It was my first time staying in a villa to celebrate a birthday, and everything from the view to the interior was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well-prepared, and we had such a wonderful time! We even said to each other, "We can't stay at an ordinary Hotel anymore." It was such an amazing space to enjoy. I would love to stay here again!

We were satisfied with the meals, the Onsen, and the service. We were clearly informed that a group would be arriving later, so we were able to use the bath when it was less crowded and manage accordingly.

This trip was planned so my elderly mother could travel while she still can. We really appreciated being given a Room close to the car, which was very helpful. We had a comfortable stay throughout. The bath in particular had wonderfully silky water, and we were very satisfied. There were plenty of drinks available, which was great, but it would have been even better if tea bags were provided so we could have hot tea. We borrowed some board games and enjoyed them together—it was a lot of fun. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The meals lived up to their reputation—lavish and absolutely delicious. It was honestly hard to finish everything, but they kindly made rice balls from what was left, and I could enjoy dessert later, which was great. The view from the detached room was amazing, and I could relax in the Onsen while looking out at the sea. The beach is also nearby, so it was a luxury to swim after check-in and then come right back for an Onsen soak. I didn’t run into anyone else at all and was able to truly unwind. I’d love to visit again.

The layout and furnishings were impeccably stylish—everything was perfect. It ranks among the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. They also responded to my questions very quickly, and I’d definitely love to stay again. However, perhaps because it’s close to the mountains or due to the season, it was a shame that the deck and terrace were full of insects at night. I also couldn’t use the open-air jacuzzi on the second floor at night. I understand it can’t be helped, though... Even so, it was such an amazing escape from everyday life that I still want to come back!

A sophisticated and stylish space where we enjoyed an amazing sauna experience and BBQ. The actual place is even better than the photos. It was my first time truly feeling the comfort of the sauna and that sense of "refreshment"—it was absolutely incredible! The kitchen facilities were both stylish and well-equipped, making me dream of having a similar setup at home. Although it was cloudy, we could still see countless stars in the vast night sky, and the serene ocean view provided a calming atmosphere. This is definitely a place I want to visit again.

In addition to the splendid golden eye snapper, the sashimi and other dishes were also delicious and we really enjoyed them. The pudding was great too, but my personal favorite was the quiche. The owner, the hostess, and all the staff were kind and attentive. The Nekomatagi Championship was also fun. We were able to use the bath whenever we wanted for the most part. The guestbook mentioned facial lotion, but it wasn’t available in the bath area, so it would be even better if it were provided. With handmade town guides and other thoughtful touches, we felt a lot of warmth. It was a busy weekend trip, but a truly relaxing stay.

This was my first stay. Even in an everyday setting, the Onsen and sauna are right in front of you, and you can use them anytime you feel like it. The staff’s service was just the right level—in a good way. It truly was a stress-free Accommodation. There was nothing to worry about, so I relaxed a little too much and didn’t quite get fully refreshed. I’d like to come back soon for another reset. It was a wonderful Accommodation. Facilities & Surroundings There are very few shared Facilities, and the overall layout is compact. There isn’t much to do within walking distance nearby, so it felt difficult to go out without a car. Room The Room isn’t especially spacious, but it has the basic essentials. It feels more like a vacation home than a Hotel, with a noticeable “home-like” atmosphere for better or worse. Some details also feel cost-conscious in design, which may come down to personal preference. Onsen There is only an open-air bath, but it was enough to enjoy during the stay. Service Rather than the polished service you might expect from typical Hotel staff, the operation felt relatively casual. If you’re expecting luxury-Hotel-level professionalism and hospitality, it may feel different from what you imagine. Dining The cuisine is French-inspired and makes good use of local ingredients; overall, everything was delicious. That said, in the latter courses it felt less about premium ingredients themselves and more about creatively finishing dishes with comparatively lower-cost items. Considering the restaurant on its own, my satisfaction level felt around JPY 20,000 per person. Overall Review While the dining was excellent, considering this as “staying as an overnight guest,” I felt the price was somewhat high when factoring in the Room and overall Facilities. On the other hand, if viewed more like usage rights or a membership-style Accommodation rather than a standard Hotel stay, your perspective may differ. Overall, this seems better suited for those who want to enjoy quiet surroundings along with dining and an Onsen experience than for those seeking a distinctly luxurious getaway or highly attentive service.

