The seafood was delicious. The meal even included a whole crab, making it very filling. The sashimi was also excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied. Breakfast could be enjoyed while looking out at the sea. We also highly recommend the private sauna!

The Hotel feels like an art gallery, with artworks displayed throughout, making it fun to explore. The Hotel makes generous use of wood and stone, creating a comfortable space, and the welcome and staff were very warm and reassuring. I was happy that the bathroom amenities were from uka. However, it was disappointing that the rooftop bath is mixed-gender and requires swimwear—I wanted to enjoy the view from the rooftop. I would appreciate it if there were designated time slots. The meals were also delicious and carefully prepared, which was great.

This ocean-view Hotel has two golf courses. Highlights include a clean, spacious sauna and a large, refreshingly cold plunge pool. I stayed for two nights and fully enjoyed the sauna on both days. The staff were warm and kind, which made for a wonderful Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much.

The staff's service was somewhat curt, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It would be even better if the dinner dishes were explained more thoroughly and the front desk had a brighter atmosphere.

I stayed for two nights and three days. They let me park my motorcycle indoors, which gave me peace of mind. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and I went in many times. The food was delicious—I ate too much. I also appreciated the all-you-can-drink alcohol option. I fully enjoyed the three days and had a wonderful touring trip. Thank you to Itoen Hotel Atagawa. I’ve been to Beppu many times, but this was my first stay at Sansuikan. Thank you for a relaxing time. My elderly siblings and I even talked about coming again next time (lol).

The Room, Onsen, and lobby offer ocean views, with excellent hot water for a relaxing experience. The serving staff and other team members were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. Dinner was delicious, featuring appetizers, abalone, and sashimi.

Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious overall, so the meals were excellent. The room was spacious and satisfying; however, there was a slight lingering smell of dog urine, which may be unavoidable. The dog run was not crowded, which was great.

You can spend a quiet time in the Room while gazing out at the islands of the Seto Inland Sea. The building and Facility are old, but not to the point of being inconvenient. Dinner was generous and very satisfying. The dining hall has great views, and you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed setting. The staff are also courteous and attentive. Although it is located a little away from Takamatsu, it was an excellent value Ryokan.

It felt homey and very comfortable. The Hotel staff were kind, and the Onsen was very relaxing. I also appreciated being able to use the laundry freely. I would like to stay again.

First of all, the location is great. The all-inclusive plan is excellent. The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, and a microwave.

We stayed on the one-night, two-meal plan with a Room assigned by the property, including grilled eel (kabayaki). The price was reasonable and the meals were delicious. However, it was disappointing that the website says parking is 800 yen, but when we asked at the front desk we were told we could use the municipal parking lot behind the property for 420 yen. It would be appreciated if this could be noted on the website. It was great to have a clear view of Bentenjima’s red torii gate right in front of us from our Room. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

It had been about 20 years since I last stayed here, back when it was Shitetsu Hotel, and I visited again after hearing it had been renovated. Each time I crossed the Seto Ohashi Bridge, the pink-patterned Hotel always caught my eye, and I’d been wanting to come back. It felt wonderfully nostalgic. The view was great, and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace.

I have stayed at many Ryokans and Hotels, but this was such a wonderful Ryokan that I wanted to write a Review for the first time. The Shuttle Service staff, front desk staff, dining service staff, and kitchen staff were all courteous, kind, and attentive. The property was also impeccably clean, so I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here with a friend. The beach was right in front of us, and we were happy to enjoy the wonderful view from the window the whole time! The weather was great, and we had a lot of fun cycling on the bikes at the villa and doing SUP. We’d love to stay again.

This is a very attentive Accommodation. The staff provided clear and courteous explanations. The cuisine was refined, gentle on the body, and we enjoyed a wonderful time pairing it with delicious drinks. The bath was also clean, and the water felt great on the skin. From the in-room bath, we could look out over the sea in Atami while soaking at a relaxed pace. We only visited Kinomiya Shrine for sightseeing, but it was a trip where we could take everything slowly and unwind.

The service rating was 3 due to the reason mentioned in the title. I told my child, "You can scoop fish from a large tank and have it cooked for you," but we will visit again if this cooking service is reinstated. The Onsen had salty water, which was very relaxing. The food was incredibly delicious. Everyone, please visit when the fish cooking service is available!

We stayed at this Hotel on a family trip because it is pet-friendly. The Room was spacious, and the bath and meals were excellent. All the staff were very pleasant and provided great service. In the Room where we stayed with our dog, there was a lint roller, but we thought it would have been even better if there had also been a floor wiper. It was shedding season, so a lot of hair fell out and we’re sorry for getting the floor dirty. We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

First, the Facility is old. I didn’t feel like using the bath in the Room, but since there is a large public bath, it wasn’t an issue for me. It was my first time trying a sand bath; the staff were kind and even took photos for us. We booked a plan with two meals and all-you-can-drink, and the food was better than expected—I enjoyed plenty of shochu and was very satisfied. The foreign trainee staff were also diligent, and my friend who came with me was satisfied as well.
