After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

This was my first stay in Yufuin, and I chose this Accommodation. The staff’s hospitality was very pleasant, and both dinner and breakfast were a delight—each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making it a truly blissful time. The Onsen was wonderful as well; after bathing, my skin felt silky smooth. Another Accommodation I’d love to visit again has been added to my list.

I visited during the rainy season, a time I don’t usually choose. Both dinner and breakfast featured exquisite dishes that felt refreshingly cool to the eye and captured the early-summer atmosphere, lifting the gloom of the rainy skies. What makes this Accommodation truly exceptional is being able to enjoy outstanding cuisine at any time, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season through sight, aroma, and taste. I also deeply appreciate the warm, friendly hospitality shown by all of the staff.

The private family bath was spacious and even had a waterfall feature, with the water at just the right temperature, so we could soak and relax. The atmosphere of the large public bath was also wonderful. The meals featured local ingredients, the portions were just right, and we were very satisfied! If you have mobility issues, going up and down to the first floor may be difficult, but it was a quiet place to spend time. We’d love to visit again after a hike in the mountains.

This Hotel was the very purpose of our trip to Kagawa Prefecture. We didn’t do any sightseeing at all, but from the bottom of my heart I’m so glad we came. Throughout the entire Facility, we could feel the owners’ attention to detail and refined sense of beauty in every corner, and at the same time we were truly grateful for their warm hospitality toward guests. Vintage and modern, Japan and Europe—things that are completely different were seamlessly combined through their sensibility. The interior design, the cuisine, and even its presentation were all wonderful and deeply inspiring. The old sofa in our Room had real character, was very comfortable to sit on, and matched perfectly with the modern furniture. Over time, the linen has developed such a beautiful color! I could really understand why the owner is so particular about that sofa. Also, since I’ve been considering buying the chair at the writing desk myself, I was happy to be able to try how it feels to sit in it. Everything they have selected was fascinating and exciting. Above all, their personalities are wonderful—we definitely want to come back again. (A stylish husband and an adorable wife!!) We’d love to stay in other Rooms as well, and see the garden in a different season too. For us, this was a truly meaningful encounter that brought new insights. We stayed at Sedona for our first trip with our dog. I had a general sense of the atmosphere from photos, but seeing it in person was truly moving. A spacious property with a wonderful building that feels like being abroad. The appliances and the little items in the Room were all stylish and adorable!! Above all, our dog was the happiest, going back and forth between the garden and the Room again and again. Seeing that made my spouse and me incredibly happy! It’s far, so we can’t come back easily, but we would love to return here again. Thank you very much for providing such an amazing Accommodation!!

The service was outstanding. It was the best hospitality I have ever experienced at any Accommodation. The sashimi of Seki horse mackerel, Bungo beef, and local chicken were all delicious. I was able to relax in the open-air bath while gazing at the beautiful starry sky. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We could truly feel the owners’ commitment to putting guests’ comfort first. Thank you so much.

This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. All of the staff were genuinely kind and were also very considerate to our child. KuuRa Beach was also beautiful and lovely. We look forward to staying with you again.

This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. That morning, we joined a river kayaking tour, and since there were no changing facilities near the river, I asked if it would be okay to arrive still wearing our wet wetsuits. They kindly agreed, which I truly appreciated. We were dropped off by the tour staff, and the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view of a beautiful infinity pool under a clear blue sky spread out before us—I couldn’t help but shout, “Wow, amazing!” We were shown to seats by the poolside, and even before checking in my friend said, “Wow… I should’ve brought my laptop. Next time we have to bring our laptops and stay longer for a workcation.” We were then shown to our Room. When I tried to open my suitcase, it wouldn’t open—an unexpected mishap—but after speaking with the butler right away they prepared an adorable tracksuit that could be worn over swimwear and arranged a rental car for us. Thanks to that, we were able to get it opened at a local gas station we had found in advance. For dinner, they prepared a handmade welcome plate inspired by the kayaking experience and the sea turtle nesting observation tour we had done—it was moving from the moment we sat down. Every dish was something new to us and absolutely delicious; in particular, I loved the peach sorbet served by the pastry chef. We got so caught up in eating and chatting that we stayed late, yet the chef still came out with a smile to see us off all the way until we boarded the golf cart back to our Room. The next morning we joined a kokedama (moss ball) workshop and enjoyed making one while learning all kinds of things about plants. I’ve forgotten the plant’s name now, but when I mentioned that I like tea, they also wrapped large leaves that can be enjoyed as tea together with my kokedama. We were probably the noisiest guests during our stay as just two people, yet everyone treated us with kindness until the very end—I’m nothing but grateful. Next time, I plan to bring my laptop and come back for a longer workcation stay.

After enjoying canoeing in Kushiro, we arrived and were immediately impressed by the spacious, beautiful entrance. The lobby, centered around an irori hearth, felt wonderfully open and soothing with its charming design. Every member of the staff was truly welcoming, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. The milk soft-serve and milk were rich and flavorful, and the morning daifuku and ozenzai were also delicious. This is our number one Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

The private bath had no time limit, and I could use it anytime as long as it was available, which made me very satisfied. The staff greeted me with smiles.
