It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

We took our first family trip to Awaji Island to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We chose this Accommodation because we love Onsen, and above all, we were drawn to the name “Senshin Waho.” After staying here, it truly became a place we thought, “We absolutely want to come back the next time we visit Awaji Island.” When we arrived, the staff kindly carried our luggage from the car. While listening to the soothing sound of wind chimes, we were served blended tea, and orange juice for our child. Just as we had seen in Reviews, everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. My husband was delighted and said it was “the best Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at,” which made me happy too. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view. Simply watching the sea made all our everyday fatigue melt away. Dinner featured many dishes that truly captured Awaji Island, and everything was delicious. Since it was my husband’s birthday, they even prepared a celebration plate for him. Thank you so much for that and for all your warm thoughtfulness. And then the Onsen we had been looking forward to: a rare free-flowing natural hot spring on Awaji Island. There was chlorination and heating, but no added water. There was no noticeable chlorine smell, and the water felt soft and gentle on the skin. The amenities were also from SYMPURTE—one of my favorites. The large public bath even had hair oil available, and their original shampoo/conditioner as well as face & body soap had a pleasant aroma that didn’t overpower the Onsen atmosphere. They provided slippers and yukata for our child, and at meals they arranged seating in a tatami room rather than at the counter. They also noticed that I’m left-handed, and even at breakfast the next morning they quietly accommodated me with thoughtful attention. Every detail of their care meant so much—it really showed how closely the staff pay attention to each guest. Onsen quality, amenities, service, cleanliness, meals—everything exceeded our expectations. The beach just a short walk from the Accommodation was wonderful too: not crowded at all. We collected sea glass with our child and watched the sunset—those simple moments became cherished memories of our trip. The baths were never crowded either; most of the time there were only one or two people there besides us, so we could relax comfortably. This is an Accommodation that makes us want not only to return to Awaji Island again—but specifically to stay at Senshin Waho again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time in Toi, and I really enjoyed the Onsen—the water quality and temperature were excellent. The staff were very attentive, making for a comfortable stay. The Ryokan’s Facility feels a bit old, but it has charm, which I appreciated. The Onsen was kept very clean, which left a great impression. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly.

I’d been wanting to go fishing and had been curious about this Accommodation for a while, so I was finally able to stay here. The building and facilities felt a bit aged overall, but that created a calm atmosphere where I could relax without any pretense. There was tea-scented incense in the room, which really impressed me. I thoroughly enjoyed fishing, and at both dinner and breakfast the staff kindly explained everything in detail—their thoughtful hospitality made it a warm and comfortable stay. The meals were excellent in both quantity and quality. I’d love to come back in another season to enjoy fishing, the Onsen, and the food again.

I look forward to staying at Pearl Star every summer. Thanks to the staff who provide Shuttle Service with a smile from check-in to check-out, I always have a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me, and I like to get seated early and enjoy it at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again and again.

This was the only Hotel in the Hotel New Awaji group I hadn’t stayed at yet, so we visited during our summer vacation. The Facility is a bit old, but it was kept reasonably clean. The Onsen water was excellent, and the view from the bath helped me forget my everyday fatigue. Personally, I think this had the best meals of any Hotel New Awaji property I’ve visited so far—this is a big plus for me. My daughter also said she wants to go again.

The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and we were able to relax in the luxurious large public bath. I wanted to have tea at the cafe, but unfortunately it was full, so I took a cake to go and enjoyed it in my Room. It was very tasty. There were various sightseeing spots nearby, and we enjoyed a pleasant walk around the area. We learned that a ferry departing Osaka around 9:00 p.m. passes right under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, so we watched it from our Room. Recently, we traveled all the way to Moji on that ferry. When passing through the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, we could see the lights of Maiko Villa and it made us feel happy. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here for the first time on my return to Hakodate after a long time, choosing it for its great access and high ratings. It’s conveniently located just steps from Hakodate Station, with the morning market right in front, and I loved the Room, the view, and the bed. The Onsen open-air bath was also wonderful. If you don’t need a lavish breakfast buffet, this Hotel is a great choice. One small point: I unfortunately didn’t like the coffee from the coffee machine in the 17th-floor lounge—it tasted surprisingly strong. Have the staff tried it? The lounge atmosphere is very nice, but I couldn’t fully relax there. It might be nice to have some refreshing drinks available after bathing. Tea bags for drinking in the Room were available near the elevators, but I would have appreciated drip coffee as well.

The view from the window of the renovated Room is like a painting. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-room bath in complete privacy. Dinner was just the right amount, and we also enjoyed the sea bream rice at the end. The Shuttle Service from Fukuyama Station was also very helpful for those traveling by Shinkansen. We would love to stay again in a different season.

