The Property offers a 30-tatami living room and five Rooms, each over 8 tatami in size, accommodating up to 24 guests. Enjoy gathering around the electric irori (traditional Japanese hearth). The wooden terrace is equipped with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome on the flooring areas. Conveniently located just 2 minutes by car from the Chuo Expressway Sudama IC and a 5-minute walk from the Sudama Highway Bus Stop. (Free parking for 7 cars available.) Behind the Property, you'll find a large supermarket, a 100-yen shop, and a coin laundry, making shopping easy and convenient.

The interior of the Property features wood sourced from the Reihoku region of Kochi Prefecture, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
