When visiting Shimane, the land where gods gather, be sure to visit "Katsugyo Ryori Ginkai." Our top recommendation is the incredibly fresh fish caught by the owner himself using a fixed net! You can enjoy hearty live fish dishes made with seasonal seafood. We also have Taisha Onsen "Futamata no Yu," where you can warm yourself from the core of your body. Bathing in our scenic Onsen while watching the sunset is exceptional! Please relax both body and mind with our proud cuisine and Onsen.
A luxurious dinner hosted by the owner, a sushi chef from Niigata Prefecture, featuring seafood dishes and finishing with hand-formed nigiri sushi. Relax in your log cabin Room while listening to wild birds singing. Please enjoy a leisurely stay at the Accommodation.
Next to the Hotel is the "Lover's Sanctuary" Whale-Swimming Sea View Hill Observatory. This 18-sided cylindrical Hotel stands right in front of the majestic Pacific Ocean, nestled close to the sea. In the nature-rich town of Kuroshio, famous as a place to encounter whales, large Bryde's whales up to 12 meters long and dolphins live in the surrounding waters year-round. From May to October each year, whale-watching boats depart from a nearby port. On July 31, 2021, two glamping Facilities were opened. Amidst the grasslands overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you can fully immerse yourself in the great outdoors with all your senses. The only sounds are the waves, the wind, and the chirping of birds. Enjoy a sense of happiness and fulfillment as you spend quality time with your loved ones.

A chef with experience as a head chef at a Hotel creates innovative Japanese cuisine that is visually stunning, utilizing the abundant mountain and sea delicacies of Izu. Enjoy it together with the natural Onsen. The rock bath (Onsen) is available for private use. The surrounding area features the Amagi mountains, suitable for light walks or serious trekking. From February to early April, Kawazu cherry blossoms and other sakura bloom in the vicinity, and you can view the blossoms from within the premises. From some Rooms, you can see the cherry blossoms through the windows.
