As a Property, we boast the closest access to Tateyama's scenic spots, including the walkable uninhabited island "Okinoshima" and the famous fishing spot "Tateyama Port" (just a 30-second walk), making it the perfect location to enjoy marine leisure activities! Our Property features an attached "Rental Fishing Rod Shop," where you can enjoy a hands-free [Sea Fishing Experience], a service that has been highly praised! Only offering a No Meals Included Plan. Check-in is unmanned, and each Room is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, one bath towel, hand soap, mouthwash, etc. Additionally, a freezer + refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine (powder detergent), ice maker, and breakfast ingredients are provided. Only breakfast ingredients are provided, and dinner can be enjoyed at izakayas and restaurants near the port.

The Room is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and perfect for relaxing alone or with friends and family. All Rooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, and toilet. There is also a shared kitchen, diving equipment washing area, and a relaxation space. It is recommended for long-term stays as well. For those arriving by rental car, there is a dedicated parking lot (reservation required, fee applies). A convenience store is located nearby.
