Our recommendation is the seasonal Kaiseki cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients. Recently, we have made every effort to accommodate the needs of elderly guests, those with allergies, and international visitors, even when traditional ryokan meals may not suffice, thanks to the thoughtful care of our hostess.