I stayed for one night with a friend, and the Room was clean and well-equipped, so I highly recommend it. There is a supermarket at the next station, but since it's far from the station, carrying food was a bit challenging. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

We stayed as a group of three families, totaling nine people, ranging from a 1.5-year-old toddler to a couple in their 60s. There were four bedrooms, allowing each family to have their own space, making it very convenient for a large group. The upstairs living room, kitchen, and dining area were spacious as well. The stylish design and cleanliness made our stay very comfortable. For both dinner and breakfast, we went shopping for ingredients at a nearby supermarket and enjoyed cooking together as a group. It was an entirely different and enjoyable experience compared to staying at the usual Hotel or Ryokan. Our 1.5-year-old grandchild was thrilled with the new experiences away from daily life and had so much fun. On the train ride home, they seemed to feel sad about leaving Katase-Enoshima behind. It became an unforgettable trip filled with wonderful memories for all three families!

We stayed as three families with children, and each bedroom was spacious and very clean, which made our stay highly satisfying. The barbecue area had a roof and came with a refrigerator, which was very convenient. However, the entrance is a bit narrow, so large vehicles should proceed with caution. Overall cleanliness: 5 stars.

We stayed as a family of four with our pet. The four-person room, pet-friendly policy, and the ability to dine with our pet were excellent. It was especially helpful since our dog is elderly. Thank you for handling the forgotten item as well. It was a delightful stay for all four of us together after a long time.

The food here is very delicious. From appetizers to salads and pizza & pasta, everything was stylish and tasty. You can also enjoy breakfast in a relaxed mood while looking out at the ocean. The Room may not be the best, but you can see the effort, and the air conditioning has been updated, so it was comfortable. Considering the price, I think it’s quite good. I’d like to come again in summer.

This seaside Accommodation was wonderful, with a beautiful ocean stretching out right in front of us. It also has a semi-open-air Onsen bath, so you can relax and enjoy the Onsen while taking in the sea view. Dinner used very fresh ingredients—of course the just-caught spiny lobster was excellent, and the other seafood dishes were outstanding as well. The seasoning was simple, letting you fully enjoy the natural flavors of each ingredient. The portions were generous, and even I—someone who eats a lot—was completely satisfied. The Room was clean, and it was a nice bonus that the drinks in the refrigerator were free—it felt like great value. The owner and his wife were also very kind; they even delivered something we left behind to the station, which truly helped us. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed as a solo guest. The room was truly right in front of the ocean, and whether I was in the living room, bedroom, or bath, the view of the blue sea was incredibly refreshing. Since cooking utensils were provided, I made a reservation with No Meals Included but enjoyed dinner at Amanoyu, a restaurant within the group facility. I also found it very appealing that I could access both the sake bar and onsen at Yokaikan, another group facility! I initially planned to relax and work in the villa but was pleasantly surprised to have access to such a spacious public bath! Working surrounded by the sea in such a spacious room was very fulfilling; next time, I'd love to try having a BBQ with friends. Thank you so much!

While the facilities are a bit dated, they are kept very clean, and the amenities (including branded items), meals, and various services (donuts, oden, free drinks, manga, sauna, and massage chairs) were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were also kind and made the visit pleasant. The only downside was that the Onsen felt a little hot for me.

It was an Accommodation that became a wonderful memory for our wedding anniversary trip. Special Room “Kumo” We enjoyed a delicious meal at the counter seats, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The open-air bath in the Room was also excellent—we could soak while watching the fishing lights.
