Next to the entrance, there is a literary monument of the writer Fumiko Hayashi, who stayed here before the war, with photos and autographs displayed inside the Property. Recommended nearby sightseeing includes the "Kurozo Marsh," known as the "Oze of the West," about 30 minutes by car from the Property. This rare wetland plant community is designated as a natural monument of the prefecture due to its large scale and diverse plant species. Particularly famous is the "Sagiso," a flower resembling a white egret spreading its wings, which grows naturally here. During the summer blooming season, many enthusiasts visit. Other nearby attractions include Oboke, Iya Valley, rafting, and athletic activities. The Property is also popular among pilgrims as accommodation for the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage.
