It was a new and clean Hotel.\nThe Facilities were good as well.\nHowever, the information sheet I received at the front desk had the Wi‑Fi ID printed on it, but part of it was in small text within bold text, which made it hard to read. When I asked the front desk, they told me, but it was clearly a printing mistake and I think it should be corrected.\nAlso, the phone provided in the Room would not connect to the front desk, so even though I was in my Room I had to call the Hotel from my smartphone. It was a bit disappointing that these small details were lacking.

I don’t need many amenities—I just want to sleep well at the Hotel. It was a comfortable size, with everything within easy reach if I moved a little. I was able to relax. Thank you very much.

I stayed here mainly for the sauna. Most of the staff around reception were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was excellent and they were friendly, which left a great impression. The Room was clean and not too small—just the right size. The sauna is nice because there are two types of cold plunge pools. However, the sauna is far too small for the number of guests. Since hardly anyone uses the hot bath, it would be better to reduce that area and make the sauna about twice as large. I’d also like the single-person cold plunge pool to be closer to the sauna. When I went early in the morning, there was no one there and it was perfect.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan for an errand in Kanda. For me, it was good value for money and I could relax comfortably. The Room was clean. However, the scent of fabric softener on the sheets and other bedding felt a bit strong to me (it had settled down by the time I checked out). The amenities were explained to me, so I had no trouble using the self-service setup. It was convenient for getting around thanks to the nearby station and the Edo Bus. There are many wholesalers in the area, and it was interesting to walk around. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

As this was my first time staying at a private rental, and some Reviews made me a bit nervous about check-in, I was able to enter the Room without any issues. *Please note: the pre-check-in URL and related details are sent a few days before your stay, not immediately after your Reservation.* The location is just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I didn’t have many Room options due to my dates, but it felt just right for 2–3 people. The fridge/freezer was larger than the one at home (lol), and there were plenty of clean plates and glasses. There was also a rice cooker! The washer-dryer isn’t hot-air drying, but I think most items will dry as long as they aren’t too thick. The bathroom was spacious and had a reheating function. As noted in the in-room notices, footsteps do carry due to the building structure, so I could hear them throughout my stay—but compared with a typical business hotel, it felt acceptable. There were also houseplants on the balcony, and I really enjoyed my first private rental stay near Nagoya Station. Next time I’d like to try another Room as well. Looking forward to it.

The air conditioner's remote control was a bit difficult to use, possibly due to low battery capacity, and the bathtub drainage was not very smooth. However, I don't consider these as major issues during my stay. I could relax in a quiet and clean room at an affordable price. I would like to use this accommodation again in the future.

Thank you for your continued support. I often book a Multiple Night Stay, and it’s very comfortable. I was a bit confused by the check-in procedure the first time, but from the second stay onward I understood how it works and was able to check in easily. I plan to stay again in the future. It was disappointing that there were no bottled water provided. However, having a microwave was very helpful for a Multiple Night Stay. If I had to be picky, I would have liked a toaster as well.

I stayed here because it was close to the station for an event. The staff had a warm, homey atmosphere, and they also stored my luggage, which was a big help. The Facility felt old-fashioned, and the shower water pressure was very weak so bathing took a long time. Also, some wallpaper was peeling, the toilet seat lid was cracked and misaligned, and the Room door didn’t fit well and was hard to open and close. I would appreciate it if these could be repaired if possible. Other than that, everything was comfortable overall. Check-out is not until 12:00 p.m., which gave me plenty of time. It’s affordable despite being near the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby, which made it very convenient. Thank you very much. I hope to stay with you again when I have another opportunity.

The guest rooms and lobby were clean and pleasant. I was also happy that the TV was large! The staff were cheerful and kind!

I used this place for a “summer escape” in Tokyo. I usually stay in places around 20 m², so I was a bit worried since this one is 14 m², but although compact, it was functional. What surprised me was that outside the Room wasn’t an indoor hallway—each floor was open-air, like an apartment building. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the bathroom is small, probably because it’s a 14 m² space.

The Room, bed, and bathroom were clean. I had a very comfortable stay. One thing I noticed was the refrigerator. Its size and functionality caught my attention. (It can hold 2-3 bottles of 500ml) I will use your service again. Thank you in advance!

The private room is spacious enough for a bed and unpacking, with large windows that let in plenty of light. The simplicity of the room felt refreshing. There is space for a large suitcase, additional storage areas, shelves above eye level, and below them are a TV, refrigerator, and trash bin. While there are no amenities such as yukata or pajamas or even tissues provided, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. For me, it was sufficient accommodation at this price point. The flooring felt slightly rough but was easily cleaned with my own wet wipes. Handwritten guides in English and Korean were placed around the accommodation, creating a friendly atmosphere. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use the bath but used one of the shower rooms located on floors 1–3 instead. The changing area was spacious and clean as well as the shower itself—very comfortable overall. I stayed for one night from Saturday afternoon check-in until early Sunday morning after returning late at night by train; it was completely quiet throughout my stay allowing me to sleep soundly without any disturbances. I stayed here during my trip to Tokyo. The facility included a kitchen and microwave, and the location was quiet, allowing me to relax. The area is near the lively Shin-Okubo district, where I enjoyed Korean cuisine. The room lighting was slightly dim, which was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was comfortable. I would like to stay here again.

This was my second stay. This time I made a Reservation for a higher-grade Room than last time. I simply love the design. The bed is large, and the whole space is incredibly relaxing. The location is in a love hotel district, but once you’re inside the Room, it doesn’t feel like that at all. I’ll definitely stay again. From here are the weak points: If you don’t like Tempur-style memory foam beds, your body might start to ache a bit. Even just watching TV, you sink into it, so it’s a little hard to turn over. I also noticed sound carrying in the Room, stains on the shoji screens, and pilling on the loungewear. It’s generally easy because there’s minimal contact with staff, but at checkout, when I got off the elevator and passed by the entrance staff member, they said nothing. I felt they could at least say “Good morning.” Only after completing checkout at the machine did they finally say “Thank you.”

I was very satisfied, but I would be even more pleased if usage until 6:00 PM were possible.

This Hotel feels warm and welcoming, not like a cold Business Hotel. If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a softer pillow.