This time, on my first visit to Beppu during Golden Week, I stayed in a non-smoking twin Room under the Standard Plan. The hotel is conveniently located near Beppu Station, with easy access. I arrived early due to my flight schedule, and it was a great place to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. On top of that, our Room was upgraded to a family Room! The two of us enjoyed the luxury of using a four-person Room. Both the property and the Room were kept very clean, and we were able to relax after sightseeing and drinks. The next morning the weather was bad so we couldn’t see the sunrise, but we fully enjoyed the bath and even the after-bath services. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next trip back to Oita.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. We arrived at Yakushima Airport at 18:25 and headed to the Hotel, and since the Shuttle Service for the sea turtle nesting observation tour was scheduled to arrive at 19:30, we were wondering what to do about dinner. They kindly prepared dinner as an easy-to-eat bento-style meal, and even offered to bring anything we couldn’t finish up to our Room—such a flexible and thoughtful response, which we truly appreciated. Also, both the view from the restaurant and from our Room were a beautiful ocean view—so stunning that we could have watched it forever if we’d had more time. It was my first time visiting Yakushima, but I was very satisfied to stay at such a wonderful Accommodation full of kindness from the very first night. I’d love to come again, and next time I’d like to stay longer and take it easy.

Whenever I visit Ishigaki Island, I stay at this Hotel. The view from the Room is wonderful, and the Facility is compact overall, making it comfortable and easy to spend time here. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it tastes good, and I’m happy they also offer several kinds of fruit. The price isn’t too high, and it’s in a convenient location, so I recommend it!

We stayed with the intention of treating ourselves to a luxury we don’t usually indulge in. From the welcome drink and the first small appetizer, everything was delicious, and we were already very satisfied. The wine was extremely easy to drink, and the non-alcoholic tea was also amazing (I wish you would sell it). The Room was spacious, and it was wonderfully quiet—we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms on either side. Having an Onsen in the Room that we could enjoy anytime was fantastic. If there’s one concern, it’s that while the food is excellent, the portions are quite large. Even our family—who usually asks for seconds multiple times—was saying, “We’re full!” There’s a generous amount from the appetizers onward, but some dishes served during the main sushi course and additional dishes after sushi may leave many guests thinking, “It’s delicious, but I’m too full!” That said, every dish is distinctive and truly delicious, so I still hope you’ll try them all!

Natural Onsen baths and a wide variety of delicious dishes. It feels like a luxury Onsen Hotel from Japan’s Showa bubble era. There are older and newer wings, and from everywhere we enjoyed stunning views of the calm, rolling waves of Mikawa Bay. The lighthouse was charming and atmospheric. The many sets of Mikawa samurai armor and bridal kimono also gave us a sense of the history of Katahara Castle from the Sengoku period. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

We stayed with the 1-night, 2-meal plan with BBQ included. The trailer house felt quite old and slightly tilted, but it was more than made up for by the attentive upkeep and cleanliness, so it didn’t bother us at all. The air conditioner worked well, and our family of four had a wonderful evening. Both at check-in and during meals, the service was excellent—it reminded us that what makes a trip truly great isn’t just the Facility, but the people. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We enjoyed an extraordinary getaway to the fullest, watching the sun set into the sea from our Room and gazing at the starry sky while soaking in the in-room Onsen. The meals were delicious and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace, and we could tell that great care was taken with Room cleaning and amenities. We would love to visit again.

This was my second stay. I chose the plan for guests aged 50 and over, which included spiny lobster, abalone, and golden eye snapper. The meals were so delicious that I decided to return. Both the fish-focused dinner and the breakfast featuring spiny lobster miso soup and grilled horse mackerel were satisfying and filling. However, there were two things I found a bit disappointing this time. First, there was noise after 11:30 PM. It seemed to come from upstairs, possibly due to cleaning in the bath area. Other than that, it was very quiet, so the noise at night surprised me. Second, while they were preparing my futon bed, my coffee cup was taken away even though I had been using it. When I wanted to drink coffee later on but couldn’t find the cup anymore, it left me feeling disappointed. The staff serving breakfast were very pleasant and made for a nice departure experience overall. Since Awa-Kominato is one of my favorite places, I'll probably visit again in the future. Even if accommodations are not large-scale establishments, I'd like to choose based on their unique qualities each time!

We stayed in a Room with a private pool at SideB. Both the Room and the pool were spacious, and we were able to relax deeply. The pool, which seems to have been newly built this year, is large enough for serious swimming. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and chatting at the café and during breakfast became one of our highlights. It’s a wonderful Hotel, and we’d love to come back.

This was our third stay, and we visited with a total of nine family members and relatives. Our Room was a clean twin on the city side, and we could see planes landing at Hakodate Airport. The open-air bath in the large public bath offers a panoramic view of the Tsugaru Strait, with your eye level right at the horizon—this Accommodation’s signature bath truly lives up to its reputation. The buffet also had a wide variety of dishes, and the floor staff were very attentive, promptly clearing finished plates one after another. However, the staff preparing the food were not as welcoming as I had hoped; I felt it would be even better with a bit more friendliness. The front desk staff were excellent. We would like to stay again.

The staff member who welcomed us was outstanding, and the drinks and light snacks in the lobby were excellent, giving us the immediate impression that this was a top-class Hotel. The meals were delicious and high quality, and we were very satisfied with the thorough explanations and attentive service despite how busy it seemed. The location is great, with beautiful views of the Seto Inland Sea and a well-maintained building; it was comfortable, and because it faces west we could enjoy the scenery throughout without worrying about direct sunlight. The private bath was also spacious, clean, and comfortable. The late-night curry service was perfectly timed when we felt a bit hungry, which increased our satisfaction even more. If I had to mention anything, aside from the person who first assisted us and the staff member who served us at dinner, some others—while doing their best—seemed inexperienced; also, the building felt somewhat like a retreat facility rather than having more distinctive character.
