath, there’s no outlet nearby, so you can’t use the hairdryer in front of the mirror. For parking, we were instructed to park straight down the road next to both the Okinawa soba shop where you check-in and the building where you stay. Beyond the parking area is the sea—not exactly a beach but still enjoyable for viewing. Overall satisfaction was very high. I think this place would be great for long-term stays as well!

It was wonderful to experience the traditional atmosphere, and the meals were delicious. However, it was very windy and cold that day, so I couldn’t sleep well. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.
