This philosophy, considered the essence of culinary art by Tadamichi Ota, gave birth to the concept of "Guest-Front Cooking." To allow guests to enjoy Tadamichi Ota's essence of Guest-Front Cooking up close, the Ryokan has been transformed into a luxurious haven featuring a counter-focused restaurant and six exclusive rooms equipped with private open-air baths with Kinsen hot spring water, emphasizing privacy and comfort. At the foot of Mount Rokko lies Arima Onsen, said to be the oldest in Japan. The kunugi tree, with its budding, fresh green, autumn leaves, and bare branches, may symbolize the joys of the seasons. Two golden hot springs with different mineral compositions and a radon-rich silver spring spread out as if hidden within the forest. A Japanese-modern Property opened in 2017. In addition to Kinsen, we also have our own Ginsen source, making it one of the few Properties where you can enjoy both Kinsen and Ginsen.
